    Santa Fe Crispers Salad

Door dashed lunch and it arrived in perfect condition and the chicken was still hot. The little tortilla straws were still crispy and I had plenty of dressing for the entire salad. My workmates were jealous.

First time at a Chili's. Say what you will about chain restaurants, but Chili's delivered. The portions were gigantic that I literally gasped even when our drinks came out. The prices are downright patriotic. Great ol' 'Murica moment. For the sides, we got the chips and salsa (humungous!!) and clam chowder soup. My girlfriend opted for a burger, and I got that glorious loaded bowl chipotle bowl - all surprisingly solid. Nothing fancy, just pure, reliable comfort food at a price that made my wallet exhale. 5/5.

Nothing beautiful lasts forever... except for chilis triple dipper!!!! Cheese pull was miles long. Alas, our chili dates are coming to an end but will always be in our hearts... our hosts served us tea in more ways than one and thank goodness for that because the man I thought I loved might be playing for the other team Chilis in Ithaca has truly changed our lives. Service always above and beyond. We love you Ithaca chilis always and forever. Sincerely your crazy Scandinavian girls

I've been going here for years and it's a good place to go to enjoy a family atmosphere or sit in the bar area and enjoy a beer with sports! Recently that is why I go, to enjoy the games with some food and drinks. The service is generally good but it is noticeable when they're short staffed. However, I have worked in customer service long enough to know this is not only an issue everywhere, but you can always tell when they're doing the best they can! I do sympathize when they get busy and have a hard time keeping up. That being said, whenever I sit in the bar area they bartenders check in frequently and are on top of it! The food is always hot when coming out and I haven't had a bad experience dining in as of yet. This last visit I absolutely loved our bartender. She was amazing and friendly!

Our waitress Tracy was AWESOME! The food came out quick and tasted great. They had good music and plenty of options for shows to watch on the TVs. I got the triple dipper with the southwestern egg rolls, honey chipotle chicken crispers and big mouth bites (burger sliders). It was National Piña Colada Day and Tracy made the best one I've ever had!

Stopped in Chili's yesterday to get out of the heat, chat with a friend and relax with a margarita. Kudos to the bartender, a friendly and attentive young woman named Jaffa. She took our order immediately after we sat at the bar and kept up a nice banter without being overly intrusive. The margaritas were fantastic and the bill reflected why Chili's is a great place to get a drink without emptying your wallet. I'm not usually a fan of chain restaurants, but I did appreciate the service and ambience that we were treated to yesterday!

Whenever my parents come to visit and Im unsuccessful in persuading them to support a local business, we usually end up here. The food tastes better than your average Chili's. Ex. You can count on the ribs to fall of the bone when you bite into them. And the staff is friendly/accommodating. The interior design of the restaurant is nice enough for a celebratory meal but casual enough to watch sports on their large TV screens.

Man I love this stuff, food was good, service was good, nothing unusual about it. Love the triple dipper

The only right place to be at chilis

Everything could improve. Just for starters, the food was extremely exorbitantly lacking in flavor. Can't even begin to describe how traumatized I am. The service was terrible, waiters took forever and half the food came out cold. The ambiance; my god. The lighting is terrible, dim but bright enough to give you a headache and the atmosphere is uncomfortably loud while the music is too quiet. This is somewhere you could only enjoy drunk.

We came to the city to see the falls and had dinner in this restaurant. Staff are friendly and food is great. We got a free chips and salsa.

The so called honey chipotle crispers. Looks like Buffalo to me.
    Shane R.

My sister ordered chili's from door dash tonight. We received the order and mine was wrong. They had put Buffalo crispers instead of honey chipotle with my triple dipper. We called to complain about the mix up and to have it rectified. The manager working accused us of lying saying they don't do Buffalo crispers and to take it up with DoorDash. He had an attitude and said he couldn't bother the other managers when we asked if we could pick up the honey chipotle crispers the next day. We did contact door dash and they gave a $5 credit which is fine. It's the attitude and accusations of the manager that are unacceptable.

I have gotten chili's about three different times now. I order delivery and the food is pretty consistently good. I usually get the triple dipper (their honey chipotle chicken crispers are amazing). I've never been in person so I'm not sure about the waitstaff but the kitchen never gets my order wrong. Great vibes so far. Definitely Recommend.

Giving 4 stars because the food was pretty good, especially for a chain restaurant. But it was kind of cold in there on a winter's day

The menu itself is short and focused, while the interior of the restaurant features wallpaper with anthropomorphic animals, and large windows. I opted for the Burger, and my wife the Salmon. We also ordered the grilled dates and collard greens. I also decided on a Ginger Beer. They serve Goslings (since 1806), with all 47 grams of sugar, over ice and a lime. Highly recommended on the ginger beer flavor scale. The Burger came with a massive amount of their duck-fat fried fries, certainly more potato than burger. I also liked the burger with the added bacon. But my wife's Salmon was even tastier. It featured a nice hunk of fish, skin-on, crispy, and not some half-or-quarter fillet that other places might serve. Plus, it comes over a bed of green peas and canneli beans and green asparagus sauce on the bottom, and a small bed of frisée on top. The combination with the lemon cream leads to very satisfying bites. The grilled dates wrapped in bacon, with goat cheese, Marcona almonds, and honey were presented as a drumstick. The collard greens were nice, though on the saltier side. Seating here can be had inside or out. The bathrooms are located in the hallway next to the restaurant.

However, did love the elevated feel of a typical American bistro. We thought the service could've been more attentive, but improved as the evening progressed. Our waitress was super nice and was helpful in explaining the menu specials and answering any questions we had. Most notably on the menu, the NY strip was a perfect medium rare. We opted to get the 4 jumbo shrimp on the side, which we thought retained a nice snap when we bit into it. It was also well seasoned, while still displaying its freshness. The fries complemented the steak, but was too well done for our liking. Our other entree, the lobster mac and cheese, had a nice cheese pull. We liked the added roasted tomatoes in the baked mac and cheese, which gave it a necessary acidity that countered the creamy, cheesy roux. For our appetizer, we chose the meat and cheese board, which was really solid. Appreciated the waitress explaining the selection, as well as the addition of a sour cherry jam and pickles on the side. This gave us a lot of mix and match options (64 to be exact), and we also liked how it came with charred/toasted bread. Finally, we wrapped up with a chocolate peanut butter parfait and key lime pie. Both were really good (get both if possible, but we liked the latter more).

Anyways... what did I get out of it? An awesome group of people and well... MIX. Updating my review because MIX deserves a proper shoutout and I haven't done it justice. This place is unequivocally my absolute FAVORITE brunch spot. The selection is vast, the portions are hearty, and the staff? They're the kindest, most accommodating folks you'll meet. It's like they've mastered the art of making you feel right at home. And the food? Oh, the food is ABSOLUTELY divine. Every bite is a delicious reminder of why I've converted to the church of brunch. Seriously, I went from a casual brunch-goer to a full-fledged brunch enthusiast, all thanks to CHAARG for leading me to this culinary gem. My brunch game has never been the same.

I've had brunch, lunch, and dinner at MIX, and all with varying levels of enjoyment. My recent…read morebrunch experience included ordering a Where the West Begins omelette, which includes "Braised short rib, butternut squash, red onion jam, spinach, smoked gouda". I wasn't sure how to feel about butternut squash with everything else (I'm not necessarily a huge squash fan - but I'm trying to learn to enjoy it), but the omelette was decent... it's the other side on my plate that looked less than appetizing. The biscuit was still covered in flour (and who wants to bite down on a clump of flour?), the cheddar hashbrown casserole lacked in flavor, and the brown sugar cinnamon oatmeal just... wasn't doin' it for me. Other recent experiences have been similar... there's usually one item on the plate that's flavorful or imventive (sometimes a main dish, sometimes a side), and the other parts of the plate are lacking. In reality, I think MIX is suffering a bit from rising food costs and inconsistency in their service and offerings. They've also changed the style of their menu from the original tapas-style to now being more typical entree options. Again... they've lost some of their innovative, experimental approach. In terms of ambiance, it really depends. I've been here for a work event and, because of the number of people, it was SO LOUD... they had also done a buffet offering for the event. As you can imagine, the food from the buffet was lacking, but that's often what happens when you're more mass producing your food (and it's left in a chafing dish, trying to be kept warm). On the other hand, I've been here for a dinner on a random night and was able to enjoy one of their Thai noodle bowls (and split some other apps with friends). The reality is that experiences at MIX are... well... a mix. Whether service, menu offerings, etc., I've found MIX's recent inconsistencies to be a disappointment. Will probably only visit in the future if it's suggested by others.
