To be honest, Chili's is not one of my go to places. But, I had a gift card I wanted to use, so decided to give it a try. It was a Wednesday night and the parking lot was absolutely packed. We waited for about 15 minutes. We sat down and ordered and I had the 3 meat fajitas. It was really fantastic! Chili's has never blown me away, selection of food, or the way things have been prepared. I have found it to be quite unimaginative and boring. Not tonight. Food: 5/5 Exactly what you would expect and nothing less. Is it fine dinning, not by a long shot, but it gets the job done on a cold night and the loaded potato soup hit the spot with its cheesy gooey goodness. Service 5/5 McKenzie was a champion. She refilled our beverages before we asked and everything was well timed and came out piping hot. She checked in with us enough that we were not in want of anything and was friendly and knowledgeable. Such a breath of fresh air to have such a great server. Ambiance: 4/5 The place was clean and the music was was a mix of pop and oldies and a good volume level but the decor is a bit dated and the TVs didn't have subtitles on. Chili's is a neighborhood staple! They have great chips and salsa! The service can be hit or miss, but they generally do a good job. The ambiance is all around good and lively. I do like that they have a VARIETY to choose from. And you can't go wrong with the Triple Dipper! read more

I found out about these wings via DoorDash and I was pleasantly surprised. This was the second time I ordered these wings and I will definitely order them again. I have ordered the Honey Sriracha and Honey Chipotle wings, both orders came with Curley fries that are delicious and the flavors are amazing. We used to eat here quite a bit, but stopped for some reason. Some of there items are really good, and some are just ok. I'm not a fan of their fajitas...seem phoned in at best. We went here again recently to try their new and improved Big Mouth burgers. We each had one and were pleasantly surprised...really good and big. I love the house-made garlic pickles! Chili's has a great lunch menu. Some of the best lunch options are the lunch fajitas or the bacon ranch quesadillas. All lunch items come with a salad or soup. I recommend the southwest chicken soup. John is a greater waiter and one of the best in the city. Chili's is lucky to have him. I always request to sit in his section every time I visit. Beyond that, John is a great guy who sees people beyond just being a customer, but as real people. read more

When we were seated, I asked our server about the high temperature. He said it has been that way the whole time he has worked there. It was so warm, everyone was glistening with sweat. We made the most of it and ordered dinner. After a considerable wait, 2 meals came out. One of the meals was fajitas and they were not hot. After an additional 10 minutes, 3 more meals came out. The front hostess when we walked in was very grumpy and kind of short with the different customers that followed - it was a little off putting. One of the worst dining experiences our family has ever had. My wife's meal was served very wrong. I should have sent all four meals back to be brought out hot when they got her meal fixed, but she said no keep them and eat. The kids and I finished our meals before hers was ever brought out the second time. Spoke with the manager and she said they were short staffed. If that was the case, the manager needs to make the decision to reduce seating capacity based on the available staff. Most reputable restaurants do this. Don't let a staff shortage loose repeat customers because of a horrible dining experience. Although this is the closest restaurant to our home, we will remember this experience and eat somewhere else. read more

My husband ordered the Fajitas 3 because thats always been his favorite in the past. I ordered the Crispy chicken with corn on the cob and french fries.
