Friday lunch at Chili's, 5301 N. Classen. We don't go to Chili's often , but have been twice in the span of a week. Last Saturday in Terrell, Texas for dinner, and then Friday for lunch. We ordered chips and salsa. I like their chips. They are super thin, light, airy and crispy. The salsa was very watery, with little substance or taste. We both ordered the spicy crispy chicken sandwich. The sandwich becomes spicy because of the spicy mayo, which was put on to excess. The sandwich was very messy due to the mayo running down your fingers every time you picked it up. When we ordered the sandwich we both thought the spiceyness would come for the batter mix. On the up side the battered and fried chicken breast was very good. In fact Jan took it off the bun to eat it. Our server was good. The restaurant was busy, but quite. The two sandwichs, chips, and a soft drink came to $23 and some change. read more

I haven't been to a Chilis in ages. Me and my husband came here for a light lunch. Chips salsa and ranch and split a quesadillas. I got a Dr Pepper and Rome our server told us about a meal deal that was cheaper which was so thoughtful. The restaurant was clean and everyone was friendly. I would come back to this location just to have Rome as our server. He went above and beyond and helped us take things to go. Chilis you have a Gem of person working for you. Awesome Chili's - great attentive & prompt service, roomier and more spacious interior vibe/setting (with a bar and TVs), and excellent food, including their ancho salmon, veggie sides like their garlic butter mushrooms, asparagus and salad, and good Mexican rice. Our waitress on 5-20-26, whose name I did not catch, suggested we take the post-meal survey to rate the service. I paid, to which she took the payment device on the table and proceeded to give herself the best answers right in front of me and my partner. I didn't even get the chance to select if I wanted a receipt or not! She was also very dismissive and neither kind nor mean, which I had planned to reflect if I took the survey. All of the other wait staff we had interacted with were kind, who she was also fairly dismissive of, as we saw when first walking in. I believe she was the only blonde waitress working at the time, I would call her by name had I had the chance to get my receipt! Not a good experience on the service side of things. :/ read more

Came here on a Saturday night around 7-8 pm there was a 45 mins to hour wait as time went by we saw more people coming and going as I went in to check our spot, they had apparently forgotten about us. There was also no waiting area inside anymore we had to wait in our cars. I got the strawberry presidente and the chicken Cajun pasta and it was soo delicious. I really like chilis and I'm happy that the food was good but forgetting about our hold was not cool. read more

This has to be the worst chilli's I've ever been to. There was hair in my food. My salad didn't come until I got my main meal. Our waitress didn't even serve us it was random girls and when we went to pay she was no where to be found so we used the electronic one. The waitress then came over and got upset at us claiming she was losing money and that it looked badly on her. My boyfriend apologized since we had no idea and she said "never mind just forget it" and walked off. Insanely unprofessional. And the fact that I had to pay full price for HAIR in my food and still be treated like that. read more

Great service, pretty good food, and clean restaurant. I love certain menu items, like their Southwest Egg rolls and original Chicken Crispers (dipped in honey mustard). Fries are usually hot and satisfying with ranch. Husband enjoys the margaritas. It's also great they don't nickel and dime every little sauce or extra you ask for. Chili's is one of those chains I usually enjoy, and this is a solid location. Definitely better than when it was always super crowded a couple of years back. read more

Containers that are set on the counter and touched by employees was placed right on top of my food inside the main food container. PLEASE TEACH YOUR EMPLOYEES TO PUT THE CONTAINERS SEPARATELY AND NOT ON THE FOOD. This is how bacteria is transferred from surfaces to food. Poor practice, especially since this is one of the most dirty locations I've seen. Not to mention it ruined my pizza and took the cheese off. Love chilis and have had it In different places but my god this location refuses to ever give you the sauces you request and it makes me so sad. They don't even serve the avocado ranch when you order the southwest egg rolls.. it's just ranch ranch ranch and that's it every time. And this is multiple times ordering I've experienced this I don't get it. So strange. I was out late and wanted to pick up some dinner and decided to use the local chili's curbside delivery. I ordered using the website the dinner for two and a skillet queso. I get there and tried to use the text check in like it said to but it wouldn't work. It kept erroring out. So my wife went in and out stuff was setting on the shelf and she grabbed and we left. When we got home we figured out that they didn't give us our queso. My wife likes extra sauce for the Cajun pasta but she didn't receive it as requested. We also didn't receive the dressing for the salads. Lastly we had requested plastic ware and it was nowhere to be found. Come on I know it's a to go order but you should be able to get the whole order in the bag. Very disappointed. read more

I came to this one because the other one I went to on Meridian was trash from the food to the unprofessional setting. I am so happy I drove 20 mins to this chili's and would do it again gladly. On Veteran's Day, had a server make a rude non-verbal communication cue to us when didn't order alcoholic drinks right away, then proceeded to come back by & rudely ask when we barely looked at the menus. The server then started treating us in my opinion rudely after this - as if she already knew she wasn't getting a big order. The server multiple times throughout the experience kept asking the same questions when it came to ordering almost bing too pre-occupied with something else in mind (music was loud & I ensured I was loud enough for them to hear). Our orders were wrong, but luckily the food deliverer politely asked if everything looked good then I mentioned it was missing some of the order & took what was needed back. With a little hostility in the air from the server, they came back by & was very adamant about what was missed after we specified multiple times. Overall the experience wasn't the best, that led to an uncomfortable situation with us. Luaren was our server...she looked frustrated. ... not a good start. Extra Salad dressing never arrived..Got my burger...well burnt..wth?...I was hungry so didnt send it back. Went here for Mother's day and was satisfied with the food. I ordered chicken enchiladas and it came with a side of rice pilaf and black beans. The beans and enchiladas were top notch! Not too salty but had plenty of flavor. I feel the rice could have used more flavor but I mixed it with my beans and it was ok.
