I waited for over 30 minutes after I was told it would.be 20 -25 minutes. After waiting 30 minutes a party of 3 walked in and was shown a table. I checked my app and it still said I was second in line. I also saw three family leave while I was there . There table was cleaned but no one was seating them . This was my favorite go to place when I was in town . What a waste of time . If I wanted to sit at the bar. I would of chose to sit at the bar . Never again. I understand about being short staff . i went there with my wife the other day for lunch. it took a long timeto get our drink order right. i got their boss burger but with out the sausage. when the burger came, it had the sausage on it. told the server and the kitchen just took it off the burger instead of cooking all new topping for it. thats just lazy-ness, i could of done that myself. my wife got the half order of ribs and they were dry, even though they had sauce on them. we had like 3 different servers and not one of them was talking to each other. they never cleared any of the empty plates or glasses for us so the table got crowded. next time we are going just to sit at the bar and see how that goes read more

To start we are locals and frequent this location a lot. In the past we have had mixed feelings about the service, but food has almost always been good. With that said, todays visit inspired me to write this review. The food service and communication was somewhat of a bummer, but thanks to the manager on shift, Jess, we had a great experience. She made sure we were satisfied with our meals and continually checked up on our table to make sure everything was taken care of. This is by far the worst Chili's I have ever been to. My friend and I used to go every Sunday, we had a regular waitress who was great. Since she left we haven't had good service-- even subpar service, and the food is not good-- besides the frozen raspberry margarita. I wish it was better! read more

Dont eat here during Quarantine the food quilty is bad idk why i kept trying every time I order food for pick up or carry out the soup is always cold the chips are always brown and not light yellow like fresh couple times the chicken tenders are rubbery when I order the appetizer the three things for $13 the mini cheeseburgers are always pink inside I don't understand how you cannot cook a mini burger all the way through and then as well as the big burgers I've been having good luck with those Except for on April 12 I ordered a burger and it came rockhard I will show videos and pictures of all of this food and today I ordered a burger and fries soup combo lunch special and my food had a hair in it every ordered it again and my burger came sloppy as fuck I had to literally pull it all apart and put it back together properly and at that moment I was just disgusted and threw everything in the trash I wish I would've gotten a refund save your money and choose Texas roadhouse or something else shit McDonald's would've been better than this meal today Here's a little story on what happened to me today So o ordered from here alot Today when I ordered I decided to purchase the one special burger fries soup and chips when I picked up my order and arrived home upon opening there Was a big hair wrapped around my french fries and laying on my burger I called and asked for the meal to be remade and then had to wait another 10 minutes for my food to be cooked again I did not want to go back outside and was upset that I cannot enjoy all my food together I open the soup and the texture of the soup was not the texture that it normally is it's like congealed like gelatin and not like soup so I walked back to the restaurant after 10 minutes and I returned all of my food that I purchased and in return I received the remake burger and friesI open the box and the burger was poorly put together the patties were barely even on the bun At this point I've just lost my appetite and threw it all in the trash I wish they would've given me a refund I am highly disappointed and will no longer be ordering Chili's carry out again read more

Worst service, the waiter was busy getting alcoholic drinks for the customers over my previously placed request to bring water for my son. Unbelievable, I asked again and he just ignored my request. The dessert option for the menu we ordered was not available for that day. Instead of providing an option the waiter tried to give us a cookie. The forks were not enough for us to eat the food. So as a burger fan I naturally am inclined to try burgers everywhere I go an Chili's was no exception. Now I've been to Chili's in the past and the fact that I can't remember how the food tastes is probably not a bad thing...nor is it a good thing and so I went to try it once again with full thoughts in mind to make sure I remember how this tastes. So I got the Southern Smokehouse burger because come on now, ancho-chipotle sauce, crispy onion straws and bacon? That's a recipe for a burger if I ever have heard one myself. Needless to say the burger did live up to it's menu description and it was a pretty darn tootin' good burger. The burger was properly seasoned and the toppings were great. The bun was perfect sized and overall it was good. But when I was finished it didn't hit me as the best burger ever. It was a good burger though, even a great burger. The thing that threw me though and the reason this is getting 4 stars and is now number 8 on my list is the Fries. The fries here were atrocious. Soggy and a few were room temperature. Maybe when they were fresh they were good but for the one time I went and from what this review is based off of I can tell you that the fries were way sub par. And fries can make or break your burger! Overall I'd probably go back to see if the fries get better but as of right now, great burger, bad fries. They should also make a Chili's signature sauce. TGI Fridays has the Jack Daniels Sauce, Red Robin has their signature burger sauce. For Chili's something like a Mexican Barbeque sauce would be great, something a little spicy, maybe a little sweet. Something that would keep me coming back for it as it would be something I couldn't get anywhere else. I think that's what makes a place so great is that they do or have something no one else has. Maybe it's the bun, the sauce, a topping or maybe even the burger itself or the way they cook it. Came here for dinner with a lot of people since we are on a college trip. It was a fun place. And the burgers were good except the time from ordering and waiting for our food and drinks were so long. So that's why I rated it 3 stars when it could have been 5 stars if they let us have our foods and drinks quicker. Also, the food and drinks were good as well. I had the classic bacon burger. It was good though so only if the food came out quicker and if they seated us quicker. And there was also one server with 5 tables. They should have more workers. read more

Drove up from Courtland, NY to celebrate our 5 year old sons birthday. Waited over 1 hour to be seated while there was no wait for a table for 11 (which was empty and ready). Management said they wanted to catch the servers up so they won't be overwhelmed before they sat us. Finally sat and waited another hour to get our main courses. Appetizer Guacamole was awful and was returned and switched to red sauce. Staff was friendly but it appeared they only had 1 chef. Never again. Love Chili's but not this one. We had a great experience here when we were in town for graduation. The service was great. The food was very good - we all ordered different things and we all enjoyed what we got. The fresh guacamole made at the table was especially fantastic and the chips they serve it with beautifully thin and crispy. Very nice place. Friendly staff and great food. I usually get the 10oz. Sirloin and I have never been disappointed with it. Although, I did one night get the Cajun pasta and it was very cold. Service was awful.ANOTHER server tried to make it up,but the person behind the bar who was at first serving us just stayed behind the bar and did nothing. -The fried food was burned All in all it was the WORST experience I have had at CHILIs. Went here last week with my family to celebrate, was approximately 18 minutes before our orders were taken (there was one other table in the entire restaurant). The waiter took all 5 of our orders. However, he did not write them down and just "remembered" them because their new policy is not to use notepads anymore. Three orders were wrong, one had to be sent back. Then at the end of our meal the waiter said "I know I messed up your orders, and I'm very sorry about that. But can you give me a 5 star rating so my manager will stay off my back". It was extremely unprofessional, and no compensation was even offered for the incorrect meals. The food was alright, but the staffing is terrible. read more

Southwest chicken egg rolls and yummy frozen mango margaritas...what else can I say?? I had a fun time dining at Chili's Friday afternoon... Our first server was awesome, she was very helpful and let me know about the two for one margarita specials that weren't even listed. I explained to my friend how I did not like avocados. The waitress convinced me to try the avocado ranch sauce that comes with the eggrolls (I asked for sour cream).. I'm glad she did.. It was so delicious. My second margarita was halfway melted by the time I got to it, so next time I know to get the special to ask for it one at a time. The appetizer and drinks was the best! My burger was huge but the French fries were cold! My friend ordered steak, mashed potatoes, broccoli, & garlic bread... looked so scrumptious. The first server had to leave because it was the end of her shift, so a second waitress came in and she was nice but very forgetful. I asked her for little things and she kept forgetting, even took my container and gave it to the wrong table, kept me waiting, then when I asked about it, she laughed it off. Interesting enough, another waiter started waiting on us while she was supposed to be. I even watched our waitress get distracted, as she went to get me something, she started bringing a different table drinks, even though they had just came in and I had been sitting there waiting. There was a lack of napkins, so I took some from this area where only the employees are supposed to go. Then the waitress decided to bring me more. I waited a while for water even though it was the first thing I ordered. Should have a better variety and selection for specials though.
