Why can't you train the staff to use the Kiosks by default. What's more irritating than waiting for your check to get back to work at lunch is when you have this stupid payment kiosk that is not linked to your check. I come here all the time it's only available when I ask to pay on the device. read more

This location is very consistent just like the other Chili's restaurants in the area. Came in today ordered a half rack of ribs, 2 avocado steak sirloins with corn on the cob, three enchiladas and a tostada. We also ordered 2 kids sized cheese burgers with a side salad. (see pictures) Everything tasted good and it was delivered fast and the service was friendly because the waitress was excellent. complaints: It took about five minutes for them to acknowledge that we were standing there waiting. But once they saw us they seated us with no issues. The silverware at the table was disgusting looking (see pictures). Must be residue from the dish washing soap or something alike. We always wash it with some water and napkins ourselves. The avocado steak sirloins were not very big (see pictures). They are about 50% of the size represented in the menu. However, the corn on the cob was just as pictured. I guess this is how they make their money by delivering less meat. Our table side POS terminal was not working, so we had to give our credit card to the waitress, not a big deal, but just mentioning the lack of attention). All in all, we spent about $67 for 5 people. I guess you get what you pay for. read more

Oh man. Chills is having a rough time. Let me note ahead of time, Chilis is not my go to, but due to a national holiday with lots of closed restaurants and trying to get in and out of somewhere to make a movie time, this was all we had to work with. I didn't walk in with my mind already made up. I grew up eating at Chilis, so I didn't expect it to be terrible. We were told to select a table in the bar area, which wasn't our first preference, but since we needed to be in and out quickly, we agreed. It took about 10 minutes for a server to get to us. We told her we needed to moe quickly and she had a bit of an attitude about it. We placed out orders. We never received chips and salsa at our table. Drinks came out, but I did not receive a refill throughout my meal. Food took about 30 minutes to arrive at the table. The plate was warm, but the fries were cold. At this point, we were out of time and the server was long gone so I couldn't ask for hot food. The server never returned to our table to check on us after food was dropped off. We paid through the tablet at the table and headed out the door. Will not be back. read more

I'll come to this location a few times a year to grab a quick bite at the bar during a lunch break. This is by far the best Chili's that I know of out of about five other locations. The service is always good; the food comes out extremely fast and the food always tastes good. I've had Jeremy as a server here a few times and he is great. He listens to your order to make sure it is accurate, interacts with customers and always has a smile on his face. The food at this location is always hot, fresh, flavorful and hits the spot. I'm not the biggest Chili's fan in the world, but this location never disappoints. read more

I've been to this Chilis a few times, due to it being located so conveniently on Tampa Road. The food is standard. Nothing terrible, but nothing memorable. I do like that they add new items on a fairly consistent basis, though. The service is where their star rating takes a dip. I've seen mostly friendly faces here, but the service is slow...even during lunch when it's not that busy. And you would think the Ziosk (tabletop service system) would make it easier to pay your check, but when the server has to add or retract charges it still makes the process longer. I also don't think the availability of video games is helping out our society with focusing on quality time. It's bad enough we've all got our cellphones whipped out. Now we can play Plants Vs. Zombies at our table, too? Also the change to the layout makes it much less family friendly, IMHO. The large booths are gone, opting now for long half-booths with individual chairs. I'm not a fan. Chilis is a good ol' standby for the restaurant fare I grew up with, but the "trendy" atmosphere is overly ambitious compared to its actual offerings. read more

I'm pretty much a regular here and haven't had bad service ever! I'm usually impressed on how big my salad is or how nice and got the food is presented! Honey chipotle crispers and my go to but I love the Quasaudilla explosion salad as well! See you at Chili's! read more

I called this Chili's location tonight to place a to go order. I asked if the other location was closed and the girl said "do you want to place here because I'm busy" very rude customer service. I guess you can't ask a question anymore. Needs a new person answering the to go orders because she does not have any manners or customer service skills. Won't be calling this Chili's again. read more

Went in for the lunch combo with my two teenage sons today. Can't beat the Lunch combo deal $6-$7 depending on what you order. You get soup or salad plus an entree. Our server was exceptional. We never had to ask for drink refills or extra napkins, she was just on top of it. To finish off our lunch we ordered 3 mini molten cakes which were delicious and very decadent! The inside of the restaurant is like ever other Chili's as far as decor. The place was clean and all staff were friendly. read more

I don't think Chillis gets a much credit for their food as they deserve. I have never had a bad guacamole at Chillis ever! Their margaritas are top notch. I don't know if there's a margarita school for Chilli employees or something but their food especially their Mexican variety always leaves me happy! read more

We had a great experience here! Stopped in mid day and sat at the bar, had a few margaritas and a couple apps. The bartender was awesome, I wish I had caught her name! I haven't been to a chilis in forever and the menu looks so much better than it used to. We both enjoyed everything. This was our second time at this location and would definitely stop by again if we are in the area. read more

Been to this chillis a couple of times, never really had a problem & not this time either. Only reason I am giving it a 3 is because of the greasy table screen that we used, we sat at the bar, it sat there the whole time while we were there with no one else was using it & then when we went to pick it up it was just dirty, no one ever wiped it down. The guacamole was good & the beers was 2 for 1. We will return due to location. read more

This could be considered a "I have good news and bad news" situation. My wife and I went for lunch here on Friday, July 28th. We sat at the bar where the bartender, Jeremy, waited on us. I had my favorite "go to" meal, the Caribbean Salad with chicken. As I was eating it, I found a piece of a zip tie in my salad. That was the bad news. The good news is that both Jeremy and the manager, Justin addressed the situation above expectations. Both were sincere in their shock and regret over what had happened, took the price of the salad off our bill and asked what else could be done to make the situation right. This kind of concern for the customer and their experience seems to be harder to find, especially when pointing out something the restaurant or the server is negilgent in. The way both Justin and Jeremy handled the situation will cause my wife and I to return over and over. Thank you for re-establishing my faith in customer service being alive and well in the restaurant business, at least at the Oldsmar Chili's! read more

I come here very often , not only to this location but all because my girlfriend one day we went & the guy with dreads had gave her the advise to get something & ever since she wants it like once a week & being we work 2 minutes away it's very convenient & honestly even if there is a problem with the food they always fix it & I'm left satisfied every time ! read more

The hospitality was excellent. I was greeted and served in a hospitable and timely manner. I ordered the Texas loaded cheese fries and they were great. I also had the fajitas with steak, grilled chicken, and shrimp. They were delicious. The mango lemonade is delightful. read more

We had a gift card for Chili's which we have been using spanning 3 different Chili's locations. This one was fantastic. Clean and large. We sat at the bar. Greeted immediately and given our waters. Ordered our food and our soup came straight out. Our food wasn't far behind. Everything was great. We love the $6, $7, and $8 lunches. The southwest? soup is delicious. Tons of cheese and little crunchies on top. The quesadilla was hot and crisp and came with a spicy ranch for dipping. The fries were also crisp. The bartender kept my water full without asking which is always a nice touch. Well done Chili's. We would definitely come back. read more

Our waitress is Tara. She works weekdays and has been consistently the best server that anyone could ever ask for. I have been going there so many years that it almost seems like home. We walk in, ask to be seated in her station and we never need to worry about getting poor service. She is super attentive and knows that your drink needs replenished before you do. This professional waitress is the reason we go back time and time again. I have had bad food at chili's before, but the professionalism of Tara is what keeps us happy patrons. Every restaurant can make a mistake, but it is how well they handle the issue that separate quality from quantity. Bravo to Tara, she single handedly keeps patrons coming back. read more

No more free chips and salsa in the bar. No worries, I will not be back. Felt sick almost immediately after eating before I even paid the bill. The grossness and nausea I feel now will be forever be associated with Chilis. No nope not coming here again. read more

Ok, so I feel kinda silly writing a review for a Chili's. After all, they're the same everywhere, right? Wrong. This Chili's is exceptionally good. I've told others that it's the best Chili's I've ever had the pleasure of dining in. The staff is always super friendly--and remembers us, despite the fact we're not "regulars." They DO NOT skimp on the food. Your plate will be full, I assure you, and you'll probably be asking for a to-go box. Everything is piping hot when received and looks just as good, if not better, than the pictures on the menu. How many Chili's can you say that about? Anyhoo, this is the only Chili's I'll go to. I'm stubborn, I guess. But that's okay. Four stars because hey, it's still a chain restaurant and it's not fancy/homemade etc etc., but four stars is the max Chili's could get in general, in my opinion. read more

Waste of time and money. I know that corporate chains are the bane of my existence but I'm new in the area and had a terrible time finding a quick and easy place to catch some of the NFL games. Well, Chili's was the wrong choice. They offer 2 for 1 Happy Hour drafts but then pour you an 8 oz draft. Yeah they say it's 10oz (which is too small still) but then they fill it with an inch of head. Hey Bartender... I used to be one, I used to even own a microbrewery, don't try to convince me I'm getting a deal paying $6 for 16 total ounces of Sam Adams. I'm not. read more

Came here with my bosses for lunch after a meeting. It's your standard Chili's, though I really like the chain so I started the review at four stars. Took one off because one of us ordered shrimp tacos and the shrimp didn't appear to be cooked all the way through - the manager explained that "they normally look like that" and "I'll take it off the bill if you want." Are you standing by the food or aren't you? You can't be indecisive in that position and it was really strange to witness. read more

This location is always busy it seems! Definitely a nice spot for a casual bite to eat. Last time I visited, I ordered one of the new Fresh Mex bowls, and it was really good (think Chipotle burrito bowl). The table we sat at int he bar area had a new electronic ordering device where you could reorder your drinks, etc...and pay with your credit card when you were done. That was kind of a nice touch...instead of having to wait for the server! read more

The free chips and salsa in the bar area are great! We tried the new jumbo soft pretzels and cheese. The pretzels were great but the cheese was kind of hard like it sat around for a while. Good service though. read more

Tara is always the best! While chilis is a chain and food is average....the service is what sets a place apart from others!

I've gotten take out twice from this location and I've been disappointed both times. The first time I got a burger, it was supposed to be well done, and it was bright pink inside when I got it home. I figured, well that's an easy mistake and didn't think too much of it. So again tonight I ordered some take out. I ordered the crispy chicken tenders. I figured it would be hard to mess those up. I was wrong though. The chicken was just terrible. It had a really weird rubbery texture to it. I only ate like one and half of them and it was grossing me out. I don't know if it's just to go orders they just don't care about and just threw some old chicken tenders that had been sitting around a while my way or if it would have been the same if I had dined in, but I will not be going back to this location ever again. read more

Their quality of food is below average. I ordered a southwest salad and it tasted like it came from a salad kit.

What can I say it is Chilis either you like it or you don't. however I was fascinated with the new pay at the table option they now offer. I even re ordered another liquid libation from the table just so I could play with the new machine. read more

i've enjoyed this close to home restaurant several times during the past couple months. the food is as good as it looks on the menu. the staff is exceptional making it a pleasure to go back again. i've enjoyed the 2 for 20 as well as the Hatch Green Chili burger that's on special right now. i've added having green chili on my fries just like we did when we lived in Albuquerque. just a nice place to spend time for dinner. read more

I love Chili's food. I get it on a regular basis, usually take-out. However this time we decided to dine-in after church. We ordered the Southwestern Egg Rolls, love them and the Nachos. We also Orders Meals, the Trio Fajita, the 6 oz Steak and The Green Chile Chicken Enchiladas, The food was fabulous. The service, not so much but to give the girl credit she was new so hopefully with some more time she will master the Chili's way & be a fabulous server for however long she wants to. read more

Came here after a hockey tournament with about 10 boys ranging in age from 8-10 and all of the families. AMY was our waitress and was absolutely amazing! Chili's apparently doesn't have club soda at any of their locations. That's news to me since I've ordered a vodka club here a hundred times before, but was informed that there bar only makes margaritas and doesn't carry club soda. They raised the price of their fajitas but cut the portion in half. They fajita was good, but not filling at all. Their new changes didn't help my experience, this use to be a good place to eat... Guess not so much anymore. Good luck Chili's. read more

We sat in the bar area which includes free chips and salsa, you've gotta love that. Plus my preteen son likes to watch sports on the tvs. Our server was extremely attentive and was on top of getting refills and extra napkins, etc. She was quick and efficient and she had no issue splitting our check among 2 families. The food was great too! We split the buffalo chicken salad which was perfect for a lunch portion. Kids meals were the right size too. The Presidente was made well and made one momma at the table happy. read more

Well I am sure everyone has eaten at Chilis at least 1 time. They have good foo, good prices, and a great atmosphere. They have to go orders where you can call it in and not even get out of your car as they bring it to you. What can you say about Chili's but awesome Margaritas. I like to go and sit in the bar area so I can get my free chips and salsa and enjoy the drink specials. Had difficulty getting service at Friday's some stopped in here for dinner, sat in the bar, was greeted immediately as walked in door, the waitress was very attentive, we ordered drink and bar tender maybe had a mix up and gave us a better tequila, not complaining there was no additional charge.
