So many service Providers do not have the proper manufacturer certifications needed to keep factory warranties effective. They did a very thorough job inspecting both units & cleaning the units outside as well as the unit in the attic. All this work was done a t a fair price. I shopped 3 other Lennox Providers that had very expensive maintenance programs. We did sign up for the twice-a-year service program as well.

While we desperately waited to get a new unit approved by the manufacturer, Sutton's paid for a portable unit so we could at least cool our primary bedroom for our dogs and even paid for two nights of a hotel for us. I don't know if they are able to do that for everyone but they always did the best they could and had excellent communication about what was going on. I cannot express how grateful we are to Joe (owner) and Andy (tech). In addition to being astronomically busy on the business side with 14-16 service calls a day, they both have/had some heavy personal things going on but they always answered our calls and texts.
