Amy helped me turn my life around!…read more I was originally very apprehensive about the idea to seek help in a life coach, but this year I realized that at the age of 30, if I'm not happy with where I'm at, then I must be doing it wrong. I knew that I shouldn't feel like I should spend most of my days without passion, happiness, and energy on a daily basis. I felt like a was going in the wrong direction with my career, and really had no plan of how I could get out of the rut I was in. My first session with Amy was so valuable, that if I never had another, I believe that it would have still changed my life. Amy didn't tell me what to do, but instead helped me identify what I really wanted to do with my life, what was stopping me, and what to focus on to be happier. She helped me focus my disorganized thoughts and ideas into a cohesive and actionable plan that I could take step by step. Nine months later I've never been in a better place in both my professional and personal life, and the best thing about it is that I know that I had it in me to do it with her help.

During my first session with Brandy, I immediately felt home. I don't know what it is, but her…read morecoaching style is one that's rooted in peace, freedom, and sincerity. I felt like I can tell her anything, and it's almost as if I were talking to a life-long friend. Her coaching doesn't stop at the end of the hour either. After each session, Brandy's always there to help or serve when I text or email her with something I'm having trouble with. Initially, I went in for her to uncover my blind spots, and even though she didn't say, "Josh, X, Y, Z are your blind spots," after each session, I'm always amazed at what I haven't been able to see myself. That being said, she's definitely given me what I was looking for, but more importantly, she's transformed my emotional, mental, and spiritual life. One thing to remember, though, is coaching is really a two-way street. At the end of the day, YOU have to put in the work and effort to further your own growth. If you don't care about your own growth, it doesn't matter how great your coach is... you will never grow. Brandy's job is to be the guiding light for your life, but it's you who still have to walk the path at the end of the day. That being said, Brandy will do whatever it takes to serve you, and it's something I always take comfort in whenever I go in to see her.

I was battling with a 'sense of failure' as a father/husband/person due to what I thought was from financial pressures and a lack of empathy, accountability with my was breaking down my relationship with my wife. His counseling experience and deep knowledge of behavioral therapy identified a possible 'Complex Relational trauma response' disorder that my wife showed signs of displaying. Justin helped me understand her trauma response and how I was reacting to her issues with my own issues which triggered her fear, abandoment, frustration, mistrust, and gravitation to conflict which induced my own defensiveness reactions and anger. He provided me with my own personal tools to deploy on a regular basis. These helped me be nice to myself and appreciate my purpose and that I was actually doing my best to improve myself and provide love most importantly. Some of those solutions and tools such as meditation, mindfulness, self awareness/development created personal behavioral changes and coping strategies I now feel better about myself . A relationship tools I really liked was his own self developed 'Oh-Five-X Repair Framework' ( a one page document) which has provided us ability to create a safe place for trust, healing, and recovering from past trauma and experiences in our relationship and personal pasts. I've developed a deeper understanding and awareness of myself and Justin's actionable tools and strategies are much more than what most other life coaches or counselors can deliver. Its his ability to land these strategies/tools on point and get you to understand how to employ them to get better/improve/develop yourself With this guidance I've noticed I've become more empathetic, less reative and more self caring so my family can continue to heal, and our relationship and welfare of ourselves beniftis our family. Justin gets change happening and you get great value for your time and while gaining a true caring friend and an exceptional life coach in your corner.

He set a tone that made us look beyond ourselves, towards an us. He challenged us to imagine the relationship we wanted while helping us never lose sight of reality as it is. He was also skilled at helping us pivot when the connection was severing and communication was getting derailed by one of our more dysfunctional patterns. In those moments, he would interrupt the process and guide us to feel deeper down. Here we'd often uncover what was driving the seemingly intractable issues we faced. In his sessions, he made sure all paths led back to the love we had for each other. He had an uncanny ability to discern when we were speaking from our heads not our hearts. When conversations devolved into tit for tat or some lower rung on the communication food chain, Justin would be a step ahead and steer us towards a more loving, honest space. I can remember times when he would allow things to play out to their own dead end, and then work with us to find a path back to compassion and love for each other. And a few times, when it would get too heavily charged, Justin would guide us to use mindfulness practices or breathing exercises to regroup. Justin has all the skills a couples' counselor needs to help a couple, and he is very thorough and dedicated to his work. In counsel with Justin, you get the feeling you're working with someone who is hard at work doing their life's work.

I also had to have my husband take care of my child to do this with her. I also had to take time off work to be there during work hours. These things matter to me too. Over the past year, I've received several services including the 2-Hour Life Coaching + Reiki session, Reiki 1 & 2 Practitioner Certification class, Distance "Sunrise Reiki," and most recently the Spiritual Life Coaching Certification class. I'm also looking forward to joining the Virtual Mana Healing sessions now that they're back -- it feels powerful to heal in a safe, like-minded community. From the very first consultation, Britt made me feel safe, heard, and completely at ease (plus, her office has great vibes). She asks thoughtful, intuitive questions that gently get to the root of what you're moving through while honoring both practical and spiritual perspectives. The clarity I received from that first Life Coaching + Reiki session alone was more impactful than any support I've received through insurance-based services. The Reiki portion, though brief, created energetic shifts I could feel clearing throughout the entire week. If I could describe my journey since March 2025 in one word, it would be Clarity -- I feel more connected to myself, my intuition, and my path than I have in years. I felt called to continue exploring the power of energy healing and enrolled in the Reiki 1 & 2 Certification class to support my nervous system and explore this healing work more seriously. Britt is intentional about vetting her students, which creates a safe, supportive learning environment. I even repeated the training six months later (offered at a generous discount) to deepen my practice, and to my pleasant surprise, ended up receiving even more healing myself. Learning alongside like-minded people has been incredibly uplifting, and the sense of community has been a gift in itself. The Spiritual Life Coaching Certification class further supported my personal growth -- building confidence, asking better questions, holding space without projection, and strengthening how I show up for others. I gained practical tools for navigating anxiety, overthinking, and to help build self-trust that I continue to use in daily life and now in my Reiki sessions. I'm also grateful for Britt's distance offering, "Sunrise Reiki," which has become an affordable yet essential form of energetic self-care. The intuitive messages she shares afterward are always insightful and affirming. Living in the Bay Area, I truly appreciate her pricing -- the value far exceeds the cost. Britt has a heart of gold. Her generosity, integrity, and devotion to this work are felt in every offering. Supporting a local, family-owned healing business that pours so much back into the community feels meaningful, especially knowing her mission extends into her nonprofit, High Vibrational Child, which supports healing and empowerment for the next generation. Since beginning this journey, receiving Reiki, becoming attuned, and consistently practicing energetic / spiritual hygiene -- I feel more aligned in my life and relationships. I had bookmarked Holomua Healing Arts years ago in 2019 and finally booked in 2025 (after watching several of Britt's interviews on YouTube to see if she felt like a good fit), it truly feels like divine timing. Even the friendships formed through these trainings have restored my hope in finding safe, heart-centered community again. If you're interested in Reiki or a more spiritually centered form of Life Coaching, I highly recommend reaching out to Britt for a consultation.
