Whenever we're in Seguin, we eat local 99% of the time. However, every now and again, my boyfriend's mom wants a burger from Chili's. We stopped in recently to fuel up our bellies enroute to San Antonio for the day. I'll have to say the negative reviews stump me. It's a chain, you know what to expect. Each time we've been here, we've always had our dog with us. The employees are super friendly and efficient. The food comes out fresh and warm. So for us, it's been good experiences. Hope it stays that way. read more

This chilis is so ASS i wouldn't bother spending money here. Service is non-existent, the waiters give off the impression that they couldn't care less how long you wait. I waited by the counter for almost 20 minutes at 10:50pm, they close @12am. I was passed up by over 10 different employees! All made eye contact, said nothing, and kept it moving. I cannot make this crap up. Employees carrying on about conversations, all while looking at me stand by the host stand, and walk away. As a restaurant manager, if these employees worked for me they would all be FIRED ASAP. If you don't care about your customers that's fine, take heed and spend your hard earned money elsewhere, this is not a family restaurant, and they do NOT want you here or want your patronage. I'd rather go to Bill Miller right up the road anyways, at least they care about you and take care of their customers up there and GREET you. Smh I'm heated. If i could put zero stars i would. read more

The Seguin location is a typical Chili's. Reliable food and nice environment. My only disappointment today was the bar tender was on their phone a lot of the time. read more

I'm a cancer patient, living alone with my wife on our small former ranch near Stockdale, tx. I don't get out anymore due to my health, and my wife works remote for the government, often traveling and leaving me here alone. I've always loved Chillis baby back ribs, and after a few of my stocks performed extremely well (I do some day trading) I decided to treat myself to a full rack of chillis ribs, despite the exorbitant price when bought through Uber eats and delivered. I was very excited at the prospect- I've been feeling worse than usual, partially because my diet is terrible. I don't think I've written a bad review more than 5-6 times in my life, but this was so bad, I just had to. After my food arrived I sat down to get to work, oddly excited at the prospect. The loaded potatoes were amazing, the asparagus one of my favorites, uber and my driver were exemplary, but... The rack of ribs were beyond terrible. I can't believe I'm saying this about Chilli's, where I absolutely love the ribs, but it was nothing but a big slab of pure fat with bones floating in it. It was nasty, gelatinous, and disgusting. Particularly after looking forward to it so much and it having been so long since I had indulged and treated myself...this hurt. I don't know if I'll ever be comfortable ordering their ribs again, they were that bad. Besides being shorted almost $60 by the time they arrived at my fork, I feel like I've lost future rib meals as well, because I'm not sure I'll ever be comfortable rolling the dice on chilli's formerly amazing ribs again, which is heartbreaking!... Sorry, Chilli's, I hated posting this. read more

I wish zero starts was an option. I have been in town for work and have gone to Chili's for dinner almost every night. They have been out of beer since Saturday. Service was horrible. Forgot my order and messed up my whole parties orders a multitude of times. Do not go here unless you want to keep telling the waiter the correct meal to bring every time they pass by your table. 1 star. read more

I've never had any issues with the service here. Food is good. And menu is somewhat cheap.

This was, without question, the worst dining service experience I've ever had. Our waitress, Kelsey, was inattentive from the start. When we asked for just two more minutes to make our final order decision, she disappeared for over 20 minutes. During that time, our drinks were never refilled, and we barely saw her at all. Things became even more uncomfortable when a man she clearly knew came in and sat right next to our table. Kelsey then sat down with him, socializing, checking on his utensils and condiments, and giving him her full attention--despite clearly being on the clock, as his food arrived while she was still seated with him. She only got up briefly to bring us our food, which we had ordered 20-30 minutes earlier, leaving us unsure how long it had been sitting before being served. After that, she returned to sitting and talking with him for another 40 minutes. When we finished eating, she did not check on us. The only reason she noticed we were done was because I was trying to look for her name tag, which she wasn't wearing. She took my plate and immediately went back to sitting and continuing her conversation. As we were leaving, I briefly spoke to the manager to get her name. I didn't explain the entire situation because he was in the middle of seating another family, and I didn't want to cause a scene or hold him up--but the lack of service and professionalism was unacceptable. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I will not be returning. read more

Had a great experience! Bartender and manager were very attentive to my diet restrictions and took it very seriously. Traveling for work it's hard to find food that meets my needs and they knocked it out of the park. Plus the food tasted great. Much appreciated! read more

I came to this establishment very hungry and left very hungry. The waiting staff was very understanding and kind, however the cooks and manager were not. I asked for eggs with cheese and was presented with a slab of cheese on top of my eggs. Sadly this wasn't the worst thing that happened. I also asked for a medium well steak that was presumably raw. My friend also got a raw steak so we asked them to take it back, then was presented with an extremely well done steak. This is a horribly run establishment and I will not be eating here ever again! read more

The manager and the waitresses here are the absolute best! They are great and really try to problem solve. The issue is the two hosts... I wish I got their name but one of the was blonde and the other had dark black hair. They were very unprofessional and rude.... They opened the door to the front but did not tell us where to stand or who would be seating us. Neither of them made eye contact and said nothing at all. The other girl with black hair started walking but said nothing so we just followed her. She dropped the menu without a word or anything and she was walking so fast through the restaurant we could barely keep up where she was going. Our server was wonderful though and she did an amazing job with our order, the manager was super kind and he said he would talk to them. Fine right? Well when we were leaving the black haired girl didn't made eye contact or say anything at all and the blonde haired girl said "have a wonderful night!" Extremely loud and in the most sarcastic tone. They were glaring at us when we turned back to say something and they shut the door!! FIX YOUR HOSTS!!!!!! read more

Sigh, Chili's corporate ensures consistent quality food, same at this locale. Yummy food. However, I sat at the bar and was served by "Raven". She has a bubbly persona at first but anyone paying attention she is rude to staff and all about long pours and tips. She is complacent about sanitation. I observed shoddy wash down of her station with overflowing fluids falling on the well liquors and subsequently puddling on the floor in front of the reefer doors. Bar towel in her hip dangling, she'd stoop to gain access to beer or cold mugs in reefer allowing towel to sop up sullied water from floor. Afterwards she'd use the towel to cleanse her hands then mix drinks. Ewwe! If you eat here, don't order adult beverages and only accept your served food from a food runner after 4 PM. read more

Great bar staff. Always a friendly crowd. Food is typically chilis. I'm always appalled at the lack of attention to cleaning. These front doors have been this way for years. I'd be shocked if the walk in refrigerator did not look the same. It's a corporate location and it's clear it's a ignored location. On my next trip through I'm bringing some soft scrub and cleaning half the door myself read more

Not sure why this Chili's Location off the 10 has only 2 Stars. Stopped in on my Road Trip and Raven who was bartending was Excellent. The Hostess Londonn was Super Sweet Greeting Us immediately upon entering. Both Raven and Londonn's customer service skills are on par. Met a few Locals who were very much Welcoming. Poor experience. Bartender was amazing all smiles. Manager seemed to be having a horrible time made our table feel super uncomfortable. Stared and seemed to be venting her problems to all the customers. Ordered 6 oz sirloin at medium to medium well for a pregnant woman which came out partially medium rare. Big no no. Then for myself a 12 oz medium rare ribeye which came out medium well. All in all just distasteful all because of this manager who had a shitty attitude and no responsiveness. No effort to correct the issues at hand no table proactive nothing. Hope this isn't the standard for chillis. read more

Been here twice now, the place is three times the size it needs to be. Expect a wait no matter how busy they are. Terrible service, not sure how you run a business and when you ask why their is a long wait when the place is maybe a third full. Service at the table is a one star at best. read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Checked in at 7:20 was told it would be 30 mins. Three groups came in after us and were told 30-45 mins as well. Well guess what, two groups were seated before us and the other couple walked right in and sat themselves and all the hostess did was laugh and say sorry and we would have a table soon. Excuse me? Your joking. The gentleman who was helping the hostess even said we needed a table bc we were there first and she let them all go before us. What a joke. Never again! #trash read more

I haven't had chili's in month's and went to their website. Saw they deliver and clicked the tab. Order was in roughly 5:55pm or so, eta for delivery was 6:53-7:08pm. Door dash arrives at 6:48 or so. Foood delivers was cold, I mean I ordered chili from chili's and it was cold. Everything was. I asked the manager to pick up this cold food and bring me hot food and he tried to blame the coldness on doordash. My food came early and came cold. That food was cooked long before I ordered it and was left out. Manager still refused to pick up this frozen dinner. I'm pissed that I have to microwave your food Chili's. You are now far below standard and should hold the management at that store accountable. When a customer orders food from Chili's they should not be forced to eat cold crap. Driving through and got a hotel close to chilis so we could have dinner that wasn't fast food. Never made it past the host stand. Place was empty and they seemed to be severely under staffed and under-trained on how to make the potential that they could be raking in. Owners should really evaluate this location. read more

Great food and still tastes great after curbside pickup and trip home. Even my molten chocolate cake was warm. Nothing is ever missing and they seem to have the best Tex-Mex food in town (and they are a chain). They are our new go to for Fajitas. Not broken little fatty prices but real cut steak finger size. Ample portions on the sides and I like being able to customize kids meals for 2 sides. They are a busy location so a few minutes on curbside delivery is fine. Will be back often in the future. read more

this is the worst chili's i've ever been to oh my god. i've been going to chili's for a WHILE, and in the past 5 years i have always ordered the cajun pasta with shrimp. and it is ALWAYS delicious. not this time. first of all - ordered the white spinach queso. sounds good! i love queso blanco so like, this should be good. comes out, my boyfriend and i take two bites and are immediately disgusted. there's this super hard layer of another cheese on top which is just weird and gross, wouldn't mix into the queso at all and you couldn't eat it. the queso itself tasted disgusting. there was not a single appetizing flavor to be found. the texture was that of boiled milk, in the grossest way you could imagine. i have never once sent back food in my entire life for being bad, but this was revolting. i sent it back, i didn't want another appetizer, it was terrible. my cajun pasta was nothing like the others i have had before. barely any cajun seasoning on the pasta, so it lacked its distinct delicious flavor. the shrimp did not seem made to order or at least cooked in that kitchen at all. at best microwaved. the garlic toast on the side wasn't even toast, it was lukewarm bread with, again, barely any seasoning. the pasta was hot at least, so we ate it. disappointing but not disgusting. on another note - a waitress had plates stacked above my head on a booth partition. don't know why that's allowed but they could have fallen on me very easily if a number of things had occurred - if i had gotten out of my booth, if someone accidentally ran into them or hit them with their hand, or if a waitress simply lost their grip. that's just a general safety hazard. also our waters never got refilled the entire time we were there. still left a good tip bc i work for tips as well and understand how important they are, but i was so angry i didn't want to. we split the check evenly and i still came out paying $17 with tip. what the hell. absolutely ridiculous. this might be the worst chili's in the world. absolutely horrid. downright terrible. avoid. read more
