Not the best Chili's I have been to. Good was okay, but not good. Had the trio dips and chili cheese dip not good. Guac and salsa good. I also had boneless wings and they were overcooked. read more

I hate doing reviews because I know at the end of the day those of us who are real people really are doing our best most of the time. But, I have to point out something I've noticed. The quality of a meal you order when you go to the restaurant is very different from what you get if you DoorDash. I ordered a ribeye meal because physically I just couldn't cook for myself tonight and what I got looks like a microwaved pork chop. I couldn't eat it because I didn't really know what it was. It was soggy, gray in color, and just looked like mystery meat to be honest. I didn't even feel safe trying to eat it and threw it away. I'm a 4th generation pure Angus cattle rancher with over 300 head of cattle and believe me when I say that I know what a ribeye looks like, I know what I'm talking about. I wasted $57 on something I would be ashamed of calling a steak. If this was all I had to cook for someone I would be embarrassed to put it on a plate in front of them. I don't know what this is but I can tell you what it is not. It is not a medium rare ribeye cut steak. This is an abomination and should be an embarrassment for anyone who tries to pass it as a steak period. read more

Chili's - This is not a ribeye. - Tex-Mex Near Me - Tahlequah, Oklahoma

The food is okay, better than fast food. The wait staff are great, but the place is poor, despite the fact that there are plenty of empty tables. We've been there three times, counting last night. After waiting for 30 minutes and watching people leave without being seated, we left and went to a BBQ place. From where I was standing, I could see 5 empty tables, no telling how many more, during our 30-minute stay. In properly run restaurants, tables are cleaned immediately and people are seated as quickly as possible: This ensures maximum profits and better customer satisfaction. Either the management needs replaced or the "hosts" are left to operate however they please. read more

Ask for Dayton. Hands down one of the best servers I ever had at a chili's or anywhere. Knows his job very well and handled a party of 7 like it was nothing. Thank you Dayton. read more

Our server was so attentive and nice! Food was SO fast and so delicious! Place was clean and not too packed. 10/10!

They put us on the list, we were 3rd in line and then everyone got sat instead of us when it was our turn. Server admitted to skipping us and now we are not on the list. read more

We have been here countless times. We love the variety of food and the great service! Sometimes there's a wait, but it's worth it! We enjoy having birthday dinners her because the staff sings to you! read more

Service was good. Patron margarita was made multiple times by the same bartender while laughing about tasting like sugar water. Watched her underpour both times. Steak was terrible. Boneless nuggets were completely seperated by meat cubes and breading. After 20 years in the service industry this place is an absolute joke. Unfortunately the only place open in Tahlequah for my birthday 7/3. Waste of time and money. Hire & train better! No systems in place. Gigantic joke of a restaurant. read more

It was an extremely slow lunch. I was the only one sitting in my section, and was the only one eating. I went in for a quick bite during my lunch break and didn't realize it'd be an hour adventure. Then only reason I'm giving this two stars is because 1, the food was good, & 2, the manager was breaking his back to clean off the tables and hold the place together because the serves didn't know how to do their job apparently. That guy should be looking for a new job or replacement servers because wow that place had the worst service. Feel sorry for him. He was stressed tf out. Taking orders from customers because their servers were struggling. Get on the struggle bus y'all and get out of chili's. I worked at chili's, and in multiple restaurants so nah I don't feel bad for commenting on how they didn't know how to do their very simple job. read more

I got a triple dipper after 45 minutes of waiting the hamburger came out burnt and wrong. The waitress was good. If you are hungry and need food quickly this is not the place to go. read more

horrible. didn't get waited on for literally ten minutes. and the lady that brought our drinks wasn't even our waitress. we ordered chips and queso and the queso came out cold. when i looked over i saw the waitress was flirting with a guy at the bar. she came to check on us two times that's it. had everyone else running her food and that is unacceptable. by the time we got our food we have been sitting here for an hour. at a CHILIS? absolutely not read more

The wait was a little bit long. The waitress was really nice. The food was good it just took a long time to come out however they said they were short staff so I can understand! The tea was super good! Me and my mom had the fruit flavored tea and it was delicious read more

If I could give a 0 review I would!!! We arrived at the restaurant at 1:53 placed our order. No appetizers just main lunch courses. 45 minutes later food slowly started arriving..cold kids chicken crispers then bowl of cheese soup that was supposed to be potato....kids slider burgers showed up with 9 1/2 French fries and burnt burgers...finally chicken sandwich came Luke warn with cold broccoli!!! To top it all off the tea tasted like dirt water!!!! All are food arrived separately in an hour!!! POOR POOR SERVICE AND MEDIOCRE FOOD!!! McDonald's would have been a better way to spend $43 bucks! read more

Drive in to Tahlequah, they said. Go to Chili's, they said. What a horrible location. The parking lot should have been the first indicator. I thought I was gonna be shot. Four of us dined this evening, and they brought out our silverware in the packages. They ID'd for alcohol because they just got stung last week. We didn't receive any napkins, so when I asked for some, they brought us two. Two. Two napkins. For four people. So I asked for additional napkins. Because they can't count. read more

We love going into Chilis! What a great atmosphere and service! They are always so kind. The food is great and if anything ever is wrong, they are quick to fix it! Clean bathrooms, great drinks and great people! Come check out Chilis in Tahlequah! read more

Rude! Unprofessional! Ignorant. My daughter is a college student counselor and multiple members of the team stopped here for dinner after rafting at War Eagle Resort all day. Unfortunately, she became ill while waiting for her seat after not eating ALL DAY! The manager stated she would not serve her assuming she was drunk! Then she made her clean up while being sick. An ounce of compassion goes a long way. There's a reason this Chili's has 2.5 stars. It's about to be lower. There is no compensation for the humiliation she suffered. The corporate office is being called tomorrow! read more

I've been a regular customer of this restaurant chain for years and saying that I love it is an understatement. The service here is nothing short of impeccable and it's always a pleasure for me to eat here. read more

Our food came out fast and was made perfectly! Colton was our server and he was so nice. He had a ton of tables to serve but was fast and never let us run out of something to drink. Best chili's I've been to so far! read more

Didn't want to eat in the store so I tried ordering through their app. It was processing for a long time so I called to see if the order went through. I was put on hold to "check" for 10 min so I hung up and went to the store. I went in through the to go door and waited for 5 min. I heard employees chit chatting about how long they had been awake that day and never had any help so I left. If you want to take your food to go I wouldn't recommend going to this place. Employees obviously don't care. read more

I wish I could give them 0 stars. My friends and I had gone around 5pm the other day after 6 hours of floating on the river and having not eaten all day. Keep that in mind. I fell ill due to SUN POISONING while waiting for 30 minutes (which in itself was ridiculous since there were very few tables being used). I was refused service, embarrassed, and accused of being a drunk even though I had consumed no alcohol. Only assumptions were made. The manager was incredibly rude and unprofessional and had no concern. Her only concern was basically kicking me out. Half our group stayed and commented on poor service as well. Don't recommend unless you want to be treated poorly read more

After reading all of the very negative reviews, I was a little nervous about how eating here would go. However, it was great! The waiter staff were all super nice and aware of what we needed, the bartender was very fun making people custom drinks and having a great attitude. The food came out fairly quick and all of it was delicious. I was worried it would be bad but, despite the reviews, it all went wonderful! Can't wait to come back! read more

OMG... what can I say...? Let's see, my burger was burnt around the edge, had absolutely NO seasoning on the meat, and took a long time to arrive at the table. Additionally I ordered a special side dish that was never delivered, yet still showed up on my bill...! Hardly anyone in the restaurant, now I know why, yet wait staff attention was minimal.... You can rest assured that this facility will never have to worry about me eating there again!!! read more

This is a small town Chili's. It's obvious the company is trying to shake up the brand AGAIN, looking at the decor and the new menu. The service wasn't bad just slow. Took forever (40 min) for lunch to come out and the place wasn't even crowded. My problem with Chili's regardless of whether it's a regular location or an airport location like ORD or DFW is that they don't train their cooks very well. Stuff comes out over or under cooked all the time and quite frankly some of the combinations of foods they put out don't taste very well. This location basically an average Chili's. read more

The food was okay but it took a long time to get it. Service was friendly though. My beans were cold and shouldn't have been and my son's ribs were burnt in several places. Buy my husband's steak was cooked to perfection. Overall not bad...buy we have had better. read more

The service is terrible. The wait staff is more interested in the local gossip than serving you. They talk to each other across the room. We sat at the bar and had to wait to get offered anything to drink because the staff was talking to each other. And getting a refill was a chore also. We asked for a refill and actually finished our food and no refill just find out that since the kitchen was cleaning they had poured out the tea but no other drink was offered. One waitress actually wanted to argue over why we were not offered anything else to drink. This is unacceptable. Wait staff should never try to argue with a customer. We were eventually asked not to come back to this restaurant. We asked for a manager but we're refused. Can't believe the nerve of these people. If I owned this restaurant I would not stand for wait staff treating customers this way. We will not be spending another dime at any Chili's. There is a reason this place has bad reviews. read more

I've been to many Chili's Restaurants around the state and have never experienced such bad food. The hamburger was dripping grease, the margarita chicken was not tender and didn't have the toppings on it and the onion petals were disgusting! Most chain restaurants at least have about the same caliber and quality of food, not this one! I would not recommend it! read more

Like this place - the waiters are nice and quick. I've had the classic sirloin a few times and although I ordered it medium rare each time it comes back very different each time. Everything else I've had is great. read more

Well, I've done it again! Did not check Yelp before coming here but who would have thought? Has Chili's really declined that much in their food/fajitas? I was used to the fajitas coming out with the sound of sizzle but no not this one! Plus that the steak looked old and seemed microwaved. The last time I've visited a Chili's and that was in South Dakota five years ago - it was the BEST!! Question: are all Chili's this way presently because if they are I will not be visiting any in the future!! read more

Usually I really like Chili's, but not so much anymore. I had been there several times in the past and got the smokehouse combo. Which was really good and I could get it for lunch and it was enough to eat on all day. Today we ordered it and we got 2 small meats. I got one small cut up sausage (like a cheddar hotdog you can get at the grocery store) and one small amount of dried up stringy meat that was on top of toast (for some reason) It seemed like it had been microwaved. It was about the size of a deck of cards, which is what a serving is I suppose, but for 20 bucks for a small plate. I could have went to the grocery store deli and got a better plate, way cheaper. There was no fries either. Our total was over 36 dollars for 2 people and it wasn't good at all. read more

Always get good service, food very consistent. They also never mess up my to-go orders! It's clean, seems well run for your average Chilis. Like to take my Mom for lunch. read more

I have eaten in this Chilis at least once every month. The food and service are good. Typical to such an establishment. My real problem has been with the To Go service. The 1st time I arrived and no employees seemed to be working the To Go area. The 2nd time the employee was on the phone taking order after order. It was a good 7-10 min before I was acknowledged and my order sought. My orders have been wrong both times. However the distance and weather made returning out of the question. Eating in is fine, but I would not recommend ordering food to go. read more

Totally unsatisfactorily! Patrons at several tables who were seated after us had finished their meals and left before we received our meals. We were told our order was given to another table. When our steaks finally arrived we were asked to cut into them to see if they were cooked properly. They weren't! Unfortunately the server left the table before we cut into the steaks so we couldn't report that they were over cooked! The Kiosk didn't work so we were unable to take the survey. We were told we'd have to order something else and pay for it to take the survey. Having already wasted the price of three meals plus beverages, we declined to pour good money after bad. All and all a very disappointing and annoying experience. read more

One of the better places to eat in Tahlequah. Depending on the time of day, the service is inconsistent. This is also applicable to the time of month (expect long wait times at the beginning of the month). Food is good. Diverse menu. Good drinks. read more

Just had the hostess tell us there would be a 5 minute wait for a table. Looking around the.....uncrowded restaurant, I asked why. The hostess said the kitchen said to give them a five minute wait time. Very interesting. This restaurant is known for slow service, is this their solution? I don't notice a problem at any other Chilis. read more

Stopped in today to have a drink and share a plate of nachos with a friend. I was so shocked when the plate came I did not refuse it! When I think of nachos I think of a mound of chips on a plate with toppings. Chili's arranged 12 nacho chips around the edge with a bit of cheese and meat.!!!! read more

This isn't so much on the food as it is on experience. The food was alright, servers were nice, but what bothered me is what happened before we got sat. I came in last night with my wife and kids. I had forgotten to tell the hostess I wanted a high chair, so I asked the server and the hostess came back. She was trying to say something, when a lady, might have manger or something, came up to the hostess and started yelling at her about being able to put it at the booth. I think she was just trying to defend herself and looked like she wanted to cry by the end of it. Other than that, the service was great, again, the food was okay. Probably won't be back, it left me with a bad taste in my mouth. read more

It's a Chili's which is good. Main problem is its staffed by college kids. Sometimes the food is great. Sometimes bad. Depends on the staff in the kitchen. Last time I ate their I ordered what I always ordered and the chicken crispers tasted microwaved. Sometimes the staff is great, sometimes they are way to occupied with Facebook. I'm not trying to pick on college kids; I worked at a restraint in college Just to many good places to eat in Tahlequah for me to want to go back here. Brings a tear to my eye because I love me Chicken Chipotle Crispers. read more

Horrible service avoid this place ever since the new owners took over its been way downhill ever since

I went in ordered a rib eye. Talked to server about the cooking of the steak. Medium pink in the middle. One hour later she bought the steak out over cooked. I asked for a check and told her I didn't want the food. She said she would not charge me for the meal. As I walked out I heard her chewing the guys in the back. The only trouble is this has happened every time I gone in there for the last 2 years. Mind you I haven't been in but a few times in that time span, but that is my last time. I hate Sonic but I would rather go there than ever try this place again. read more
