Smokehouse combo
Brenda M.

I honestly had not come in to Chili's because of the reviews. I'm glad I finally made it in. We came in on a Sunday afternoon. The place is pretty big lots of boths tables and a decent size bar area.We were sat immediately and within a few minutes the waiter came to take our drink order. When the drinks were brought to our table, he took out an appetizer order we had the trio. It comes with lots of chips, super mild salsa, amazing guacamole, and great queso. A few moments later, he took our order , and we split the ultimate smokehouse combo. The ribs were good, the honey Chipotle tenders were delicious, the sauce had a really good flavor, and the jalapeño cheddar sausage was ok. The fries were hot and crispy. The corn was really, really good. The garlic bread was basic. It's what you expect from any American casual dining restaurant.

My order is wrong! Mushroom Swiss burger and they forgot the mushrooms! I ordered no seasoning salt in the fries and they are Covered.

The order is completely wrong. Paid for something I am not getting. Missing ingredients and added some I requested off.

Bobby & Nicolo!

Absolutely great food, restaurant is well decorated with a rustic feel, and I can't get enough of their ranch. Fun place to go from time to time, well worth it

What a cool and casual little spot. We stopped in on our way to Cheyenne. I'm sure glad we did…read more You order your food on one side. The guys running the kitchen side are friendly and pretty generous. We ordered drinks from the bar on the other side. My margarita was better than most and I'm pretty particular about my margs. Best bartender is my husband and he's generally ruined me for margaritas. So, we waited around for our name to be called (kitchen side) then we took our lunch upstairs to eat. The rooftop area is great. It's mostly covered. The metal chairs were surprisingly comfortable. We both had the tempura fried fish; my husband had a burrito and I had a bowl. The fish was cooked absolutely beautifully. It was so crisp and the fish was tender and delicious. The salsas were memorably tasty. We got the perfect level of heat with incredible flavor. Their tortilla chips were thick, crunchy and tasty. We didn't eat them all and would never be so insulting as to toss them. We asked them for a bag and they happily provided one for our late night munchies. We loved everything about this place, accept for the plastic utensils. I let them know in a friendly and positive way as we left. It was a bit difficult to cut through that big boy burrito with that flimsy fork and knife. But everything else was so delightful, I'm sure we'll be back.

Been here twice now. I like the atmosphere and the cute cozy feeling you get with the booths and…read morethe bright color paint and the decoration. Service both times was about the same, which was OK not outstanding,(but it's Fort Collins where nobody's really nice). Typical college kids in a rush. I really like the super thin crispy chips to start off with however, it took some getting used to the "hot," not just warm, salsa that they brought out to accompany it. I've never had hot salsa ever at probably 600 Mexican restaurants in my life. When I comes to the food, the chimichanga my buddy got was delicious, big and crispy and my blue corn tortilla enchilada with cheese was very good(needed 2/3) The rice and beans are OK. The beans are a little chunky for refried beans, but I thought that actually gave them a good texture. However, the rice was a little firm and wasn't my favorite. Not horrible by any means just not the style I like. I would consider this more New Mexican, Mexican style food, versus say Tex-Mex Mexican. Lunch special prices were very reasonable and were smaller portions than I probably would've preferred but that's OK. Overall, I'd say I'd come back. I'll just have to ask next time if they have a different hot sauce or salsa that's not hot cooked to go with the chips since the chips are so delicious. Recommended.

Just right to take a friend and have a good conversation, maybe walk to ARC for a bargain next door. Staff treated you well and easy on the custom orders. The place could use a spiffing up (as of mid-2025), but let's keep it in the neighborhood.
