They ran into some problems as our house in Maricopa had not had a loop put it during construction and the water lines ran under the foundation...but they kept at it and were able to do the water softener along with all the other things. However, I would have expected a more thorough diagnosis during the initial service and some indication that the system was potentially on its last leg. When I called two weeks later to have the technician come back out, review the previous repair, and assess the situation, he said he was not available for three days. This was especially frustrating because my tenants were left without AC during extremely hot weather. I understand that HVAC issues can be unpredictable, but the lack of communication, follow-up, and availability when the system failed so soon after the repair was disappointing. Based on my experience, I would have expected better service and a more thorough assessment upfront.

We appreciate that they were willing to send someone out the same day, but the visit ultimately was a complete waste of everyone's time. The technician arrived around 9:30 p.m. without a flashlight, tools to check for a leak, or the basic equipment needed to properly diagnose the issue. After attempting to assess the situation, he called his supervisor, but ultimately we were not given any useful information at all. There was no clear diagnosis, no explanation of what was wrong, and not even a quote or estimate for any type of repair. We would have much preferred to simply be told that someone could come out the following day and have a properly equipped and knowledgeable technician sent to evaluate the problem. Sending someone out who is not prepared to diagnose the issue does not help the customer and only wastes everyone's time. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we will not be using this company again and cannot recommend their services.

Mark of Excellence is Lennox Certified and provides the documentation needed for Lennox to honor their warranty if work is needed. So many service Providers do not have the proper manufacturer certifications needed to keep factory warranties effective. They did a very thorough job inspecting both units & cleaning the units outside as well as the unit in the attic. All this work was done a t a fair price. I shopped 3 other Lennox Providers that had very expensive maintenance programs. We did sign up for the twice-a-year service program as well.
