Hm not sure why this has a bad rating, I had a pretty great experience. Came for a cousin's night out and had to head on down to Chili's to hang out with mah fuckin' boyz. Our server, Jocelyn, handled us two perimenopausal nit picky biddies like a pro! She mixed up a custom virgin cocktail for me since Chili's is too short sighted to offer mocktails. But Rob the manager robbed us of $8. My cousin asked to substitute the patron in her margarita with Tito's (it comes with Patron & Tito's and she just wanted 2 helpings of Tito's instead of patron) and they charged her $8 to do that which makes no sense. But it is what it is, that's one of the reasons I'm happy I don't drink. You just can't beat a triple dipper appetizer. Don't share, just make it your entree. I personally get very excited for the southwest egg rolls but I always end up being overzealous and ordering a double dose of egg rolls with mozzarella sticks. But the egg rolls are really filling so next time I should do double mozzarella cause they're to die for. The cheese pull, Francine omg the cheese pull. I love the ipod nano shape that somehow makes it so much tastier! There are 2 flavored mozzarella sticks available, but I insist on going with the O.G. dousing it in sauce would just be sacrilegious, and that honey chipotle is actually quite spicy! I also love the southwest salad, which barely qualifies as a salad since the lettuce is the minority ingredient. I don't know, Chili's is one of my favorite chain restaurants and they're just far enough away from where I live to make it a special occasion. I stopped by after work on Sunday. It was close to closing. I had no idea but I walked in and seated myself at the bar. The bartender was very nice and helpful. She helped me order a delicious burger. It was prepared perfectly. I sat watching the Oscars and I never felt rushed. I really enjoyed myself. read more

Been here a few times now and have to admit they put out a nice spread. The menu is extensive and has a lot of different combinations for the dine-in set. We had been to other Chili's before, but had not been to this location in years. This outlet is well-run with an active manager on-site keeping everything moving. The waitstaff was especially delightful in that they were well-trained, and knew the menu and options available. Kudos to the manager. Drink prices from the extensive alcohol selection (especially more than a dozen margaritas) were very reasonable ... they even had a Maker's Mark Old Fashioned for under $10 ... so they aren't charging exorbitant dollars for libations. Food wise ... we thought the menu was just a bit on the pricey side, but the large serving sizes made up for it. We tried their Triple Dipper (a 5-star offering of three different appetizers with three different sauces .... be warned: this is enough for an entire meal), the Fried Mozzarella (a 4-star offering where each piece is very large ... our first time there we got the six-piece and won't do that again as it was too much for the two of us ... they are more like wedges than sticks; these Mozzarella wedges come three different ways: Fried, Nashville Hot, or Honey-Chipotle). For dessert we had the Molten Chocolate Cake (a 5-star offering also). They also have a busy take-out section, which includes alcohol to-go. Ambiance wise, the dining room is big and roomy, and loud with all noise bouncing off the concrete floor. They have enough staff to run the place smoothly, and the staff was friendly and attentive. service was outstanding. the triple dipper platter is a MUST, the big mouth bites were great, the nashville hot mozzarella was great, the honey chipotle sauce was good but the chicken was too chewy and not good. I ordered the Ancho salmon meal. The salmon was overcooked, dry and crunchy on the bottom. The sauces on top was a spat not enough on the burnt up dry salmon as it appeared dry too. The potatoes were good and the broccoli was okay. The watermelon lemonade drink was good. Just that piece of salmon I can't get over how crunchy and dry it was for the price. Never again. read more

Had the worst customer service from the African American woman manager!!! I ordered skillet queso and when presented with order didn't receive chips and salsa. When asked to get I was questioned to see my receipt as if I was asking for an item I didn't pay for ! I expressed my embarrassment at being asked and she got all high and mighty with me! I then asked to speak with her manager up walked a gentleman who I began to have a discussion with all the while being interrupted by the original manager! My daughter order a steak middle well, steak came extra well done, called the manager which was kind of an a-hole arguing the it was indeed a middle well however the GM made it alright! It was National Margarita Day, we figured why not have $5 margaritas and some apps. Chilis was pretty packed, which was great to see. Service was top notch thanks to Lily - she was fast, friendly, and provided great conversation! Drinks were good, apps were fantastic. We got: -White spinach queso (So good!) -Fried pickles (AMAZING) -Chips and salsa -Fries -Potato soup -Guacamole (Delicious and fresh) Will definitely be back. Chili's has officially come off my list of "go to restaurants ". We got seated right away which was surprising because previous times we were told there was a wait when the restaurant was only half full. Took over 10 minutes for a waitress to come and take our order; and then another 10 minutes to bring our chips and salsa appetizer. When dinner was brought, I was highly disappointed in my order -- Santa Fe Grilled Chicken Salad. The salad was tiny - side salad size; the lettuce was limp; and I'm pretty sure the chicken was frozen strips that they microwaved because it was a hard clump on the side of the salad that I couldn't even put a fork/knife in. When I told the waitress she brought me a "small side of grilled chicken". It wasn't Santa Fe seasoned like it was supposed to be -- hence the order item name. It was just plain grilled chicken. I'm done paying for over priced, shrinking size, less than mediocre food. I'd rather stay home and make better, healthier food. read more

Two words to describe this Chilis: IT SUCKS. 3 times I have tried to eat here. Here's what happened: Time #1: arrived at 6:00. Door were locked. People were clearing eating inside. (I looked though the windows) I instead went to Pepe's down the street. Time #2: Arrived at 6:30. Was told there was AT LEAST a 1 hour wait. Restaurant was MAYBE half full at most. Went to Portillo's instead. Time #3: Arrived at 7:00. Waited 5 minutes for hostess to come. Was told there was a 30 minute wait. Restaurant was 1/4 full at most. Went to Pepe's again. If you are short staffed/only 1 waiter/no one showed up for their shift then fine. I get that. But PUT A FRICKING SIGN ON THE DOOR to explain WHY there is a wait. I'm done. We went here a few weeks ago for lunch to celebrate my girlfriend's Birthday... Our experience was horrible the greeter was the waitress and bartender... I order the Chicken Fajitas and she ordered wings... My fajitas came out with the onions and green peppers uncooked the chicken was undercooked... It was watery looking.. The manager came over and said she must admit the vegetables were under cooked and the chicken is pre cooked they just warm it up... The manager uniform was dirty and she came across unprofessional but not rude. She told me Chili's is not known for their fajitas .. They are known for their burger's. She told me to look at the menu and order something else. The problem is no one ever came back to take my re-order and when the waitress remembered my friend was done eating a few of her wings. Her wings were hard and came out cold... The waitress said she could send them back but there would be a wait. We Than ordered drinks and they were ok. This was a costly horrible lunch meal and the attitude was so sad too bad maybe next time it will be different !!!!!!Thanks but no Thanks!!!! read more

My Saturday lunch was a table by the windows and door. We Sat for 10 minutes and asked a women at the front who are server was. She said I will help you, she took our drink order and we were ready so she took our order. While taking it a girl with braids and glasses came up and rudely threw the silverware on the table and said well then you take them and walked away. The girl that took care of us was so nice and apologized. She was busy in the bar area but made sure we were taken care of. I don't know how you have other people that are so rude. I asked for the other girls name but don't recall it. I think it was something with a T or K. Hopefully no one gets stuck with her. OMG! Just got off the phone with the manager, who literally yelled at me, saying, "I can't do that!" afer asking for help correting a mistake with my online order. I tried explaining the situation, and he yelled over me. In frustration, I said forget it, cancel my order, and as a long-time customer, I will not order from there again. It's so sad to have establishments like this one within our community. I ordered a party plate and was such a headache to order over the phone and online. When I finally received it, my burgers had biting marks as if someone took a bite. I still had to wait over the phone and since they never answered me I had to go back to the restaurant. Such a disgrace, I would have never served that to my event. I understand they were busy but there's no excuse to received unsanitary food items. I didn't get any apologies, just to either received another order or a refund not taking into account my time being wasted. I was left with no food and no money until 5-10 business days. read more

I stopped by today for lunch at the Chili's in Orland Park and had a great visit. Alyssa was my waitress; she was conscientious and kind. My order came up quickly and was delicious. The manager stopped by to see if everything was to my liking. I was especially grateful that the staff was all wearing masks and that I was asked to show proof of Covid immunization, even though the Orland Park mayor is not enforcing this Cook County rule. The waitress mentioned how people yell at her when she is asking for proof of immunization. We all need to remember that wait staffs are only doing their jobs. No one wants to be reprimanded.
