Stopped here because we were really hungry. It was the only place with a lot of food options. I wasn't really craving a bagel or coffee or little chips or snacks; I was very hungry and this place hit the spot. You have to seat yourself inside the restaurant, not on the outer seating of you want to get a waiter to help you. Once seated, they will give you a menu. Food was made very fast. It took no more than 10 minutes for our food to be ready. The food was delicious. I ordered a grilled cheese kids meal with salad, Mac and cheese kids meal with fruit, the appetizer with the eggs rolls, buffalo boneless wings, and mozzarella sticks -- it was called the triple something. Our waitress was very attentive. It wasn't too busy but she had 2-3 other tables to tend to. She came by in a timely manner to refill our cups and cater to our needs. You can tell that this place is extremely understaffed despite it being the only operating dine-in restaurant that's currently open in this airport. Went on 5/18/2022 and despite the extremely truncated menu, they were out of things like chips and salsa. The entree menu is limited to chicken crispers, 1 chicken sandwich, 2 salads & 2 burgers. The only gluten free option available on their airport menu was the chicken caesar salad, hold the tortilla strips. I wasn't fond of the dressing but that may be because I had breakthrough Covid and wasn't aware yet (I tested positive after landing at my home airport that night.) Luckily I chose a spot far away from all other diners and was wearing a mask. If at all possible, eat before you come to the airport because this Chili's is basically your only option and it's too limited to get a higher rating. read more

So, service here is one of the worst I have experienced. Waitress do not bring you menus. There was an older couple sitting with a wheel chair, waiting never went to ask for their order. When I informed the waitress they had been waiting she just said, oh that area is closed - Really!!! When did we stop caring about elders. They are a one off, talk to them, take their order, it won't hurt you to show compassion. I told the waitress I have been waiting and their was no apology. Looks like a zero tip day for her. Setting was great. Lots of space and it wasn't busy when I went. I sat at a bar area. There were charging ports and places to work while you wait for your flight. I Just got chicken tenders and fries with honey mustard. Food was great for not getting anything special. It was like $17 for 4 tenders, fries and mac n cheese which I subbed for more fries. Standard price I'd say, nothing crazy, seemed fair. I had the joy of being served by a gal named India. She was wonderful. We have been here a few times using the Tulsa Airport Visitors Pass when seeing our kids off as they leave to go back home. Our most recent visit was this past Friday (1/10), the food and the service were both very good and the prices were fair. Don't come here unless you have two hours available before your flight begins to board. Omg! Worst wait time ever. It took 15 minutes to take my drink order. It took 20 minutes to get my food and an additional 5 minutes to finally get my drink. No water. And they forgot my side item. I ordered another drink and it took an additional 10 minutes.
