Jason was an absolute 10/10! He was hilarious, super sociable, and had us laughing the entire time. At one point, he roasted me harder than the chicken fajitas, but honestly, I absolutely loved it . Great service, great personality, and he made the whole experience so much more fun. Chili's needs more Jasons! read more

We decided to give this location a try and really enjoyed our visit. Our server was awesome. super friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the start. Our food came out quickly, which was a plus. The only downside was that our appetizers didn't arrive before our entrée, which was a bit disappointing. Other than that, everything went smoothly. The restaurant was clean, and with football games playing on all the TVs, it created a fun and lively atmosphere. read more

I'm usually hesitant to go to Chili's due to high wait times and food taking for ever. But this location surprised me. Got sat immidiately, and the food was out in around 15 min, despite the place being kinda full. They have a pick 3 combo that's slightly more economical than regular food items. But it was delicious. Burger was juicy, and the fried were perfect. The employees that assisted us were all kind and attentive. The place gives you the feeling that you are at a sports bar. It has TVs everywhere. read more

I haven't been to Chili's in a while and I have got to say that this one was by far the one with the BEST service! Our waiter was beyond attentive and sweet. My mom loved the Cajun pasta. I had the crispers with their Mac and cheese and mushrooms. The Mac and cheese was top tier! Truly love it. My mom and I really enjoyed the trio dip. There's truly no chips like chilis. Loved the salsa, tasted very fresh and not too spicy. Would definitely come back to this chilis any day! Every single staff member was delightful! Thank you for making my mom's special day a memorable one. read more

Been here twice on account of the Kendall Chilli's being overcrowded. This place is an exceptional replacement for a 15 minute drive away from the Kendall area. Food and service here is extremely better than I expected. Everything was cooked correctly, was presentable, and tasted delicious. Our server Branden was a very kind and caring person and took care of us very well and always checked up on our table. It's not too loud in here and you can easily talk to your party without having to worry about abnoxious music. If you are in the mood to dine at Chili's and don't know which one to choose. Hadn't been to Chili's in years and now I remember why. Overpriced food that is super greasy and charred. I ordered the trio sampler with sliders and wings. I wish I'd gotten a rice bowl or salad. My stomach was hurting for the rest of the evening. The berry dragon margarita wasn't any better. Yeah it was $6 for juice cuztasted like a mocktail. Thought we were saving $ by coming here after the zoo. Never again. read more

I haven't been a fan of chilis in quite some time, especially the on 88th. We decided to give this chilis a shot and it was delicious. The food, service and overall location is significantly better than the other chilis. I don't mind driving 15 mins out of my way to come here. Most places have loud music, not here. You can actually hear yourself think and have a normal conversation without shouting across the table. This will definitely be my go to chilis. read more

This place is a bit or miss. You either wait forever for being greeted, seated, served, get food. Or it's a quick process. Food is either pretty good, to just subpar. We do end up here more times than I'd prefer because we visit the Zoo often and this is located very close to it. Plus the unlimited chips and salsa are usually a hit. read more

Worst management experience. I was dining with my family and attempted to order a drink. I did not have my physical ID with me, but I did present a photo of it and calmly asked what options were available. Instead of a professional explanation, the manager approached me rudely and dismissively, stating he would not "break policy," even though I was not asking him to do so only seeking clarification. His tone was unnecessarily confrontational and made it clear he was too stressed or unwilling to engage respectfully with a customer. I fully understand and respect ID policies, but there is no excuse for poor attitude or lack of basic customer service. Management sets the tone of a restaurant, and this experience was disappointing and unprofessional. They need better costumer service for a fact. read more

Clean new dining . My son had the triple dipper with try he 2- sliders, 2-cheese slabs, & chicken crispers with 3 sauces. My son was looking forward to this appetizer and it did not disappoint. I had the 3 for me special with the lemonade, soup, and smash burger which is "the bomb" with fries. I also got the endless chips and salsa as my rewards and almost couldn't eat the lunch. It was a BIG burger! read more

The service was extraordinary. Great server, ABBA, made the family experience great. The restaurant was full but the kitchen was putting out our orders in incredible time and service. Josephine and Arnold to not just congratulate them but thank them for the improved service. Food and service was good. Ordered from their lunch menu, the "2 meals for $25," which comes with one appetizer, two entrees, and one dessert. We ordered the fried pickles, chicken quesadilla, chicken fajitas, and a warm dessert. Came on a Friday afternoon and the Long Island Iced Teas (cocktails) were BOGO! Having been to Chili's plenty of times in the past, we can confidently say that their must haves are the "Big Mouth Bites (sliders), the Chicken Enchilada Soup, the Loaded Nachos, the Corn on the Cob, and the desserts. Thier service is always spot-on with their attentive and kind service. When it comes to trying different dishes, we tend to avoid exploring new items on this menu because we're afraid of paying for something we might not enjoy. For example, we tried their Original Chili for the first time, and it had an overwhelming amount of peppered seasoning. We are not the type to leave food, however, we wouldn't feed this to our dog. Now for the chicken wings, this might be the first incident, but they ended up feeding us undercooked chicken wings. Regardless, the flavor of the buffalo was decent. The desserts always take our breaths away, especially, their famous Molten Lava Cake. In total for a couple, depending on what you order, you're looking to spend around $50 to $60 including tip. Overall, we will continue coming back for the great service and the items we continue to love. read more

The food was ok. Service was terrible. Granted, it was a table of 9 but we practically had to serve ourselves. They just placed drinks on the table and we had to figure out who had what and pass drinks out. Bill was wrong so after we paid the server gave us an additional bill to pay. Terrible dinner. I had excellent service and the food seems to be better than it was ages ago. The chicken sandwich from here is extremely crispy. The burger is here are also pretty good. Great new Chillis Bar & Grille located right next to Metro Zoo. It's bigger than your average Chillis franchise very well decorated clean and a very friendly staff. I have been to Chillis restaurants in airports and just about every city I have visited in USA, but was glad to see that they've changed up their menu and food was really good. What would this review be without mentioning the bar.. amazing margaritas, good prices on premium liquor and good friendly bartenders. Glad to see this one close to home and definatelly recommend. read more

The places was packed for a Sunday afternoon. The margaritas were 2 for 1. I ordered a chicken fajitas it was OK. The service was good but be careful they charged for extra guacamole at $2.50. And very small container of sour cream a dollar. The black beans that came with the fajitas I had no flavor. And the Mexican rice was burn at the bottom. I differently will not come back. read more

I genuinely do not expect a whole lot from a Chili's; it's just a cheap chain restaurant where one can eat a decent plate for cheap and get drunk at a super low price. This location, however, is just a disaster. For starters, it always looks dirty. The floor is littered with food scraps and the tables take forever to be cleared so you see piles of plates and cups on several tables. The employees are a bunch of young stoned kids it seems. I gave this location 2 tries because it really is one of few restaurants in the area and right across the street from Walmart but was disappointed both times. Our first attempt didn't get far. We walked into the restaurant where only 2 other families were waiting so we figured the wait wouldn't be too bad. The host seemed frustrated with our presence and didn't even say hi before telling us "if you want to eat it's going to be like 2 hours for a table and we close". Really!? Hello to you too! We ended up just leaving. Our second attempt was tonight. While the place still looked a little grimey, we were at least sat right away. Then we waited quite some time for someone to come to us. In her defense, our waitress, Nathalie, was hustling back and forth trying to get everyone accommodated and happy. When we finally got service, Nathalie apologized for the time it took and took our orders. She was very kind so I don't want to mesh her in with the rest of the disappointing staff. We got our items quickly but had no utensils. We waited and waited with our food sitting and getting cold. We asked a passing employee if we could get some utensils and he brought us plastic takeout utensils. He did this to a few other tables and I couldn't help but laugh. He was either new, didn't care or was just high like the rest of them. Nathalie brought us real utensils later on (thankfully because my bf ordered a steak). A couple sat down behind us and waited forever for a waiter until finally they were acknowledged and moved to another section because no one could assist them in the section they sat at. This place is just a huge disorganization. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! Even if there are no other restaurants in the area. Just stay home. Save yourself the disappointment. read more
