Bear with me for all the pictures with half eaten food; the kids couldn't wait . Nonetheless , I'd definitely recommend chilis restaurant for great food that won't break the bank. The portions are massive and you'd be able to have left overs. The mozzarella sticks were a hit. I really enjoyed my trio fajitas. The rack of ribs were cooked well done ( which is what was asked ) and it was tasty as well. The service was great. The waiter did an amazing job helping me decide for hungry toddlers . I've been eating at Chili's on a regular basis for several years. The food is okay, and the staff are nice, but the cost of a meal has gotten out of control. Prices have increased twice recently, and now the rewards program, which had already been cut down to almost nothing, has changed again. At most places, rewards get me something, maybe something small like a coupon for $5 off a future purchase. At Chili's, you get free chips and a dessert for your birthday, but that isn't really a reward, is it? Italian restaurants put bread on the table as part of the meal, and Mexican restaurants serve chips the same way. They don't advertise those as rewards. It's disappointing, but since Chili's wants to keep charging more and not doing anything to say even a small thank you, I'm going to use my purchasing power to move on and go somewhere else. read more

Just your typical chilis. Food took awhile to come out but the wait staff was polite. You get free chips and salsa if you're a rewards member so my party filled up on that as we waited. Food was okay, I got the surf and turf which was salty and the steak was cooked more well done than medium. The BEST white queso I've had in a long time! I am still sad that they no longer have the onion petals or the original chicken crispers, but they do have lots of new menu items that look delicious! Honestly pretty impressed with this Chilis! We tried the new chicken crispers with the new white cheddar Mac and cheese and it was delicious! I paired mine with the Buffalo ranch and I highly recommend it. They were definitely short staff the night we went and were waiting a little longer than I normally do but it was no issue since we had about 2 hours before our movie. The only con about chili's is that the tables are always sticky, I don't understand how it can be but it ALWAYS IS. Other than that I was super impressed with the quality of the chicken! We have been to other chili's restaurants during a rush and never had such a poor experience. let's start with the water which tasted as if it was served in a dirty glass, brought to managers attention and he offered me bottled water. the dinners finally came out and half the items on our dishes were cold. the steak was the only thing hot, but cold Mac and cheese and cold broccoli... not appetizing. the Waites's asked how it was and I said cold but the response was blank. the restaurant was convenient to the hotel we stayed at Residence Inn Long Island Holtsville, but I woukd recommend Wendy's next store over this chilis. the bill included a charge for the bottled water and a kiosk service charge. read more

Fast service and great food! We walked in; didn't have to wait for a table. The waitress greeted us right away. Got our food within 5 to 10 minutes of ordering. Have been coming here since I was little and it's never disappoints!! It's gotten a lot busier on weekend so just keep it mind you may have to wait 30+ mins Friday and Saturday nights! We had a great experience at this Chili's! That was mainly because of our waitress, who was so much fun! She had great drink recommendations and was joking around with us the whole time. (We did later learn it was only her second week on the job, so that's probably the reason for her upbeat attitude.) After hearing everyone talk about it on Tik Tok, I had to try the honey chipotle chicken crispers, and I can confirm they live up to the hype! The sauce was sticky with a great spicy and sweet balance. The homemade ranch had a great flavor even if it was a bit thinner than I was expecting. But for some reason the little side of the mac and cheese is what got me. I love the spiral macaroni noodles and the sauce had such a great flavor. I got the four piece for the chicken and it was the perfect amount of food for me at an even better price. Chili's remains one of the best restaurant chains out there! read more

Large waiting area inside and benches also outside. Wait was about 20 minutes to be seated. We ordered a few cocktails they took a while to get to our table. The chips and salsa are delicious. One guest ordered ribs, one a quesadilla salad, quesadillas, and soup and salad . Everything looked good and everyone enjoyed their meal. The baked potato soup and Cesar salad were good. If you enjoy cold cheese fries or cold fajitas this place is for you! The management need some training. First manager served us the cold fries, when we told the waitress (who was delightful by the way), she quickly took them away and ordered a fresh order. The same manager came back with the hot fries and mummbled, something like your order was apparently cold, here are hot ones, my apologies. Dinner was served, the meal was warm some steam if you moved the fajita around. So we ate. A few moments late the table next to us was served a steaming SIZZLING fajita. That's it, forks down, too upset to eat. We got the waitress who got the manager, he was like the clown at a kids party. Than this so called manager says, can't I get a smile? For what a bad experience, no. Did I mention the manager put his hand out until I handed him my dirty dish, what the heck!?! The experience was disappointing. It started when we gave our phone number to be alerted via text, we received the initial text saying they will text when our seat is ready. Forty five minutes later we check in and they claim they texted us. They did not contact us. It was a disappointing experience and if asked where to go, anywhere but Chilis. Those so called managers need to be retrained. If this is how Chilis train their managers Chis need new management techniques. So disappointed, it ruined our evening. read more

I honestly don't know where to start, but when I do I wish I could give this restaurant 0 stars. I'm hoping this saves someone else from the same experience. My friends and I left feeling completely unsatisfied and regretting the entire meal.The quality was abysmal across the board. The appetizers were a bad sign: the mozzarella sticks were incredibly greasy, and it felt like the rest of the food had been sitting under a heat lamp or was entirely refried. The chicken sandwich was genuinely concerning--the meat was gray, slimy, and had a bizarre, rubbery texture that made it impossible to finish. The chicken tenders didn't taste any better; they were equally rubbery and tasted aggressively, overwhelmingly salty. Even the Mac and Cheese was a disaster, with a strange, thick "Oobleck" consistency and a salt level that was almost inedible. To top it all off, I had a nightmare of an experience with a rewards issue. I ended up having to fight just to get my money back for this disaster of a meal. That food sat like a brick in my stomach for the rest of the night. None of us will be returning to this location. Save your time and your money and go somewhere else. read more

When we sat down they just left sanitizer all over the table the waitress had to come over and wipe it off since the table was soaked. Then we ordered our food, I got the Chicken Crispers and they were certainly not hot, my wife got the Sliders and they were not hot as well. Got one little cup of ketchup which my wife and I had to share until our waitress came back around. Once she did we had to wait 10 minutes for the next little cup to come, at that point I was basically done with my fries and my wife was done with her burger. It's just crazy some restaurants give you ketchup bottle or whatever you need and others don't. Went to a diner in Bayshore the other day and everything was on the table when you sat down (sugar, condiments, etc.). There really is no set standards. Some give you menus and some don't and you have to figure out have to stare at your phone just to figure out what you want. read more

The choice of brisket over a typical roast beef is an interesting one for a French dip, but I do love a good brisket and this one was certainly tasty. The Philly wasn't you're traditional cheesesteak either, but it scratched my itch (but do be warned that thing comes out HOT!). Both came with a deceivingly large basket of fries that were fresh and crispy and a nice salty to compliment to our sandwiches. I really enjoyed trying this one and they had a bunch of interesting specials that I contemplated trying too, which makes me eager to come back again and see what other new tasty options they might have in store!
