This location is hit or miss. I had visited here today and the service was good, but the food was far from it. Stuff happens, no big deal. I checked out on the kiosk and left a hefty tip. The waiter ask if I needed anything else and I asked for a sweet tea to go. I was told that there were no more cups available. Well I'll just make a long story shorts. Food was good, service was slow. Server came one time to check back. Then when we finished our meal it took over 20 mins to get our check. My daughter kept asking what's takin so long and why can't we leave yet. Wish the things at the table were workin. I'd of paid there and left right away. My daughter and friends went last night to eat around 7:00pm. The server took 20mims to come take their order. My daughter ordered the triple dipperand potato soup Her boyfriend ordered chicken tenders and fries and the friend ordered potato soup and salad. It took a hour and 30 mins for food to come out. The server brought out one potato soup for the friend the soup was all on side of the bowl and the server did not bring out the salad bc she forgot. My daughter asked about her soup and server said they were about to close and had none left. My daughter asked what the problem was bc she had ordered the soup a hour and 30 mins earlier and they should have been able to fill the order so my daughter asked what she could get instead and the server said she didn't know?? The chicken bites on triple dipper were cold as were the boyfriends chicken tenders. They complaiNed to server who said she talked to manager and all they could do was give a 10% discount. They paid for the food and left a small tip and overheard server complaining about her small tip for lousy service.If all that wasn't bad enough, about 3am my daughter starting throwing up and her boyfriend a few hours after. They habe been sick all night and day with Salmonella poisoning. I have tried to call and reach manager several times with no luck. When Chili's first came to Millington it was really good and great service now it is gone completely downhill and they should close the doors. This is not our first bad experience with Chili's but it will be our last. I have never posted any review on any restaurant until now. I'm trying to save anyone the trouble of even bothering to go there. Spend the extra 20 mins And drive to the Wolfchase Chili's do not eat at the one in Millington it is awful. This place use to be great but every visit just gets worse and worse and the to go is horrendous. Ordered to go tonight, the burger we ordered was petrified and not eatable. Asked for no garlic butter on the steak yet it was drenched in it which made the fries they had packaged in the same box soggy and not eatable and the soup was absolutely disgusting. Unfortunately the salad and steak where the only eatable parts of this meal which have left us all with stomach aches. This restaurant has changed and not for the better. We went to have dinner we were a party of 8 it was 730pm we were asked to wait so they can clean a table. Long story short 30 minutes went by we were still waiting the restaurant was not busy it looked like they just finished a rush most tables were not cleaned, we see them setting a big table so we assumed they were finally getting our table but then a bigger group walked in and it was for them. Waitress took our drink order (water) brought it to us and then we were forgotten for 15 minutes while she took other customers orders that came in and sat down after us. When we finally ordered we waited on our food for around 40 minutes to which they came out and told us they had dropped my food and had to cook me another steak, so they discounted my meal.. Nice small town vibe for a large food chain. Speaks well for the culture created at this establishment. I say that to say nothing is rushed. This is not a fast food restaurant, it's a socializing restaurant. You can really spend time, talk and enjoy your food here. Speaking of food, it's typical Chili's. Nothing over the top spectacular just decent edible good. I enjoyed the sampler with the panko onion rings, southwestern egg rolls and sliders. I also had a side salad. The greens were a combination of fresh iceberg lettuce and a spring mix. I had the ranch dressing which was watery and tasteless but served the purpose after adding a bit of salt and pepper. I love me some Chili's. Usually, I'm not much of a chain restaurant person...not that I have an issue with chains so much as I just enjoy the fabulous non-chain restaurants I find myself surrounded by. Chili's has my heart, though, because they support, in HUGE ways, a hospital very near and dear to my heart. In fact, this hospital has an entire wing that was built solely on the funds Chili's raised for them over the course of 10+ years, and that alone could be a reason to always give them my business. That fact aside, I do love Chili's. I usually come because I have an unhealthy addiction to their crack-salsa. I usually get a different entree every time I go, but lately they've all been wonderful. The Millington location is one of my favorites, though, because they generally aren't overly packed and the staff are efficient. Super friendly servers are hit or miss there, but all of the servers and staff get the job done and well, so it's truly impossible to complain, except that sometimes they don't laugh at my jokes and that hurts my feelings a little. But they make me feel better by always giving me chips and crack-salsa to take home with me, so all is forgiven. If you like Chili's and don't mind driving to Millington, this is a good one and is spacious enough to not have someone's barstool forever shoving yours into the bar. read more

If i could leave zero stars I would. We came in last Thursday after a funeral. We were ignored at the door for quite sometime then finally seated in a booth by the bar. An employee came over and asked for our drink order. We asked for margaritas and he said " I'm not your server so how about a water". ( okay well you just asked for our order). He came back and sat two waters on the table with mold in the ice. Nobody acknowledged us again. The bartender was behind the bar slamming stuff around while fixing drinks for the people seated around us. Complaining the entire time about her job and the computer system. Depending on if you like chilis food depends on how well you will like going here. For the most part you will get decent service but just depends who your server is. The food is usually pretty good but you have try different things to get a better feel of the food. Very disappointing. I have been to many Chili's, but have never had such poor service. The waitress was busy talking to her friends at another table, and was often not around when we needed help. The food was average, but thanks to the tardiness of our waitress, it all arrived at the same time, so we had appetizers, salad and meal all together. We needed help with a mistake on our bill, and waited 15 minutes for the manager to come to our table, and it took 2 requests to get her there. My wife was sitting with full view of the kitchen, and saw wait staff handling food with bare hands after bringing dirty dishes to the back.
