HORRIBLE SERVICE AND ATTITUDES! I've been here a few times and have had excellent service from Nuni she's great! But yesterday when we went we had a different server, and we had a horrible experience! First off our food order was taken wrong which wasn't a big deal until she got an attitude because of the mistake SHE made. Secondly, our check came out and was completely wrong, we tried explaining what was wrong and what needed to be taken off but instead of admitting her faults and correcting it she had an attitude! It took about 4 times for us to finally get the checks right! And because she knew she was wrong, she avoided us and didn't even apologize! Just horrible service! I think it would be best if you went when it isn't busy, because obviously they can't handle a crowd which is fine but you need to know your limits! This is a pathetic location. They had lots of wait staff and open tables but they're so so slow. We waited 15 mins on a Sat!! You're supposed to be rolling over, cleaning and getting customers in- fast!! It's the weekend!! We waited for nearly 5 minutes to be greeted by a server. We saw one wipe off a table, then walk right past us. We saw another drop off plates at another table, then walk right past us. The hostess sat another table, then walked right past us. That table was greeted by a server, who then walked right past us. We were hungry, and already here, so we decided to move to the bar area. As we walked past the hostess, we thought it would be nice of us to let her know we were relocating so she could seat the tables we were just at. As we told her this, she barely acknowledged us by not even looking up. "Okay" was all we got. Irritated, we decided to explain why we were moving: because no one had even stopped by in our 5 minutes of sitting there. She still didn't look up; instead, she greeted a couple behind us and sat them. At the cocktail area, we moved a couple tables to accommodate us all. Before we even sat down, the server greeted us and said she'd be a couple minutes before she could take our orders. That was more than anyone else had done for us! I wish I could leave a zero star review. EVERY SINGLE TIME we have come here, they have closed early! We walk in today at 8:20, the sign on the door says "closing at 9." First time here...last time here. We had to wait almost 10 mins for a table that wasn't even clean. Had to ask for it to be cleaned. Got our appetizer then had to ask for silverware and napkins. Grrr!! Main course was messed up and the correction was less than wonderful. Sat almost 10 min with an empty glass before it got refilled with more watered down sweet tea. My friends and I went here on Saturday around 7ish and surprisingly it wasn't that busy. We all ordered drinks which was very nice. I had the Blueberry Pineapple Margarita and it was delicious, drank it up before my food arrived. One friend had the fresh bowls or whatever it's called and it had big chunks of grilled chicken, one had boneless wings which looked yummy, and I had the Texas cheese fries which was tasty. Wasn't anything special about the food. It was average. Service was poor, though. Our waitress Haley only came around twice and that was after the food just arrived and to give us our tickets. I understand that they make a living off of tips, but if you're wanting a 18-20% you're going to have to work for it. I'm going going to hand money over just because you took my order. Generally speaking, I love Chili's. There's always something there that I am in the mood for. Their honey-chipotle chicken fingers are my favorite and my boyfriend and I can never say no to the chocolate molten lava cake. As far as this particular location is concerned, I've never had any problems. The service is always good (not great but never irritating). The food always tastes great and I've never had to send anything back. It's as clean as a chain restaurant can get, too. The only warning I have is that it gets busy! So, after writing the review, Chili's social media team reached out to me via Facebook and Twitter. They assured me that they were going to look into things and that they'd notify the store manager, blah blah blah. I got an email a week or so later telling me that they were going to offer me a meal voucher to make up for the bad experience. A week or two after that, I got a letter in the mail. It had $25 worth of vouchers good to use for my next visit. Sadly, the meal that was totally botched was more than $25. The least they could have done was to reimburse me for the actual amount that I paid. I tore up the vouchers and threw them in the trash. I will never step foot in this chili's again. read more

TL;DR this was NOT a good experience. While the atmosphere and waitress were nice, the food was the exact opposite. I ordered a 6oz steak, medium rare, with steamed broccoli and loaded mashed potatoes. What I got was a 4oz steak, cooked medium, with microwaved broccoli that was seasoned to hell and back, and mashed potatoes with cheese, also seasoned to hell. The only enjoyable part of the meal was the garlic butter that was put TO THE SIDE of the steak. Everything is overpriced as well, this was about $14. Every appetizer is at least $7. Protip: If you want good food, dress up real nice and go by yourself. They will think you're a food critic and go above and beyond to please you. When one of my girlfriends suggested Chili's, I silently groaned to myself & grumbled to my husband. It's hard to get excited about most chain restaurants - average food, average service & average atmosphere. Chili's is no exception. My girlfriends & I have an agreement, though - when it's your birthday, you get to pick the restaurant. I've know them for over 20 yrs. & have diligently attempted to get them to venture out, try new food & restaurants - sadly, to no avail. I still LOVE them, just not their tastes in food. That being said, we still had fun getting together for the evening. So, on to our dinner. We ordered the obligatory chips & salsa for a start. The chips were fresh & crisply but extremely salty. The salsa was forgettable. It was 2 for 1 margaritas during happy hour. They were mostly mix with very little tequila. I resorted to ordering a shot on the side to mix into my drinks so they would at least taste like a margarita! For entrees we ordered the Cajun Chicken pasta (at a Tex-Mex restaurant - I'm confused), the Margarita Fresh Mex bowl & the California Grilled Chicken flatbread. My friend who ordered the pasta, seemed to really enjoy it - large bowl with plenty of chicken in a creamy alfredo sauce. The Fresh Mex bowl looked like it was 3/4 rice - she ate less than 1/2 of her entrée. The flatbread, according to the description, was supposed to have bacon & avocado - neither of which I saw in the final dish. It tasted OK, but I would not order it again. Our server, Haley, was very attentive & didn't seem to mind us staying for almost 3 hours. Could have been because there were only about 8 other tables in the entire restaurant. She asked if we were celebrating a birthday & brought a free ice cream sundae. She even joined in when we sang happy birthday (not something I would have done in a crowded place). I haven't been to a Chili's in years since I moved to DC where they don't have them. They have really updated the interior at this location and it's really modern. The interior was also clean. I really liked the tablets at the tables where you can check yourself out quickly and it had tons of games for the kids in our party to play. The food was really good. I had the sour cream enchiladas and they were fantastic as we're the beans and rice that came with it. The menu has tons of stuff I never remember them having but if they are as good as the enchiladas I'll be going back to try them out. Our server was very attentive and was able to split up our large parties check with no problem, She saw to our needs quickly and was very friendly. I will be going back in future. read more

We went on a Friday night 5:00. The waitress was pleasant and attentive to begin with. I ordered a black bean burger, plain with a side of guacamole and broccoli. When it came there was cheese on the burger only the kitchen had flipped it over thinking I wouldn't notice. I sent it back to be made with no cheese. We asked the waitress if she could check on the burger because about 15 minutes had passed. She became irritated with us because of this and quit stopping by our table for drink refills. The burger finally came back out after 20 minutes without the broccoli. The broccoli came out 5 minutes later. By the time my food came out, all the people in our had finished 10 minutes prior. I asked two different workers before he came to our table. The manager was the most helpful and courteous and did comp our meal but the damage was already done. He should read the reviews and get his team to be more attentive. The restaurants need to remember how many choices are in the area and that the customers are paying them for eating there. In terms of service, this place has gone down hill since I last visited a few years ago. It takes 10 minutes to be greeted on a Sunday afternoon. Also, to-go? More like too-slow. I placed an order online for pickup, and I got there a few minutes late, but it should have been fine. Nope. Again, it took several minutes for anyone to approach the to-go counter. Several servers glanced at us, as they passed, but just ignored us for the bar patrons. When someone finally came to take our payment, the food wasn't even ready. I would not recommend trying to order any food to go from here unless your boss is okay with you clocking in late. I had half a mind to walk out, but they came to the counter just in time. read more
