    Crispy Chicken Crispers Combo

Well, wow! We quit eating at any Chili's for a long time. The food and service just went downhill. That's just what it was every time we went. Well someone decided to get a job there and we had to go visit cause well you show up for people when you love them. So it's always worth it iykyk. So glad that they not only updated the menu but the food game too. I was pleasantly surprised! The honey chipotle mozzarella sticks were fire! Not too spicy but just enough and the honey's balancing power was on point but the cheese pulling through with the savory tied it together- and yes the pull was extra long! lol iykyk We decided to order a platter to share with an order of chicken crispers (tender af). We got the ribs, brisket quesadillas, and jalapeno cheddar sausages. The bbq sauce was a little too sweet but the ribs were tender and not dry Tysm! The brisket quesadillas were okay just a lot of cheese like a bit too much so we couldn't get a real feel for the brisket- I will try again and ask for less cheese so we can try the brisket but what we did get of it was tender (cheese overwhelming so the flavor didn't come through) so I know for next time! And the sausages were spicy and delicious! I'd order them by themselves... yum-may! The street corn we didn't get to eat while there, but looks tasty and will be getting eaten! The fries were good and fresh - Tysm. Then this fool had the audacity to tell them it's my birthday... omg they all popped out on me. It wasn't a lot of guest in the building or I would have died of embarrassment but- she got me cause I wasn't expecting that at all. But she loooooooves me and even more so loves big displays so why I didn't really think about it cause I was over it and nothing in my brain was like she's going to sneak attack you. But she got off guard. Lmao this was so hilarious for the staff cause I was not prepared at all! So thank you Selvi, you're the best & I appreciate you so so so much. And thank yo to all of the staff y'all funny! We had a good time, and enjoyed the food. So yeah... I hope y'all glad to have the best person I know working there!! She's my favorite, treat her very well! We shall return.

First time I have been to Chilli's in a long time. They have the best chips in town. The cheese sauce is ok. Their fajitas are kind of tasteless. My son enjoyed his chicken combo as well as my wife. Their fajita tortillas were tasteless and stuck together. They tasted like they were frozen and thawed out and microwaved. I like chuy's tortillas way better. They do have great cheese sticks.

So we have come here often and most of the time isn't not this bad. First off I had to use my phone light to see the menus since the lights over me don't work. We order chips and queso and the chips were stale and all broken and the queso was cold. They finally came back and microwave the queso but thrill had to eat it with stale and broken chips. The food can out cold. My pasta was cold and rubbery the only thing hot on the plate was my garlic toast which was the only thing I did eat. My husband's food which was a bbq bacon burger was luke warm and the fries were cold. Talked the manager and she didn't seem to really care. Have to say I am so disappointed and it will be a long time before I come back to this location. In addition when we asked for that manger our waitress stopped talking to us.

This is one of my coffee gotos for takeout. The food is always good and is at a decent price. They have quite a variety on the menu and everything we have had as a family of five has been good quantity and quality. They have gotten a couple if my orders wrong over the years so I do check my order before I leave the to-go area but besides that it is usually fast in a great stop for a quick dinner to take home

Had a wonderful meal here. I don't say that much about chilis, but both the food and service was spectacular today. 6 oz sirloin with fries, broccoli and a cookie Skillet!! Hard ti complain when meals are two for $25 and I can get the delicious chips and salsa!!!

    Watermelon margarita, lovely.

Two words -- Watermelon Margarita. Huge, eye-catching, tongue-appeal, actual watermelon chunks floating/sinking in drink add to the entire experience. Two more words -- Yes, Yes!

Day after Christmas and the house is not quite tonight. We did the 2 for $25. My loving wife choose the chipotle chicken fingers with fries and corn on the cob. I tried the chicken fajitas with all the fixing. We both choose a side salad and my wife picked the cookie skillet for dessert. This is a Military Friendly location.

We hadn't had a mozzarella wheel in ages. This was a good one, especially the marinara sauce. The beer battered cod with two sides is a great choice or the 2- or 4-pc fried chicken. If you're a fan of chicken fried chicken with gravy, this was a large portion. We tried the fried green tomatoes, broccoli slaw, mashed potatoes, and green beans as sides. The tomatoes came with a sauce and it had a kick of heat. We weren't big fans of the green beans, mainly because they took the flavor of the broth they'd been cooked in. The menu is huge. We noted we'd gotten a lot of fried items; however, The Goose offers more variety to avoid that. The space is large and can accommodate groups. The parking lot is shared with other businesses and has several spots.

I had visited before, but it was probably in the last millennium. No, seriously. For a recent weekend, we wanted to treat a family member to a birthday, their choice. They chose Our Best, and I was curious to check the place out again. We were greeted with a smile when we walked in the door, and seated immediately. Our server came over promptly and took our drink orders. We also placed an order for the fried pickles. I had a hard time choosing what I wanted for my main meal: the country chicken looked great, salmon was tempting, meatloaf sounded filling on a cold day, and even the fried chicken was appealing. I went with a very classic combo of meatloaf with mashed potatoes and green beans. The fried pickles were plenty flavorful even without the dipping sauce, and our main course was promptly delivered. I was starving and forgot to take a photo, and I quickly ate the meatloaf meal. Like I said: simple but cooked very well and with great flavors. I ended up devouring the whole meal in short order. Other people in my party got the bluegill platter and the kids cheeseburger. Every plate ended up clean. All 6 of us ate for under $100, which is unheard of these days. Throughout the meal, our server Michelle took great care of us and made sure we had everything we needed. Worth the drive from Louisville, I think you'll find that Our Best lives up to the hype!

There has been a small pub below the restaurant called " Walter's Pub" . It was not open when we arrived; but it was also a great view. There is even a large scenery binocular mounted on the deck. It was a nice sunny Thursday afternoon, so you could see the river so well. We went into the restaurant and were greeted by a display with what was hand made candy, cookies and cannoli , awesome touch. We were seated by the window giving us a constant view of the winding river. We were promptly seated and asked if we'd like any beer beverages: Crystal the waitress provided the specials of the day. We settled with the fried chicken plate and the cod plate. Drink list is fairly standard normal list ( Miller Lite, Bud Light , Coors) with a few exports "Modelo". Not many in the restaurant when arrived but customers started to increase. Food took awhile but we weren't in any hurry. The restaurant was fine up with nice easy to the eye decor. You really get the feeling of an establishment that's been here for a long time taking care of customers. Food arrived and it was a nice portion, considered is a tad higher price, you get nice sized portions. Crystal was very good and nice waitress and took care of us. A small detail but I really liked it was waitress/waitress's name was on a card in a small block of wood on the table- small but nice touch. Many people don't ask or hear their servers name so it's sweet. Chicken was nice plump breast's, nice coating and so moist as I took a bite. Very , very moist and tasty. My wife had the cod sandwich; came with nice sized 2 portioned fillets. French fries with both and not bad, crispy. I had coleslaw as a side; it was very tasty if I must say! The cod was really tasty and had a nice crust to it as well. We took to go box with 1 of each piece cod and chicken home. But I was intrigued by the cannoli; so one to go. Nice place; scenic and great people and food! Stop if you get the chance! Thank you Crystal!
