The presentation of the order look horrible. The chicken was just thrown in the container. No liner or separation

Ordered through DoorDash during covid-19. I ordered a veggie fajita, tell me why there was bacon on it!?!? DoorDash only wanted to provide a partial refund when I wanted the meal replaced. Drove to the restaurant, and informed the lady that was working curbside service. Later a gentleman comes out, apologizes for the mistake, offers me several Be Our Guest gift cards and has the food remade. I am giving this location 2 stars because the gentleman was super apologetic and offered me something for my inconvenience. But the cook(s) who put bacon all over the veggie fajita should be reprimanded. read more

Changed my mind within minutes of entering the door. There was people waiting at the door while I watched employees playing date night it looked like from the distance. But regardless the people at the door weren't important enough to seat over standing around talking. TheN I read the reviews and decided to leave and go elsewhere without eating. Food came out at a decent time, thought I'd try out the "New" chicken sandwhich, I don't know what sauce they used but it tasted very weird. Really ruined the sandwhich for me, I couldn't even finished it. In over thirty years of dining experiences, our recent dinner at this Chili's location was the worst encounter we have ever had. Upon our arrival, the restaurant was not busy but had multiple customers. We waited roughly five minutes and a very gracious hostess seated us in the bar area at a booth. We were told our waitresses name and that she would be with us shortly. Roughly twenty minutes passed, and the hostess once again stopped and asked if we had been waited on. When we said no the hostess took our orders and brought our drinks to the table. We waited and never did see the hostess or our waitress come by our table. Other tables were seated and served, but we sat unattended. Finally, one hour and twenty-nine minutes after placing our order and over two hours after our arrival our food was rudely placed on the table without a word being uttered or eye contact being made. Honestly, at this point despite trying to get a server's attention, we would have left but did not want to go without paying for our drink order. Our food was dry, cold and stale tasting. I ordered the Buffalo Blue Chicken Crispers while my wife ordered the Margarita Chicken. My order was served with two orders of fries but was supposed to come with fries and corn on the cob. Again, we could not seem to get the attention of any of the servers working the area tables to ask or to request a refill of our drinks or to get napkins and service items like silverware. Our table was dirty when we sat down but was never cleaned or wiped off after our arrival. We had no silverware, and even the menu and salt shaker were sticky and messy. I got up and walked to the men's bathroom to grab paper towels so we could wipe our hands and then grabbed my own drink refills of water and iced tea. Not a single server seemed to mind or ask if we needed assistance. We paid our check on the table kiosk, and as I entered their survey questions, a female employee slapped our receipt onto our table. She commented on the fact that I had not included any tip amount while making a racial animadversion. It, unfortunately, was very evident from the moment we entered this establishment that we were not welcomed or wanted. Regrettably, while we have always enjoyed dining at Chili's around the country the actions, and the loud message sent by this restaurant was received loud and clear. We will no longer patronize any Chili's establishment in the future. While Chili's is free to refuse service to anybody they choose their actions here were indefensible in a diverse society. read more

First off our waitress was extremely friendly and provided excellent service. We were placed in our own section away from everyone else, which helped make me feel significantly safer. Our order was taken immediately and our appetizers were brought out super fast. The chips & salsa tasted super fresh and delicious. My loaded potato soup was what I expected. It was pretty good overall. My burger tasted very fresh, and met my expectations as well. I was not a huge fan of the checkout kiosks at the end, as I am skeptic they are that sanitary. I wish there was a sign or something that they are wiped down in between customers for some extra re-assurance. The 3 for $10 is such a great deal for the amount of food. read more

Came in for dinner on a weeknight. Our server was Cierra. She greeted us quickly after we were seated and took our drink orders. Our drinks came quickly. I ordered the Tito's punch, big mouth burgers, and side salad with vinaigrette dressing. Everything was perfect. The burgers were medium well, not over cooked. I asked for bbq sauce instead of the ranch and everything came out the way it was requested. Prices are reasonable, good food, friendly service. Cierra was great and attentive. read more

Love Chili's because of my favorite entree (Bacon Ranch Quesadillas), but I never thought that I would also meet the sweetest and BEST server in the world. If you ever visit this location on Mondays, please ask for Ms. Anne. She was attentive, helped us order so we get the specials and save money, and overall just provided the absolute best customer service. They also have a hidden menu with the 2 for $25. You can ask for egg rolls as an app with a 50¢ upgrade. So, I wanted to stop in and place an order to go apparently the hostess says you can't do that anymore. But maybe if I go to the bar they can help me out. So I go stand at the bar for 8 minutes. Someone finally comes and sees me to give me a menu. Then she leaves. 10 minutes later so did I. If I rate this place zero stars, I WOULD! My boyfriend and I come here time to time and this time it was worse then other times. I ordered a medium Ribeye steak with mash potatoes and street corn, however when I got my ribeye it was over cooked. I asked if they could remake it and they did, but it was raw the second time. The manager came over and took away my plate and put it on the grill for a few more seconds. At this rate I lost my appetite and the manager said he would take it off our tab. After all the waiting I ended up filling up on soda and a few fries I took from my boyfriend. Worst part is when we got our tab they made it seem like they had taken off the ribeyes. We had the sweetest, most attentive server in Ms. Anne. We felt like guests in her home rather than patrons at a restaurant. Make sure you ask to be seated in her section when you go. Due to COVID the patrons were socially distanced. Packaged plastic utensils were used in place of silverware. The food didn't disappoint. My baby back ribs were fall off the bone good! Ordered Doordash from here . I had boneless wings and big mouth bites. The boneless wings were cold and the big mouth bites patties were very over cooked so much that they were hard and burnt. No plate should leave your kitchen that way. And my Dasher came straight to my house so there was no reason for my food to be cold. Do better. Went in on a Sunday nite about 8:30 and didn`t get seated til almost 8:50, so we basically order our food and before she could bring it back to the table, we told her that we were going to get the food to go. Our server, Kimberly seemed glad that all she really was going to have to do was pack our food up to go and she wasn`t going to have to keep running back and forth for close to an hour asking if we needed or wanted anything else. I was really impressed with my chicken Smoked Chicken Quesadillas. I asked for all the sauces to be on the side and they were, although after she bought us the food, I did have to ask for sour cream since it had been left out. It comes with what the menu calls a fresco salad....maybe that french for nothing but lettuce, but it came in handy the next day when I made myself a salad for lunch. My dining companion went with the Sweet and Smokey burger with no bacon. It came back out to the table as requested. He even liked the mango-bbq and was happy to find it in the bag. I think he swallowed the entire burger down in about 5 bites. I`m not a big fan of the applebees, chilis, tgif etc of this world, but overall, I had a good experience at this one. Now if you want to discuss that an alcohol free Arnold Palmer and a double shot of Hennesy cost the same, well...that`s how you know you`ve visited a chain restaurant that up-charges on drinks of any sort. read more

Last night my husband and I went to eat here I asked for the southwestern egg rolls and the waitress Navette, that they assigned to us didn't say sorry we don't have those these are her words "we ain't serving egg rolls for the rest of the night" she was the worst ever. I was not pleased with how unprofessional she was. She came to our table and proceeded to place her butt on our table in my husbands face, then she didn't write down our order which was forgotten right after placing it. When the order did come out she had someone else bring it and my husbands burger was raw in the middle. This location has really gone down over the years. There's plenty of parking this particular time we went on a Thursday night. My friend got chicken and cheese nachos which he said was OK.
