We have a great time while being there the wait time was pretty long about 30 minutes before being seated. Service was excellent our waitress was absolutely wonderful. After paying and walking out the restaurant the bartender stop my husband and wouldn't let him leave because of a $2 that was owned to the bar. They've switched up A LOT and downsized them menu. If you're going there for the old Chilis you will not find it. While they took away quite a bit, they countered it with amazing food, great service and honestly fantastic drinks. We ordered our drink from the bar and got it within 5 minutes. It was a lemon drop and it was damn good! We ordered our appetizers and got it within 7 minutes. All of this is fantastic since they were moderately busy and we came in with, I kid you not, at least 5/6 different tables. (Not people we knew) our server was training another young lady and they were both so sweet. The food was out 10 minutes after our appetizers and we drank and ate in peace. I would come back again. There's no more frozen margheritas! After coming back a few days ago from a cruise, my husband and I were in the mood to have some frozen margheritas. In the past we have always ordered a house blackberry one from chili's. They are so good! Well apparently they don't make house anymore but do with patron. We found this out after our waitress asked the bartender if they have blackberry. Which she said yes while looking at us that they did. A few minutes later we were served regular frozen margaritas. We told the bartender that this is not what we ordered and she told us that's how the waitress typed it in. Also she knew we were the ones that wanted the blackberry. So she made them over and they come back like a greenish color. We figured she must've reused the old ones and adjusted by adding a lil syrup. As we were sitting there I glanced over at the bar and noticed the manager pointing at our table asking what we ordered. He probably figured what kind of drink is that ?! lol Nothing was done. I then told the waitress that she was doing a great job we just would like to talk to the manager about the drinks. He got her to remake them again. They came back looking like regular frozen margheritas with syrup squirted on the bottom of the glass. We were curious to know how is this what we wanted. He later asked us how are the drinks, we said it's usually all mixed of one color. So she came back to mix them and we said we usually have them blended that we don't usually have to stir them. She then told us that they don't have blenders anymore. She also told us that now they have like a pre mixed dispensing that is like a slushie machine. We just told her to forget it and we didn't know that. End result we never finished them cause they are not a true frozen margherita. Communication was not met well. It was very disappointing to get 3 rounds of drinks wrong and not even halfway finished the last semi frozen one lol The manager did comp us for 1 drink. It was hands-down the best around. On a cold Florida evening (yes, they exist), that bowl of chili was pure comfort, the kind of thing that made you forgive every traffic light on 23rd Street. But somewhere in the corporate think-tank, a marketing genius apparently decided, "Hey, you know what Chili's doesn't need? Chili." And just like that, they yanked it off the menu. That's right, Chili's, without chili. It's like Hooters deciding to focus on men's weightlifting, or Olive Garden announcing they're cutting back on pasta because "it's too carby." Whoever made that call deserves to be tarred, feathered, and sentenced to wander the Land of Nod with a spoon and no bowl. So yeah, until the chili returns, this family's staying gone. Their enchilada soup is so delicious and my go to. Their burgers are delicious but that soup is the best.

When we arrived we asked for a booth and were told it may be up to 15 minutes. We said fine, we will grab a drink at the bar while we wait. Recieved the confirmation text that we were on the wait list and 1st in line. We ended up leaving after 25 minutes because we watched the 2 booths behind us leave and get cleaned. Then, the next 2 sets of people who walked in the door were promptly seated at those booths. Another booth left and sat dirty for over 10 minutes before being cleaned as we walked out the door. Our last few visits have all been extremely underwhelming and needless to say, Chili's is now out of our food rotation. read more

If I could give them a negative review I would, we had a party of 13 people, 3 people's birthday we are celebrating. They told use 30-40 mins. After a hour of waiting they than told us they can't take us because they are short staffed and the person who was in that section left... what a bunch of pos who work there. Heck, he deserves to be the CEO of Chili's. I have felt more loved by Michael in 5 minutes than I have in my 30 year marriage. To just spend a second with him has made my life complete. I haven't been to a chilis in yearsssss, but from what I remember it used to be pretty good. I'm pregnant and really wanted nachos so I thought I'd stop by here because it was so close to the hotel I was staying in... what arrived at the table was so disappointing that I didn't order anything else... it was GROSS. My server was okay... when I told him I was shocked by what I had gotten he said "that's just how we do our nachos..." 10 chips, individually topped... weird as heck and it took a hot minute to receive the "nachos". Ordered from Door Dash today and couldn't select any additional sauces or sides to my chipotle salad so we called after to add and offered to pay EXTRA EXTRA for what we wanted -like 2oz of sour cream, or sante fe sauce and the lady said she couldn't do that, we couldn't pay extra and that should would never remember to add the extra sour cream. We didn't get a name -but when I called to speak to a manager about horrible service the person I spoke with said "yeah we don't do extra sauces"....I'm sorry what??? You do not wish to take my money? Recently visited this Chili's for lunch. I had their new Chili's Philly and it was damn good; loaded with meat, cheese, peppers, and onions. Service was good, but we were sat in the bar area so the poor bartender had to take care us and the crowd at the bar; which is just too many people for one server. My husband ordered the fajitas and asked the waitress to sub the beans and get mashed potatoes. She brought out our food with the potatoes. We were surprised to see we were charged for the potatoes. I asked, she didn't know. Had the manager come speak to us. He stood and argued with us over $3.49. Said he can't take the charge off, they don't sub the side for this only entree, the fajitas. Nothing was said upon ordering. The way he reacted to us was highly unprofessional and we won't be going back. It was literally only $3.49. My husband and I go to this Chili's all of the time. In my experience (especially compared to a lot of the service you get around here) this place is always great. The service is always spot on. Last Wednesday we ordered several items from the menu via DoorDash, including the Classic Sirloin with Grilled Avocado (which includes asparagus), Cajun Chicken Pasta, Steak Fajitas, and a Classic Ribeye, plus two bowls of soup. The asparagus were basically just the stems and barely any avocado; the veggies on the Steak fajitas were not grilled (that's how they are supposed to be); the Cajun Pasta and a bowl of soup were missing, plus the soup was a cup; and the food was cold. We called the restaurant twice: first time after requesting the manager to talk to, I was put on hold and after 15 minutes they hanged up. The second time my wife was asked to facilitate her number for them to call us... still waiting. They did mention that the managers were also in the kitchen.
