Clean diner, franchised but friendly, good food! Chili's had a rough era 2020-23 but i believe they have been offering good portions again and good tasting food. Service is always real nice at this establishment specifically and the ambience is consistent with all Chili's. Warm and friendly. If the service wasnt nice, the ambience would change though, it is highly contingent on the service and wait times. Im glad the attitude is nice and polite! read more

It wasn't the cleanest looking space, but we were really really hungry and I was already setting up my taste buds for the chicken quesadillas here. I will say that Christian was our server and he was very personable and kind and accommodating. I enjoyed my quesadillas very much and my husband enjoyed his quesadillas salad. I will say that I felt like all the drinks tasted weird like perhaps the dispensers hadn't been cleaned in a while. I'm not really sure. Was sat at a dirty table that I had to wipe when the waitress came. Ordered the "classic nachos" and they were anything from a typical nacho. 12 chips? For $13 bucks, really?! I told the man who served it "oh no I didn't order the quesadillas," who then informed me they were the nachos. The worst chilis I've ever been to. Out of pickles, milk, root beer, lettuce, mozzarella, bbq sauce, tomatoes... well what on earth do you have? Food was BAD. Chips were so soggy and had 0 salt on any of the chips, salsa was watery, almost like they were running out so they added water. My food itself was bad, my Cajun corn was sloppy and had only 1/4 of the usually seasoning, got mischarged for an extra soda like 3 times before they removed it. Getting into this parking lot is a NIGHTMARE. you have to drive through Ollies outlet, a chick fil a, a KFC, and a bank to get to the chilis parking lot. We ordered the Bacon Ranch Chicken Quesadilla and the Secret Sauce Hamburger. The food was pretty good, as expected from a Chili's. The service was not so great. Our server was friendly but I think they may have been understaffed. We ordered the 3 For Me entrees. Our soup and chips & salsa as starters came quickly, as well as our drinks. Our entrees took a while but the burger didn't come. The guy who brought the quesadilla said it wasn't on the order. Our waitress used the tablet right at our table and was surprise that the burger disappeared from the order. So, we had to wait again for the burger. Then, when the check came it was not correct because it wasn't a 3 For Me, so we had to wait further for her to fix that. Like I said, she was extremely friendly, but we had to wait excessively long. Hoping for a better experience next time. We will try it again. read more

I was very disappointed with this visit It wasnt busy so i was seated immediately. But the table was dirty, there was food all over the table and it was sticky, i watched a young lady wipe 3 different tables with the disinfectant spray and the same paper towel i advised the waitress that the table was dirty, she immediately advised the young lady that was wiping tables. She continued to wipe table around me with the same dirty paper towel. I stopped her and advised her my table was dirty. Of course she came and wiped my table with the same dirty paper towel she wiped the previous 3 tables with. I did not want to give a hard time so i let it go. There little table payment machine sat at my table filthy and full of food and oil thoughout my meal. Waitress was nice, however must have been very distracted. I ordered a mango margarita on the rocks. She brings me 2 frozen blackberry margaritas. I advised thats not what i ordered, she returns with 2 blackberry margatitas on the rocks, once again i advised thats not what i ordered. 3rd time she returns with the correct drink. I can only assume the bartender was not happy with remaking my drinks because there was so much mango syrup in the drink i was unable to consume it. Then the street corn ....... thats my favorite thing to eat at chilis and im not sure if lakeland has its own version but it definitely was not what I'm use to at Chilis. It looked so bad i couldn't bring myself to even taste it. The cilantro was just pilled on top and no cojita cheese at all (i might had butchered the name of the cheese) but look up chilis street corn for a visual of what it should look like. We asked why it wasn't a mixture, she was speechless. She said she would alert the manager. 45 mins later she came to tell us that the manager was "working the line" but said we could have an order of all flats on the house. We all know why you go to Chili's TWO FOR ONEs BABY! That or ribs. I really like this location because they know exactly who they are, and they do it so well. Our server was prompt, fast and even gave us tips on how to minimize our bill further. The food was well prepared and came out fast. We were promised a large round table as soon as it came available. We waited 45 minutes and checked. They had seated another group and said we would have to wait until that group was done! There were many other tables empty and I suggested we split up and take some of them. The mgr said we would have to wait, even though there were no others who had waited as long as we had. The cleaned tables soon had dirty dishes stacked on them as though they had never been cleaned! The manager disappeared and never returned. We found another restaurant! Rude and terrible service!!!! My daughter and I walked in and asked for a booth. The hostess pointed at the bar (and the only booth or table available was filled with dirty dishes) and said we can sit over there. I repeated my daughter's request for a booth, NOT in the bar area. We didn't mind waiting if they were full. She gave us a look and walked us to an empty booth in the restaurant (where there were at least 10 empty booths). Waitress comes and gets our drink orders (and we gave our order at the same time) - we ask for to go cups please and plastic to go silverware. (We know things about how dirty dishes can be from being waitresses at one point ourselves). She brought back the drinks and slammed down the silverware and walked off. We waited 30" for our appetizers while she served others who came in behind us and gave seconds to the table across from us who started right at the same time as us. We got up and let the manager know of the bad service and offered to pay for our drinks so we could leave. Won't be back. read more

The wall in between was covered in dust I even put a sad face with my finger. The ceilings were black especially where the ac blows out of. Our table was sticky, the overall cleanliness of the restaurant was awful. If that's what we as customers see, imagine the kitchen or places we can't see. Very unacceptable considering the pandemic we just went through. The food was okay and our server was very friendly. This is the most disgusting Chili's I've ever been to! Trash and food all over the floor, plates and food left on the table behind us the entire time we were there. No one thought to clean...pretty gross to have dinner w/ all that around. On top of that skillet queso was runny, tasted like seasoning and water. Next comes dinner. I ordered quesadillas explosion salad. Quesadillas cold, chicken was a joke! Not only was it cold it was dry and clumped together. We will not be returning. This was our second time and the first experience was similar to this, but we decided to give it another shot. Mistake. I must say that their food is more tasty then the Winter Haven location. I had the lunch special that included a salad, 2 shrimp tacos, and salsa and chip s. The lunch special for $8 is a great deal. Unfortunately, the chips were a bit salty. Wow, my wife brought home the smokehouse combo to night for me and it was so good. I compared it to the bbq place I at at last week and there is no comparing the two. This was hands down the best. I got the same thing at the BBQ place and it was 30 bucks and it was extremely nasty and the attitude I got with it was just nuts. Thank you chilis you are hands down the best on this combo. It was 18. 27 and I got so much more than the other places where I have ordered basically the same thing. I can not wait to get this again. Folk save your money and time. If you want a great combo this is the place to go. I have not eaten any of their other food in a long time but if it compares to this combo I am all in. Came here tonight for dinner as everyone craved for something different & they had everything we were wanting. For a Tuesday night it was pretty "busy" . We came in at 8 or so and were told that the wait would be 25-30 mins. We didn't mind waiting so my party and I decided to sit and chit chat. Maybe around 10-15 mins later the host called us and sat us. The server immediately came and took our drink orders. Not bad I thought. Nope, I was wrong. We put in our food orders after receiving our drinks. This time it was already almost 830 ish.. between our food orders it was 2 salads, a steak, chicken strips and a kids pizza. We didn't think it would take that long but we got our food what felt like an hour later ! Our server hurriedly dropped our food off and I believe we only saw her one more time after that. Some of our food was cold but we were all starving to even think to argue. And it was just a sub par experience. Not really an experience I'd want for anyone else. Maybe she had a bad day, but the people sitting in the booth next to us arrived way after us& we're still given their food quicker than us! My salad was good though! I guess that was one good thing.
