I found out about these wings via DoorDash and I was pleasantly surprised. This was the second time I ordered these wings and I will definitely order them again. Chili's has a great lunch menu. Some of the best lunch options are the lunch fajitas or the bacon ranch quesadillas. All lunch items come with a salad or soup. I recommend the southwest chicken soup. John is a greater waiter and one of the best in the city. Chili's is lucky to have him. I always request to sit in his section every time I visit. Folks, this guy is a rock star server and runs almost one side by himself yet there is no delay. My granddaughter wanted to go to Chilis tonight for her birthday dinner. When we went into the restaurant we noticed the air was very warm. When we were seated, I asked our server about the high temperature. He said it has been that way the whole time he has worked there. It was so warm, everyone was glistening with sweat. We made the most of it and ordered dinner. After a considerable wait, 2 meals came out. One of the meals was fajitas and they were not hot. After an additional 10 minutes, 3 more meals came out. Again, not hot. Then another 4 minutes and 2 more meals came out. Our poor waiter was trying to be so attentive so that we would not be unhappy. The front hostess when we walked in was very grumpy and kind of short with the different customers that followed - it was a little off putting. One of the worst dining experiences our family has ever had. My wife's meal was served very wrong. I should have sent all four meals back to be brought out hot when they got her meal fixed, but she said no keep them and eat. The kids and I finished our meals before hers was ever brought out the second time. Spoke with the manager and she said they were short staffed. If that was the case, the manager needs to make the decision to reduce seating capacity based on the available staff. Most reputable restaurants do this. Don't let a staff shortage loose repeat customers because of a horrible dining experience. Although this is the closest restaurant to our home, we will remember this experience and eat somewhere else. read more

My husband ordered the Fajitas 3 because thats always been his favorite in the past. I ordered the Crispy chicken with corn on the cob and french fries.
