Came for a marg, stayed for the steak. The guiltless steak was surprisingly cooked to perfection. Both of us got 1 and very surprised. Hats off to the chef. The asparagus was well seasoned as well. Tonight was an awesome experience at the local Chili's. There wasn't a wait at the time, music and temperature were at comfortable levels, and the bathrooms were clean. Our server, Brittany made the dinner so special and my family wouldn't want anyone else to take care of us. She was quick and efficient with getting our orders and constantly checking on us despite being in charge of the entire, busy, bar area. I ordered the Ale's Sante Fe burger and it was perfectly portioned and cooked to my preference. The toppings were as described and I love a burger that has a bit of spice with a creamy, flavorful dollop of guacamole spread. The margarita of the month was a lemon drop that wasn't too sugary despite the name of the drink. It was nicely garnished and tasted fresh. The chips and salsa are always my favorite as the lightness of these chips makes me feel less guilty eating them and I feel great eating twice as many as I usually would at a Mexican restaurant. After church dinner with my wife, daughter and granddaughter. Been here a number of times and we had a Chili's gift card to use. Early afternoon, we were greeted and seated right away. Our server, Justin, brought menus and drinks. My wife chose the 3 For Me Cilantro Lime Carne Asada with Loaded Baked Potato soup, granddaughter picked the Kids Burger Sliders with Fries. I ordered the 3 For Me Old Timer's Cheeseburger with Fries. Our daughter got the extra Tortilla chips and Spinach Queso Blanco dip - and shared some of our meals. My wife loved her Carne Asada - next time my choice, as did our granddaughter. My burger was perfectly done and fries were piping hot. Chips were hot and crispy, but a little thin, which made dipping the thick Spinach Queso dip difficult, but it was very good. Service was a bit slow but we discovered that Justin was one of only two servers and was assigned half the tables PLUS the bar! So he did an excellent job under the circumstances. read more

This is our go-to Chili's but we started to frequent there less due to them always being out of Honey Chipotle Chicken Crispers. I have never heard of a Chili's not having the Honey Chipotle sauce in stock, but out of 5 times we have been there in the past few months, they did not have it 3 times. Last order we had after some hit and miss orders was appalling. Food quality was atrocious. Everything including steak and chicken felt rubbery with the fajita. Veggies tasted freezer burned and microwaved. The Chili was mostly grease we literally tossed out all the food for us and our guests who did not want to even eat the appetizers after the food was delivered. I understand delivery is not perfect and worked in the restaurant business but there is definitely an issue at this restaurant. I rarely leave google reviews but here it goes. My family and I are regulars at this location and come into this location AT LEAST 3 times a week. We arrived this evening around 6:50pm and the restaurant was very busy. I approached the hostess stand pleasantly and she stated there would be about a 10 minute wait as they were clearing tables. She never took my name. I politely sat down on at the booth as I sat there for 15 minutes she proceeded to take in new guests at least a table of 5 or more (my table was for 2 people) as soon as I mentioned something to the hostess she ignored me and I stated "you never even took my name down how can add me to the list?" She proceeded to ignore me and the manager whom I've seen several times rudely came to the hostess station looked at me and said "sorry there is a list as if I were expecting some type of VIP treatment" at that point I walked out and this location will forever lose a VERY good weekly regular. read more

Frequently order at this location however the salads keep getting smaller and smaller (+ increase in pricing)! The quesadilla explosion salad I received yesterday was more like a side salad versus a main entree salad. It was missing half the ingredients all on a bed of wilted lettuce and maybe 3 small slices of diced chicken. I called and the manager stated they have now reduced the size and everything is weighed... I was stunned because it was literally half the size and the quality was awful. My sons kids meal was the same and MAYBE included 10 small French fries? Really disappointed as we love Chilis but definitely won't be returning any time soon. read more

We've been coming to this Chili's for a couple years and seen the food quality go down while the prices going up. Last night my hubby ordered a brisket burger and was brought a double burger. When this was brought to the servers attention, she brought a little 1 oz scoop of brisket to put on the burger. This is NOT WHAT WAS ORDERED. My salad had brown avocado and that was hard to find. The server sent the manager over and he said he's sorry but this is what they get from their supplier and things are tough these days. He brought more brown avocado and brisket. After we checked out I realized they charged us for the wrong ( $3 more expensive) burger instead of the one ordered. I still tipped well as none of this was her fault but not what they used to be. just left there and had awful time. so many workers just standing at the kitchen socializing - place was dead, and yet they forgot to bring out my boyfriends salad until after his meal came. no one came to ask if our steaks were cooked correctly - they weren't. mine was very much over cooked. as we were leaving, the manager was at the front with two employees and no one even said have a great day or asked how our meals were. like where was the professionalism today? we spent $60 for mediocre food and service. it was our fault for even going there in the first place - we weren't looking for anything amazing or fancy - just wanted to grab an early dinner - but at least get our orders right and serve them properly. there is no one to blame but the lack of professionalism at that restaurant. miss the days where servers actually worked for their tip rather than just expecting people to tip for showing up. we've gone several times cause it's close to home - our first time was amazing & talked to a supervisor/manager about traveling when she came over to check on how our food and service were. she gave me a great rec for a restaurant in Barcelona. second time service was ehh. now this third time was just awful. I love this Chili's. Sometimes you just want a good quesadilla or some tasty fajitas. This Chili's is the place to go. The restaurant is clean, the staff is friendly and attentive, and the food is delicious. I've never had a bad experience here. Parking can be a little weird when it's busy, but you can park across the lot if you're up for a small walk. There's also a Pokestop nearby so if you're into Pokemon Go, you can eat and play at the same time. read more

Tonight saw me at Chili's with friends and their babe in arms. We sat in the bar area since they offered free chips and salsa, which is always a bonus. I have an issue with the bar area of most places, rather that those areas being conducive to conversation, they pump up the volume of what ever is going on - be it Sports, music or what have you, and it drowns out your availability to have a conversation with those you're sitting with. They had one waiter and a helper in the bar area, and sadly a lot of patrons, so the service was a bit slow, and half way through our meal - around 8:30 pm one of the servers went home. That just made it harder on the waitress. Beers were 2 for one, and my friends were indulging, myself, I stuck to diet coke. My friend had a coupon for a free appetizer, so we indulged in chicken nachos, which were tasty. Our meals, when we did order them were good, though I admit, that the lettuce in my salad was on the edge of going bad, it had -that- taste, but since I was already mostly full, It didn't really bother me terribly much. For a chain restaurant 4 stars isn't bad. It's clean, staff is friendly and food is good. Nothing exceptional but again it's a chain restaurant. I've been here many times but two times in the last few months. I go because my friend loves it. I also go because they are a huge supporter of our local area schools and military, two things I'm passionate about. So I will support them even if they are not my favorite Mexican place. With that said, their food isn't bad. It's good. It's just exceptional. It's the basic Tex-Mex. I've ordered chips and salsa, yum. I've ordered chicken southwest salad which is actually very tasty. The strawberry lemonade is soooooo good. Other dishes I've had have been good . If you love Tex-Mex then this is your place. Friendly, clean, good service. read more

I wanted to order for pick up, the lady on the phone who took my order was very nice and took my order of course I apologized for calling in so late and she was ok with it.... Unfortunately, this was one of the worst dining experiences my wife and I have had in a long time. After we were seated it took 15-20 minutes just to order a drink and chips and salsa. We weren't able to order our entree for another 20 minutes at least. Still waiting for our entrees and we've been here almost an hour and a half. I give 2 stars because the waitress is trying, but she has a group of 12 plus several tables in the lounge area. I went into this Chili's on Friday evening to get dinner with my kids and their friends while we were on a mini vacation. There were 7 of us. I have some severe food allergies and informed my server Sean. He was great and made sure to let the manager know and they both took my allergies very seriously. The manager Dustin personally brought my meal to me and outlined all of the precautions he took to ensure my safety. I'll come to this location a few times a year to grab a quick bite at the bar during a lunch break. This is by far the best Chili's that I know of out of about five other locations. The service is always good; the food comes out extremely fast and the food always tastes good. I've had Jeremy as a server here a few times and he is great. He listens to your order to make sure it is accurate, interacts with customers and always has a smile on his face. The food at this location is always hot, fresh, flavorful and hits the spot. Went in for the lunch combo with my two teenage sons today. Can't beat the Lunch combo deal $6-$7 depending on what you order. You get soup or salad plus an entree. Our server was exceptional. We never had to ask for drink refills or extra napkins, she was just on top of it. To finish off our lunch we ordered 3 mini molten cakes which were delicious and very decadent! The inside of the restaurant is like ever other Chili's as far as decor. The place was clean and all staff were friendly. read more
