The food is okay, better than fast food. The wait staff are great, but the place is poor, despite the fact that there are plenty of empty tables. We've been there three times, counting last night. After waiting for 30 minutes and watching people leave without being seated, we left and went to a BBQ place. From where I was standing, I could see 5 empty tables, no telling how many more, during our 30-minute stay. In properly run restaurants, tables are cleaned immediately and people are seated as quickly as possible: This ensures maximum profits and better customer satisfaction. Service was good. Patron margarita was made multiple times by the same bartender while laughing about tasting like sugar water. Watched her underpour both times. Steak was terrible. It was an extremely slow lunch. I was the only one sitting in my section, and was the only one eating. I went in for a quick bite during my lunch break and didn't realize it'd be an hour adventure. Then only reason I'm giving this two stars is because 1, the food was good, & 2, the manager was breaking his back to clean off the tables and hold the place together because the serves didn't know how to do their job apparently. That guy should be looking for a new job or replacement servers because wow that place had the worst service. Feel sorry for him. He was stressed tf out. Rude! Unprofessional! Ignorant. My daughter is a college student counselor and multiple members of the team stopped here for dinner after rafting at War Eagle Resort all day. Unfortunately, she became ill while waiting for her seat after not eating ALL DAY! The manager stated she would not serve her assuming she was drunk! Then she made her clean up while being sick. An ounce of compassion goes a long way. There's a reason this Chili's has 2.5 stars. It's about to be lower. There is no compensation for the humiliation she suffered. Didn't want to eat in the store so I tried ordering through their app. It was processing for a long time so I called to see if the order went through. I was put on hold to "check" for 10 min so I hung up and went to the store. I went in through the to go door and waited for 5 min. I heard employees chit chatting about how long they had been awake that day and never had any help so I left. If you want to take your food to go I wouldn't recommend going to this place. I wish I could give them 0 stars. My friends and I had gone around 5pm the other day after 6 hours of floating on the river and having not eaten all day. Keep that in mind. I fell ill due to SUN POISONING while waiting for 30 minutes (which in itself was ridiculous since there were very few tables being used). I was refused service, embarrassed, and accused of being a drunk even though I had consumed no alcohol. Only assumptions were made. The waiter staff were all super nice and aware of what we needed, the bartender was very fun making people custom drinks and having a great attitude. The service is terrible. The wait staff is more interested in the local gossip than serving you. They talk to each other across the room. We sat at the bar and had to wait to get offered anything to drink because the staff was talking to each other. And getting a refill was a chore also. We asked for a refill and actually finished our food and no refill just find out that since the kitchen was cleaning they had poured out the tea but no other drink was offered. One waitress actually wanted to argue over why we were not offered anything else to drink. This is unacceptable. Wait staff should never try to argue with a customer. We were eventually asked not to come back to this restaurant. We asked for a manager but we're refused. Can't believe the nerve of these people. If I owned this restaurant I would not stand for wait staff treating customers this way. We will not be spending another dime at any Chili's. There is a reason this place has bad reviews. read more

This is a small town Chili's. It's obvious the company is trying to shake up the brand AGAIN, looking at the decor and the new menu. The service wasn't bad just slow. Took forever (40 min) for lunch to come out and the place wasn't even crowded. My problem with Chili's regardless of whether it's a regular location or an airport location like ORD or DFW is that they don't train their cooks very well. Stuff comes out over or under cooked all the time and quite frankly some of the combinations of foods they put out don't taste very well. This location basically an average Chili's. read more

The hamburger was dripping grease, the margarita chicken was not tender and didn't have the toppings on it and the onion petals were disgusting! Most chain restaurants at least have about the same caliber and quality of food, not this one! I would not recommend it! read more

They have removed a lot of my favorite food items from their menu over the years, so I don't go here much these days. But when I do go, service is decent (for the most part) but always check your order if picking up to-go. Their rewards program isn't anything to write home about either, so that's another reason my business has dwindled over time. Usually I really like Chili's, but not so much anymore. I had been there several times in the past and got the smokehouse combo. Which was really good and I could get it for lunch and it was enough to eat on all day. Today we ordered it and we got 2 small meats. I got one small cut up sausage (like a cheddar hotdog you can get at the grocery store) and one small amount of dried up stringy meat that was on top of toast (for some reason) It seemed like it had been microwaved. It was about the size of a deck of cards, which is what a serving is I suppose, but for 20 bucks for a small plate. I could have went to the grocery store deli and got a better plate, way cheaper. Totally unsatisfactorily! Patrons at several tables who were seated after us had finished their meals and left before we received our meals. We were told our order was given to another table. When our steaks finally arrived we were asked to cut into them to see if they were cooked properly. They weren't! Unfortunately the server left the table before we cut into the steaks so we couldn't report that they were over cooked! The Kiosk didn't work so we were unable to take the survey. We were told we'd have to order something else and pay for it to take the survey. Having already wasted the price of three meals plus beverages, we declined to pour good money after bad. I have eaten in this Chilis at least once every month. The food and service are good. Typical to such an establishment. My real problem has been with the To Go service. The 1st time I arrived and no employees seemed to be working the To Go area. The 2nd time the employee was on the phone taking order after order. It was a good 7-10 min before I was acknowledged and my order sought. My orders have been wrong both times. However the distance and weather made returning out of the question. This isn't so much on the food as it is on experience. The food was alright, servers were nice, but what bothered me is what happened before we got sat. I came in last night with my wife and kids. I had forgotten to tell the hostess I wanted a high chair, so I asked the server and the hostess came back. She was trying to say something, when a lady, might have manger or something, came up to the hostess and started yelling at her about being able to put it at the booth. I think she was just trying to defend herself and looked like she wanted to cry by the end of it. Other than that, the service was great, again, the food was okay. I went in ordered a rib eye. Talked to server about the cooking of the steak. Medium pink in the middle. One hour later she bought the steak out over cooked. I asked for a check and told her I didn't want the food. She said she would not charge me for the meal. As I walked out I heard her chewing the guys in the back. The only trouble is this has happened every time I gone in there for the last 2 years. Mind you I haven't been in but a few times in that time span, but that is my last time.
