I ordered the Santa Fe salad with grilled chicken as a takeout. Little did I know that the salad dressing came on the salad! First of all, the salad dressing was way too spicy HOT and I would have never put it on my salad! Secondly who puts salad dressing on a salad that is a carry out! I hadn't been to Chili's in many, many years. When hubby first told me they were serving up Nashville hot chicken crispers and mozzarella, we both knew we needed to try it. We've now been twice since they added Nashville hot to their menu and both times were really good! We now have tried the Nashville hot chicken crispers and mozzarella as well as the honey-chipotle chicken crispers and mozzarella. I loved the mozzarella with both sauces but preferred the honey-chipotle on the chicken crispers. We also tried the big mouth bites during one of our visits. Hubby didn't like them. I thought they were just okay and wouldn't order them again. The fries were way better than I remembered them to be. Crispy and seasoned, huge serving. The white cheddar mac & cheese was enjoyable both times we had it. It was better the second time, the cheese sauce was thicker. Also, their blue cheese and ranch were amazing. I came here strictly for the Wicked margaritas, I haven't been to a Chili's in years and I was pleasantly surprised! We came on a Saturday night and the place was popping- we got the last parking spot and sat at the bar. The margaritas were great. We also ordered the Dip Trio- way better than my expectations. I got that my server charged me 11.99 so I left no tip and didn't get what the menu price said it was going to be. I guess this place had a water line break. My fiancée and I were celebrating our 7 year anniversary and this restaurant was where our first date was so we were excited to eat here just for the nostalgic feeling. When greeted by the hostess she didn't say hello or welcome in, she held up a piece of paper and said we have a limited menu. Little did they know we didn't care at all and were committed to enjoying our evening there. We get sat and our server comes to the table and he does the same thing. "Hey did the hostess tell you we have a limited menu." We said yes and were fine with it (it was actually a great selection for a limited menu). We ordered drinks then the server comes back and tells us he's not sure he can get our drinks because my fiancée wanted tequila and orange juice. Not sure what that has to do with a water line breaking. He said he was going to check and we visibly watched him walk away, not check, and not even start on waters or anything else. But damn, if we could have gotten bare minimum service, a paying customer would have come in, ordered off the limited menu, tipped well, and left happy. We come to this chilis location most Sundays after church and today was our first bad experience. Food took 30 minutes even though there were only 5 tables in the whole establishment. When the food came out the steak had a pice of fish on top of it and they forgot the chicken strips in the chicken strip meal and the ranch dip had a film on top of it from sitting for so long. The server didn't check on us once nor did she bring a single refill. We usually tip well but not this time, sorry not sorry. read more

Love this Chili's location!! The servers have been there for years and are totally knowledgeable about the menu, hence helpful when I have a difficult time deciding. I've never been disappointed with my food there. They have recently done some much needed cleaning so the light fixtures are all sparkling. I also love the music selections that are playing and that they are NOT played at an ear-splitting level. It is actually easy to enjoy a meal and converse with your companions at the same time. You can pick a beverage of your choosing, an appetizer (salad, chili, etc.) and a main entre for $10. My parents ordered pink lemonade, a salad and a junior bacon cheeseburger but I assure their is nothing junior about this burger! With these prices you're able to sit down and eat a freshly cooked meal at a restaurant for the same price as a fast food chain- so why not go to the restaurant! My favorite item is the trio appetizer! You can pick any three speciality items such as cheese fries, chicken wings, sliders, southwest egg roll, chicken Chrysler's and more. I've been to Chilis many times over the years. This was the closest place for dinner. I called ahead and asked if there was a wait and was told that there not. When we got there, we were told there was about a 30 to 40 minute wait, but we truly only waited about 10 to 15 minutes. I really like the specials that they offer now. For me it was really affordable so a lot of the things that I would get à la cart I can include in a special, which is what I did. Our waiter was super nice and attentive even on a busy Friday night. Old faithful, never disappoints. Trying to decide what to do in this 101 degree temperature. My kids decided on Chili's. Every time I go I order something different, today I ordered the presidente margarita it was delicious. I did the pick two combo and chose the brisket quesadilla and ribs. It came with corn on the cob and fries. My wife ordered the brisket quesadilla and my kids ordered their usual pizza and Mac n cheese. The brisket quesadilla had a good kick with jalapeños in it. The ribs were nice and tender. I ordered them with the honey chipotle sauce. It was a lot of food. We also shared the trio dip with chips. Something for everyone. Had a lunch meeting with a few coworker and thought the service was really good. Greeted us with a smile and told us to choose any seat available in the bar top section. Was greeted by the manager and an employee in training. Asked us for our drink orders and appetizer all at the same time which was nice since we had an allotted time to eat. Skillet Queso was good. It was served with warm chips , not overly salted and salsa. Ordered the Caribbean Salad with Grilled Chicken. Some of the lettuce was soggy and wilted. We popped into Chili's after picking up parents from the airport- everyone was hungry and we didn't have to wait long to have food on the table! I ordered chips and salsa and queso right away. They have a $10 special that includes a drink, appetizer/soup/salad (one) and meal- great deal- parents both ordered the bacon burger and hubby ordered the chicken crispers. Also on the BOGO are classic margaritas, house wine and well/call/premium liquor. Which means just about anything you want to drink is BOGO. Me and some friends tried the smoked wings, which were a welcome change from fried wings. The smoked flavor was very tasty. I hardly used any blue cheese. We also had the white spinach queso which was good but a little too salty for my taste. I loved the fresh guacamole! And one of my friends who doesn't eat guacamole said she thought it was good too. Came to chili and unfortunately it was horrible experience. My husband salad and my to go salad had hair on it, gave it back to the waitress to say something to the kitchen crew but shrugged it off like it was nothing. Called Sat night (09/07) around 9:51pm, she was no help just acted like it's ok to experience a situation like what I had. Last thing she said was was there anything else I could help you with I said no cause our conversation wasn't going anywhere. We were in need of something easy and affordable because funds were tight after our crazy mini vacations and had just drove home from Temnesee. For some reason, Chili's came to mind. Maybe it was the ease of knowing it was close to home. Or subconciously we remembered how good our friends said it was a few weeks ago for $1 margs and apps. Or maybe just fate. Whatever the reason, we walked in and the fun, bustling atmosphere drew us in. I love that if you want a roudy bar environment it's on one side, but there are sit down booths in a large enough space that we can unwind privately on the other. I forgot how much I missed that choice. Everything (e.f. bathroom) was clean clean clean. Big plus for me. The food was delicious. I love the craft burger options especially. The cajun pasta is still an all time favorite. I wish I had the capacity to eat there all the time. Lol Our bill was the cheapeast ever for how good the food was. Check out the deal for 2, 3 for $10 or the Presidente deal for $35 deals....freaking awesome. I tend to come in when they have specials. One time they had a free kids meal. The last time I came, I had the choice for a free appetizer or dessert. My son isn't a big dessert person, and the appetizers looked really delicious, so we got our free Southwest Eggrolls ($8.29) to go with our Honey-Chipotle Chicken Crispers ($9.89) and Fried Cheese appetizer ($4.49). I think I gained a whole lot that day (just the crispers alone weigh in at 2,040 calories, 99 g fat, 240 g carbs), but the journey was delicious. The crispers had a nice sweetness to counteract the bite of the spiciness. They serve it with ranch sauce if the heat gets too intense. It's probably one of the best things on their menu taste-wise. The fried cheese was really good. I like it when the cheese and fried outside don't detach when you're mid-munch. The Southwest Eggrolls were a great choice -- basically chicken, green onion, red bell pepper, corn, beans, etc. in a deep-fried flour tortilla, served with a cream-based sauce to balance the spice. To start off we had a very poor experience tonight. Our servers name was parker. She was a very nice girl, but we felt as if her attention was mainly focused on the table behind us.
