My husband and I stopped her for dinner yesterday. We ordered their fajitas for 2 and add guacamole. Boy were we disappointed. The shrimp had no flavor. It tasted like it just came out of the freezer and they threw it on the grill. Steak was blah, no seasoning. There were hardly any onions or peppers. I come to York once a year on business, and I always stop in this location of Chili's for dinner. I ordered the Fajita Trio... steak, chicken and shrimp. Normally it is fantastic. This visit it was very overcooked... steak was tough, chicken was dry, and the shrimp was hard as a rock. We also waited quite a while for our food, and our served came to rhe table twice to apologize for the long wait. Well, if possible I would rate ZERO. Dinner was for two and it was probably the worst we have had in a few years. The Salmon was horrible and the triple dipper was tasteless. Fair pricing and good food. I did curbside pickup, it was ready when I got there and was still hot.

We had the best waiter while we were there!! We ordered so much food and he was totally wonderful!!! My niece got the vegan entree which she especially liked. I got chicken enchiladas which were delicious and my daughter order a salad. The chips are nice and warm. They are very fresh and the salsa and guacamole were hot and spicy!! Delicious!! Ordered four sliders with just onions came with cheese sent it back came again burgers burnt black and still no onions. There was nine of us and all I got was a free glass of water. Was not the waitress problem she tried to make it right it's all the kitchen will never be going back read more

Chili's is always a solid meal however it's always too cold to enjoy the meal.... Not just this location but almost every location I've been to. My only suggestion is to be mindful of your hostess and waitresses wearing their masks under their noses sometimes. I know it's quite annoying but it's for everybody's safety . read more

WOW Yet again not sure how to rate it here. The waitress was fantastic. We'll ask for her section next time. Ashley. She was very pleasant and attentive. Unfortunately there were issues. 1st the cream for my coffee curdled when I put it in. Ashley got me another coffee and cream. Guess what, It also curdled. So I asked for it black this time. Well she brought me some milk instead and it was perfect. 2nd it took over 30 minutes for the food and there was a piece of chicken that I could not bite through. The plus side Ashley never once made me feel bad about replacing my coffee several times and the loaded baked potato soup was BANGIN. So the 4 stars are all for Ashley. I am writing this review solely because of the great service offered by their bartender, Mello (Melo?). He is really on top of his game and always serves you with a friendly face that makes you feel welcomed and at home. He does it all being the bartender but also serving the tables in the bar-area too. You always feel taken care of. Every time you get the same thing - great hot food, quick service, and delicious drinks - which is why we keep coming back. Their cookie skillet is unreal and we get it every time. The chicken crispers are a must as well, and their marg of the month is always worth trying out for only $5. Definitely become a Chili's member because you can get rewards like a free chips and salsa every time or a free dessert with an entree. read more

I will start off by saying I am basing this review on the last two experiences at this Chili's. I came once on a Sunday after church and it was relaxed and the service was pretty good. The last visit was last night when my Wife, Mom, Brother and Mom's friend went since I wanted a free meal for veteran's day. The wait was around 30-35 minutes which is long considering we don't normally go to chains and there are so many options-why wait? When we were seated the booth was not large enough for 5 of us and a baby in a car seat so we moved to a table by the windows. The rest is what lowered the score overall, not necessarily Chili's fault, but detracts from the dining experience. There was a table next to us with at least 4 kids and a couple adults for a children's birthday. The noise in the restaurant, which was packed was over the top-the kids squeeling to be heard over the pumping bass in the stereo which seemed higher than necessary. Our server did a pretty good job in general, but some of the food did not come out as hot as other orders for our table. I enjoyed my chicken club tacos and the appetizers were all tasty and came out together heated well. I think I would consider coming to this Chili's again because the portions are large and the prices are good, but I would avoid coming near the end of the week and would probably eat earlier in the evening (before 6pm). read more

I live in the Seattle area at the moment and we don't have a Chili's within 100 miles. I CRAVE Chili's so it's usually my first stop when visiting friends and family in York. It seems like every time I come back they have new menu options...all are great! I almost always start with the chips, salsa and guacamole. The chips are really thin so they don't stand up to the hearty guac but man they are good! Perfectly salted and they pair so well with the balanced salsa. If I'm going for a lighter dinner I choose the Margarita Grilled Chicken - a grilled chicken breast over black beans & rice and topped with pico de gallo (see a theme here? I love me some salsa!). Other favorites of mine include the Chipotle Chicken Bowl (similar to the Margarita Grilled Chicken, just chopped up and served in a bowl with cheese, ranch sauce, chipotle sauce and lettuce), Quesadilla Explosion Salad (see previous just served in salad form with quesadilla's on the side). I'm always impressed with the service of this location. Drinks are never empty, food comes out in a timely manner and is hot..what more can you ask for?! Our waiter last night was really good too. I really enjoy coming to this spot. My wife always knows her order before we get there. Chicken tenders is her favorite. Myself I enjoy a good burger as well as the ribs so my order changes every time I show up. We have a 17month old so we only go out on special occasions. Valentine's Day was fun but with a 17month old not the most fun but alas we got out of the house and ventured out into the real world. I enjoy talking to the waitresses as well as the hosts because again I have a 17month old and a lot of my conversations are "Did you poop yet?" If I could give zero stars I would. Arrived at the carlisle rd restaurant and everything was good so far til the server Maddy greeted us and right away said she will be right back and came back 10 minutes later, she took so long to come back to the table to take our drink order, and kept taking almost 10 minutes each time she walked away to come back. She brought soggy undercooked chips. It took an hour from the time we ordered our food, for it to come to our table and she brought the salads along with our meal which should have been brought out before hand. We asked for napkins 4 times and never even got them. We had to ask for our bill twice. The restaurant wasn't even busy at all because of it being a Tuesday night. We won't be going there for a long time and if we do we will ask for a different server. read more

I was never fond of Chili's food but a friend wanted to go there. I ordered a special lunch meal and had a choice of salad or chili. I decided to try their chili for the first time ever which was a drastic mistake. It was the lousiest chili I ever ate. Any brand of canned chili is ten times better! While we waited for a refill there were other waiters and waitresses that walked passed us and didn't even offer or ask if we needed refills. They just made eye contact with us and walked away. Ordered delivery through door dash in 7/18. 2 salads, one a quesadilla explosion, the other a Caribbean shrimp salad. Order shows up and my Caribbean SHRIMP salad is without its shrimp. I call and speak to a manager who tells me she will remake the salad if I come get it (no, that's why I ordered delivery) or she can offer a refund. I'll take the refund. She takes my information and tells me it will take a few days to process. Here we are over a week later with no sign of a refund and no record of my call or the promise of the refund at the store. Mistakes happen, things get missed, but the very name of the dish indicated that shrimp needed to be included. Quality control is seriously lacking at this location. We ordered from here a lot and I'm not sure we will ever again in the future. read more
