On the 22nd, my wife went to the Stuart, FL chili's #1355 for lunch with her friends. She ordered a Chicken Ranch sandwich to go for me. But somehow the server, Jaiden, got it wrong and I ended up with a Ranch Burger bacon cheese burger. Definitely not chicken. I have spoken with Manager Anthony P. three times and emailed them as well, because they continue to get it wrong. Their email quoted the last 4 digits of the debit number they credited, but they were the wrong numbers. They credited the wrong card, so some random person got a credit theoretically intended for me. Also, the item supplied in error was the Ranch Burger, a $19.79 item. They gave us a credit for a Smash Burger at $14.49, so they credited the totally wrong item. So Anthony's team got the order wrong, credited the wrong debit card account, and I'm still out $19.79 for something I never wanted. All in all, Chili's Stuart did a pretty poor job, and I still lose. I can't believe I expected such a simple transaction to be handled correctly and wasted my time. Because we post bellow Google review on Manager and they are telling our friends that we were kicked out, what kind of professionalism is that? They have no rights to slander people. I have dined at this establishment several times. We have had great experiences with service from the bar. Tonight, our last call was from a manager named "Lawanda" according to our bar server. Lawanda came to our table to take our last order of drinks. We waited and finally requested an update on our drinks. That's when we were advised that the manager cut us off. Review with update at end - I haven't eaten at this Chili's in a while and was very disappointed in our meal last night. The meal started out good until I got the salad. The ranch dressing was very watery and asked the server if they made it there. She said, "no, it was Hidden Valley", which surprised me and came in a jug. She offered to get me a different kind and I said, it was no big deal and just ate it. The croutons were amazing and the salad itself was delicious. I ordered an Old Fashined double cheeseburger, well done. When it came out it only had 1 piece of meat. I mentioned it to the server, who offered to get another one made, but I didn't want to put her to the trouble and said I would just eat it. That one was cooked perfectly, however, I could barely taste the meat, so I took her up on the offer for a new burger. When the second burger came it had two pieces of meat, however, they were medium rare and extremely bloody. At that point I was done with the meal, I had asked for the manager to come out because after drinking my coke I smelled something strange in the glass. I asked the server to smell it, but she refused and was rude about it. When the manager came over, I asked him the same thing. He was also rude about it, as well. I said it might not have been washed from a previous drink and his response was, "I suppose it wasn't." Gross! At 6:30 pm on a Saturday night they were dead, and now I SUPPOSE why. UPDATE: I went to the Jensen Beach Chili's and spoke to the manager there. Their salad dressing IS made in house, so the server lied to me. I ordered food at the Chili's in Jensen .... same thing, and it came out perfect. That manager even comped my meal, which I wasn't even expecting. He also gave me the phone numbers to the main manager and the general manager to call and complain. The first manager couldn't take my call, even though he knew what it was about, and I left a message to the general manager, who never returned my call. They obviously need new management. My son surprised us with a door dash last night and we really appreciated the thoughtful gesture, however, unfortunately the food was just so so. It's wasn't because it was delivered because it came fast and was still warm. My husband got the brisket burger, piles of meat but how it was cut and tasted it seemed more like thick pot roast or something with liquid smoke added to give it that bbq taste. Didn't look like your typical brisket. Cole slaw was tasty and crisp and refreshing on the sandwich. Corn was delicious! It was alright but we both agreed if you want brisket, go to a good BBQ place. My surprise dinner was the shrimp and steak fajitas, the presentation was fabulously, a container holding all the condiments was perfect, everything you would need to make a fajita. The rice was good but for me the black beans were to spicy. Unfortunately the shrimp was too spicy and not great, tasted like cheap shrimp that was frozen, odd taste, didn't eat them all. The steak looked great but it was chewy and I couldn't even eat several slices. Sad part was the grilled onions were the best part of it. I been going to Chillis for a long time and I'm very familiar with their serving of The SantaFe Salid This was the worst mixture of crap that I ever saw. We had our Great Aunt with us who is 86 years old and we didn't want any aggravation, so I just let it sit there and pretended I was eating. The dish is supposed to come with a choice of salad dressings chopped tomatoes slices of Avocoto . NOPE This came with a slapping of Ranch dressing the complete dish was soaking in Ranch dressing, No Avocado, no tomatoes and no side of Dressing. And the chicken looked like it came out of a bag and heated up , when something is grilled you can see the grill marks on it. We will never go there again no matter where it's location is. they lost us. Why be so deceiving Chili's? Placed an order with what was called "It's Just Wings" it should be called "It's Just Chili's Wings, brought to you by DoorDash" You are actually buying Chili's wings. It is a ghost kitchen, named Its Just Wings, you cannot even call about your order they send you to DoorDash. Placed an order, put all our credit information in processed payment and received no email confirmation. When I called to see if the order was in cue got a manager that couldn't be bothered and referred us back to DoorDash where you wait on hold. DON'T DO IT! Food was just mediocre. Not like the Chili's of the past. But apparently if you have dietary restrictions or wish to add items to your meal order, the manager will freak out so if you need items removed eat elsewhere. The table near us added cheese and bacon to their steak for an upcharge and then our table asked to remove the cajun seasoning from the pasta dinner (why would a Tex Mex place be servicing cajun pasta anyway) and sub a side of marinara. Apparently our waitress had just been yelled at over the steak modification from the other table and was FIRED for our change. We felt horrible. I mean, who would have thought she would be unemployed because we asked for no spice on the food? WHO FIRES SOMEONE FOR A FOOD MODIFICATION????????? Kelly the bartender is great, but I feel sorry for her cause she is all over the place. We went in there last Wednesday and they were understaffed again only 2 servers. They need to staff appropriately so it doesn't take 45 minutes to get your meal. We'll still go in but the managers need to staff more people or at least help their employees out! read more

Ok so unfortunately after a strange turn of events our Valentine's Day plans didn't happen and had to cancel our dinner reservation to a fancy Italian restaurant. Disillusioned and hungry we rolled up to this local Chili's that happened to be open late night. We were immediately seated and I immediately ordered a bogo Strawberry margarita to calm my nerves. Next we ordered the sirloin dinner frankly not expecting much more than to satisfy our hunger, to our surprise the steaks were both not only perfectly cooked but also seasoned to perfection. The Togo servers are super rude every time I get take out. I am also a Togo sever at another restaurant and I understand how much goes into good customer experience but I can honestly say I have never gotten one from the Stuart location chili's. I got a text that my order was ready on December 6th around 6pm and when the Togo server came to my car she asked my name and said well I have 20 togos so it won't be ready anytime soon. And basically came back 15 minutes later and asked my name again and then brought out someone else's order to me and when I said that want my name or order she snatched that bag and rolled her eyes. They are so unprofessional and always mess up my order I try to support other restaurants because I know it's hard to make tips nowadays. This was my local chili's store for quite a while. Tonight while placing a togo order in another town i mistakingly picked this store. I payed online and left tip ect. I called immediately (within 2 minutes of receiving email confirmation) to let them know i picked the wrong store and asked if they could please transfer to correct store or refund so i can place order again.. The manager advised me that she can not do anything and ill have to go through cooperate. I pleaded to please just refund my card as she had all the info from the order and she would not budge or try to help me out whatsoever. When i asked to speak to general manager she advised that she was the only one who could help me.. I am very upset and wish the manager was more considerate and willing to help.
