To be honest, Chili's is not one of my go to places. But, I had a gift card I wanted to use, so decided to give it a try. It was a Wednesday night and the parking lot was absolutely packed. We waited for about 15 minutes. We sat down and ordered and I had the 3 meat fajitas. It was really fantastic! Chili's has never blown me away, selection of food, or the way things have been prepared. I have found it to be quite unimaginative and boring. Not tonight. Even the tortillas with my fajitas tasted homemade. We will most definitely be back! read more

I cant even put in words how good our waitress was her name was kathy and she needs a raise ASAP she made me and my husbands day after car issues bummed us out her spirit is uplifting and possitive and made sure we had a smile on our face and that our food was out fresh and quick aswell as our drinks topped off PROMOTE HER ASAP read more

Chili's - Amazing food! - Tex-Mex Near Me - Wichita, Kansas

TLDR/ Certainly the best Chili's in the Wichita area. If you are thinking of a decently mid-priced meal spiked with 90's Americana, vibes then look no further. Food: 5/5 Exactly what you would expect and nothing less. Is it fine dinning, not by a long shot, but it gets the job done on a cold night and the loaded potato soup hit the spot with its cheesy gooey goodness. Service 5/5 McKenzie was a champion. She refilled our beverages before we asked and everything was well timed and came out piping hot. She checked in with us enough that we were not in want of anything and was friendly and knowledgeable. Such a breath of fresh air to have such a great server. Ambiance: 4/5 The place was clean and the music was was a mix of pop and oldies and a good volume level but the decor is a bit dated and the TVs didn't have subtitles on. A small thing, but it would make watching the game more entertaining for me. read more

Chili's is a neighborhood staple! They have great chips and salsa! The service can be hit or miss, but they generally do a good job. The ambiance is all around good and lively. I do like that they have a VARIETY to choose from. And you can't go wrong with the Triple Dipper! read more

Great service. Excellent cheeseburger. Chips & salsa very good. Tuesday $7.99 cheeseburgers.

To start this off, my food was cooked wrong, the waiter was extremely rude, and the vibes were just off. The place was not clean and it was nasty. This was not a good experience. read more

Staff were friendly but pretty much the worst restaurant food I have had in a while. I ordered combo fajitas - the meat was dry and flavorless, tortillas stale, rice cold and crunchy, vegetables greasy. Overall inedible and never again. read more

Service is very slow!! We waited to be seated and we kept being passed.. People kept walking in and being seated and we kept getting being by passed. So rude! read more

Last year we went to the Chili's on the east side of town and it was absolutely horrible and I said I would never go to another Chili's. Well we decided to try the chilies on the west side of town. I wished I hadn't gone. I had a salad that had a side of quesadilla And the quesadilla was disgusting. I think they fried it in the cheap cheapest and the oldest oil they could find I will never go back to another Chili's in my life. and I only give it one star but if I could I would give it minus 5 stars. read more

Shelby and Ashley are always amazing. Staff is friendly and food is always wonderful. Quick and joyful service.

Had dinner there Friday night and it was busy so we sat at the bar. Despite being busy we got amazing service from the bartender, her name was Trina. She attended to our every need and the drinks were amazing. Best margarita Ive had in a long time. We will be back because of her excellent service and attention to details. read more

They allow random people to walk in and take your already paid for online orders without checking names. Then while you wait an additional 30 minutes for them to remake food you've already paid for the manager doesn't offer to comp or discount anything for your hassle or wait or even offer a drink while you wait for their error. read more

The food is always fresh. Servers are ALL amazing. It's one of our regular places to go!!

This review is based on a to-go ordering menu prepared by Chili's via DoorDash called It's Just Wings. In my opinion, It's Just Wings are some of the best wings in town. I found out about these wings via DoorDash and I was pleasantly surprised. This was the second time I ordered these wings and I will definitely order them again. I have ordered the Honey Sriracha and Honey Chipotle wings, both orders came with Curley fries that are delicious and the flavors are amazing. If you are in the mood for wings I highly recommend It's Just Wings. read more

I am always ready to eat at Chilis. Everything on their menu is delicious. Last night I had the triple dipper appetizer as my meal. The sliders are so good I'm going to have them again tomorrow. read more

Have seen the Chili's and have always said I should go give it a try. I finally did and will now be a regular. Sat at the bar and had a very nice experience. The bartender was fast and efficient. While I think covering the bar and bar tables is to much for one person, she did a very nice job. The food was good so no complaints there. Overall very happy with visit and will go back. read more

My favorite is the brisket quesadilla but the burgers are always good too. It's nothing fancy but clean and friendly.

Decided to eat here because of a gift card. Food is basic and a good portion. I ordered take out and it didn't take long. The amount of meat on fajita was decent compared to some other Mexican food. Bacon grilled avocado chicken was big enough for two people. If you want a higher step up than fast food, check this place out. read more

So I was not the one to pick to eat here but surprisingly it was not too bad. The food was decent and the service was really good. The food though was pretty basic as expected nothing to make me want to come and return and order it again. I did notice on their menu for lunch their trying to be more healthy with providing the option of a salad as a side. The boys loved their burgers as I enjoyed my fajitas for lunch! The fajitas were some greasy but they usually are regardless where you order them. If you're looking for fast good service and a quick bite then sure check this place out. read more

I hate this location with a passion. Once again I come home to find NO SALAD DRESSING with my salads!!! I specifically eat your salads for the dressings. Now I have to use store bought dressing bc I'm not driving back out there. And this is the last time I'm tipping any pick up orders. Ever. And absolutely checking my order before I leave. Ruined my night again!!! read more

Went with the $22 for 2 take out and both meals were great! Salads were fresh, steaks were cooked to perfection. One entree was sirloin, loaded mashed potatoes, and street corn all were very tasty. My friend had the sirloin, loaded mashed potatoes, and broccoli. Hers was very good as well. We shared the cheesecake. First time trying the curbside to go and I'll definitely go back again! read more

This was by far the best Chili's experience I've ever had. The host and server were courteous and just the right amount of attentive. Service was quick and friendly. My Southwest soup was piping hot and delicious; the kids' chicken and fries were likewise, fresh, and crispy. Expectations were exceeded! read more

This place is a joke. Horrible service along with food being mediocre. We waited and hour to just sit down then are waitress was MIA for 20min. No drinks or apps. Never coming back! read more

So disappointed in the quality of the food. Chicken crispers were grease soaked. The oil they were cooked in was old and nasty too.

Hi welcome to chiles! Well atleast that's what I was wanting. When I got there with my party of 5 they asked table for 2 like how we have 5 people. And the server kept checking out my 4 year old daughter saying shit like ooh your daughter is so beautiful how much to buy her from you. It was really weird then when they brought my daughter her food it was completely raw and he said yeah that's the abs wants it we proceeded to get up abs walk out. read more

We used to eat here quite a bit, but stopped for some reason. Some of there items are really good, and some are just ok. I'm not a fan of their fajitas...seem phoned in at best. We went here again recently to try their new and improved Big Mouth burgers. We each had one and were pleasantly surprised...really good and big. I love the house-made garlic pickles! Each of us got about 10 fries with our burger...looked really sparse, but it was enough food anyway. read more

Was so disappointed with our To-go order last night. Our side salads had only about 3 small pieces of lettuce in them, our chicken strips looked like the size of a carrot, and our burger order was missing fries. I understand they get swamped but service has gone downhill at this location. Guess we'll be looking for a new place now :( read more

Had a late lunch. Me and husband both ordered burgers and fries. Didn't ask how we wanted the burgers cooked and they came out well done (a little dry). The French fries were soggy and didn't taste good. read more

Our server was the highlight of our trip to this Chili's. My husband ordered the chicken fajitas. The meat and the veggies had a strange metallic taste to them. I had the chicken crispers and fries. It was a very generous portion of chicken and the coating was very crispy but they were also very salty. I could only barley wat two. Disappointing meal at a place we used to really enjoy. read more

Service and food were horrible. We used to like this place but it has really gone downhill. Customer Service training might be a good idea for all staff. read more

The food I have ordered is good. I have ordered several times thru Door Dash and everything was good except they almost always forget the ranch dressing I request and even pay extra for to go with the big mouth bites and chees fries. I placed an order this evening and tried calling the restaurant several times to remind them to include the ranch. I let it ring 10 times or more and no one answered. read more

Best ribs in town, but they were dry today. The manager offered an alternate dish. We've been places that offered an alternate when something wasn't good but still charged us for the uneaten food as well. Not this Chili's. The manager here is awesome. One time she walked by our table and saw that my wife's chicken dish was dry and took care of it without being asked. read more

Came here with my father for dinner. Waited 15 minutes before our drink order was even taken, ordered drinks and food at the same since we'd had plenty of time to browse the menu, we both got the 3 for $10 combo, never received the appetizers we ordered. Food came about 20 minutes after we ordered, and was delivered by someone who appeared to be a manager or supervisor, not our server. We asked what had happened to our appetizers which were a salad and chips & salsa, to which she copped an attitude and told us she was only told to bring us our food. She took one of the 3 for $10 meals off the order in compensation. We then received no further service, as our server only came to our table twice; once to take our order, and once to apologize for not bringing our appetizers. Food was good, service was below par. read more

Horrible wait time, was here for 35 mins when my wait time was supposed to be less than 10 mins, took 25 mins to even get drinks ordered and 35 mins later still no food. Don't come here read more

Chili's has a great lunch menu. Some of the best lunch options are the lunch fajitas or the bacon ranch quesadillas. All lunch items come with a salad or soup. I recommend the southwest chicken soup. John is a greater waiter and one of the best in the city. Chili's is lucky to have him. I always request to sit in his section every time I visit. Beyond that, John is a great guy who sees people beyond just being a customer, but as real people. read more

This particular Chili's is amazing. From the management to the service. If you go there for lunch, ask for John. He has a pony tail. Folks, this guy is a rock star server and runs almost one side by himself yet there is no delay. You never have to ask for a refill, extra napkins, if you have tea, he will bring an extra glass of ice for you; without being asked. The food and menu have all been good and prepared very well. Great dining experience and we love that the manager makes her rounds to make sure all is okay. read more

Walking into Chili's at 7:50PM told it was 20-25 minute wait. We agreed and was told to wait outside so we went to our car after the hostess took my phone number. 40 minutes have passed and I called in and was told it would be another 20 minute wait. Chili's is going under quick with that type of customer service. This isn't the first time something like this has happened here and this was the last straw. We took our business elsewhere. read more

My granddaughter wanted to go to Chilis tonight for her birthday dinner. When we went into the restaurant we noticed the air was very warm. When we were seated, I asked our server about the high temperature. He said it has been that way the whole time he has worked there. It was so warm, everyone was glistening with sweat. We made the most of it and ordered dinner. After a considerable wait, 2 meals came out. One of the meals was fajitas and they were not hot. After an additional 10 minutes, 3 more meals came out. Again, not hot. Then another 4 minutes and 2 more meals came out. Our poor waiter was trying to be so attentive so that we would not be unhappy. You are only as good as your management, so we know what one of the main problems is. Fix the air conditioning and get some decent help in the kitchen. read more

This is a frequent stop for me and my family. We enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and their yummy chips and salsa. I have a go to chicken sandwich that I love. The front hostess when we walked in was very grumpy and kind of short with the different customers that followed - it was a little off putting. Not sure if she was having a bad day, but I'm thinking she needed to work to mask it better or switch spots with someone else. Any way, our food was great, the server made sure it was right, and we left full! We'll be back again. read more

One of the worst dining experiences our family has ever had. My wife's meal was served very wrong. I should have sent all four meals back to be brought out hot when they got her meal fixed, but she said no keep them and eat. The kids and I finished our meals before hers was ever brought out the second time. Spoke with the manager and she said they were short staffed. If that was the case, the manager needs to make the decision to reduce seating capacity based on the available staff. Most reputable restaurants do this. Don't let a staff shortage loose repeat customers because of a horrible dining experience. Although this is the closest restaurant to our home, we will remember this experience and eat somewhere else. read more
