Been here several times and I was excited to try it again. My husband ordered ribs and they were way over cooked. The waitress explained that they were all overcooked. Chili's is one of those places that never fails to give you what you're looking for. The Enid location has been a go-to for me and my family for a long time now. The service is prompt and friendly. We came on a crowded Sunday afternoon during the church crowd and only had to wait around 10 minutes for a table. The menu has a wide variety. At our table alone we had a flatbread pizza, a burger, a salad, a half rack of ribs, and fajitas. As you can see, you can pretty much satisfy any craving at Chilis. The chips and salsa appetizer are a must. The chips are made there in the restaurant and are so fresh and crispy. The salsa is not very spicy but has a wonderful flavor so a wide range of palettes can enjoy it. At each table there is a small electronic device that allows you to pay at the table whenever it is convenient for you. You can also split the checks by item using it which makes it very easy for big groups as well as the servers! You can't go wrong with Chili's! read more

I can't say the service is horrible and I understand they were slammed the last time I went in. But let me say this, don't come to my table with my fat ass and my fat ass friend and bring him an "order of fries" literally containing about 5 fries. Yall wrong for that. It made me laugh but I also had to call ya'll out. Yes, once I was like wtf is this 5 French fry nonsense we got an apology along with more fries. So you're forgiven. I would say this is a pretty standard Chili's. We came in on a Sunday afternoon, so it was a bit busy. We had a 10min wait and then we were seated. Our waitress was very friendly and brought out our meals exactly as we ordered. The food at this chili's is the worst. We've eaten here 3 times since arriving in enid and this evenings meal will probably be the last. I ordered the buffalo chicken salad and I suppose it's my fault for not asking for the dressing on the side but the sAlad was swimming in dressing. Even though it's a chain, this Chili's always does a pretty good job for Mrs Eva and me. Their service is usually pretty good and the food is always prepared well. We enjoy going here even though we prefer the mom and pop places better. They have a new menu that they just started using yesterday. It still has most of the old favorites but has added some steak toppings and a few other new items. I am personal friends with one of the guys who originally started Chili's in Dallas. His ownership stake is long past, but I can say that the folks who run the Chili's headquarters have done a good overall job with establishing and maintaining a decent and nice place to eat. I am going to say outright this review is for the TAKE-OUT service ONLY. I have not eaten in the dining room. My service was excellent. I was welcomed with a smile by a very nice young lady. My food was cooked, immediately, to order, and it was still hot when I got it back to the hotel (after hauling luggage in, checking in, getting ice, changing to PJ's...). That is something! I did wander into the bar and dining room as I needed to use the restroom (other side of the building). It looked INSANE. I guess this is one of the few "family-friendly" places in Enid, so it was packed...on a Tuesday? Maybe there was a game. Anyway, they were packed, and it looked rather hectic in there. Both were delicious and for dessert we had the chocolate chip cookie skillet and a mudslide to compliment it both were delicious. Every time I come to Chili's there's always great service. But today I care with my cheer team and the service was terrible!! There were 15 of us, and yes I understand it was a big group, but that is no excuse for bad service. I had not planned on reviewing the dining experience this afternoon at the "Chili's" in Enid, OK. But sometime the experience demands a review. On some occasions the food and service are so outstanding that, to not note that in public would be a disservice to both the restaurant and to the dining public. At other times the whole experience turns out to need a warning to the public about it. This was, unfortunately, the latter. I wanted to take my beloved out to a nice lunch. We got to the "Chili's" a bit after noon. We were seated fairly fast and looked over the menus. About fifteen minutes later a waitress asked if we had been approached by our waiter. She left and a short time later our waiter showed up to take our drink order. When he returned he gave us our drinks then had to swap my wife's drink with mine. I had ordered unsweet tea and he had mixed the orders. He left and I called him back to ask for the tableside guacamole. He got that and left. Some ten to fifteen minutes later I flagged down a different waitress and asked for silverware and straws so I could sweeten my tea. She brought us the straws. A few minutes later she came back to check and see if we were ready to order. About that time our waiter showed up and took our order. At the time he showed to get our order he finally brought the "Tableside Guacamole". The already made TABLESIDE guacamole. The whole point of tableside service is that it is done tableside. Premade guacamole is $2.50 less expensive than the tableside service. As far as I could tell this was simply a glop of premade guacamole with a few side ingredients to throw in and pretend it was tableside made. My wife is generally mortified when I complain or demand, at the very least, a minimum level of service. In this case she left to find the manager. When he arrived at the table, I told him that I reviewed restaurants for my blog. That I had not planned on reviewing his place today at all. But that the level of incompetence demanded reporting. He took over our service personally. Things improved immediately. Our main course arrived almost magically. We had ordered the 2 for $22 dinner. A good buy under most circumstances. He did not know that we had asked for the side salads and they had not been served, Salads appeared. The manager apologized and cut the entire bill in half. Our waiter brought us the bill which was down to less than $20 by this time. I dropped a twenty and headed home to write this review. The waiter's tip came to 13 cents, but then I have always been a softy. Some of you may wonder why I am still writing a terrible review of the service after getting compensated for the situation. The main reason is not for meanness, but to prevent future bad service for other customers. If a person receives bad service and does not mention it, others may be in for the same service when they go to the same place. A bad review demands improvement from a restaurant. They need people to know that their experience is going to be good when they pay good money. And the restaurants will work to fix any problem that is publicly reported. read more

Appetizers are the worst items on the menu. These items are obviously Heat & Eat product, SamsClub & Costco sells these items,some of these are good if Cook / heated properly. But we experienced over cooked chicken wings drowned in a less than tasty sauce and hard as a rock. Egg Rolls were the cheapest version of Sams products and there again not worth the price.
