Bartender took way too long with simple drink orders even though the bar area wasn't crowded. She didn't even know what a lemon drop shot was... Order a rack of ribs and damn near dislocated my shoulder trying detach a single rib from the rack. It really felt like I was eating wings with how hard I had to gnaw at the bones. Gosh, I really tried. I had pressed pause on this restaurant location for 2 years and tried again today. Big mistake. When I came in there were only 2 customers there, so I thought maybe this wouldn't be so bad. Wrong! I only ordered an appetizer. 2 other tables were occupied later after I was seated. They received their food before me. The fries I ordered as an appetizer was incorrect the first time (I'm allergic to one of the loaded items) they added the item that I specifically asked not to add. After they tried to cook the appetizer again, they left everything out I had to send it back and just opt out of the entire appetizer and request the check for my soda only. It was a very frustrating 45min experience for just a soda. I will not come back to this location again. read more

We were skeptical due to the other reviews. We arrived late (9:30pm). Seated immediately. Drink order was taken immediately. As soon as we were ready, the waitress took our order. Drinks came quickly. The salad came quickly. We waited about 10 minutes for the hamburger and black beans. Food was hot. Beans are very good and the old timer hamburger was very good. Every 6 months or so, for the past few years we go back to Chili's and give them another try hoping the manager or someone in the kitchen started caring, but every time we leave disappointed. It's always the same problems. The food is old and terrible. We've learned not to order anything fried because they either never change their oil or they re-fry old food. The chicken fried steak is dark, dry and greasy, again, like it was fried too long in really old grease. On multiple occasions we had fries, you can tell by the taste and texture, we're cooked earlier in the day and re-fried when we ordered. Tried the waffle and chicken crispers and the waffles were dry and crumbling. If you order fajitas, the tortillas are crunchy. The quality control is simply non existent. Based on reviews here and talking to friends and family who have sworn off Chili's, I'm not sure how they stayed open all these years. read more

The only reason there is on star on this review is because ZERO wasn't an option. Management needs to be replaced here. When you are seated over an hour, and have still not received drinks, there is a problem. When you call a manager over and she has an attitude before anything is said, that is another problem. If you have workers not show up and you have a restaurant full of people, the best way to help is to call in more workers to replace them. You, alone, helping in the kitchen does not replace multiple absences. This restaurant has been neglected by the owners if they are allowing the Chili's brand to sink down to this level. read more

Stood there for an hour as we watched them pack our food one by one, every 5 minutes. There were 6 other people in the to-go area and one lady asked for her refund, the worker told her "ma'am SHUT UP!!!" And then walked into the kitchen and continuously cursed at her out loud where the entire restaurant could hear and the rest of the employees laughed. ive been going to this chilis for a while now . this visit ruined it all . first we had to wait about 5-10 minutes to be seated even tho there was only 5 pepole in there eating because nobody was at the door. My food was so overcooked it was almost inedible and my boyfriend ordered onion rings instead of fries with his, we informed the food runner of this and he immediately took the fries then he SAT DOWN AND DID NOTHING!
