our waiter was all over the place! he wouldnt stop for two seconds to talk to us. didnt ask if we wanted refills until it was time for the check. when he brought the check he asked if it was going to be cash or card and walked away before we could answer! when we asked for a to go bag for our boxes it was thrown towards us because he was more worried about talking to the teenage girls leaving the restaurant. very rude and inconsiderate. i understand friday nights can be busy but this was just ridiculous. read more

Appetizers are the worst items on the menu. These items are obviously Heat & Eat product, SamsClub & Costco sells these items,some of these are good if Cook / heated properly. But we experienced over cooked chicken wings drowned in a less than tasty sauce and hard as a rock. Egg Rolls were the cheapest version of Sams products and there again not worth the price. Given that Chili's is a chain, the food tends to be pretty consistent. This part becomes irrelevant and places a heavier burden on service, atmosphere, and the bartender. I wouldn't spoil the story for you if I could help it, but that one star is a sign of bad things. I'll start with the decent parts of my experience. The waitress was nice enough. The food was as expected. That really sums up the positive side. Of course, I say the food was as expected for my own plate. My sister had the misfortune of a salad with her soup that was little better than iceberg lettuce. The real failure was with the bar. Chili's does the "Presidente Margarita" which is one of their specialties. To begin, they were out of the margarita shakers, so it was served in a large mug. This part isn't really an issue in itself, but it leads into trying a couple of sips from this mug and realizing the margarita just tasted wrong. I mentioned this to the waitress when someone who appeared to be a more senior staff member interjected and mentioned that they had "changed sweet and sour mix" recently. I find it rather peculiar that a change in sweet and sour mix could change a drink that is relatively consistent across the country drastically enough to make it just plain unpleasant. I shrug that off and send it back in favor of a martini. A young man who appeared to be the bartender hear and confirmed that it was a dry gin martini. What I received was a glass of olive brine. One sip was enough to make me actually recoil in disgust at what I can honestly say was the worst excuse for a martini I have ever had the displeasure of tasting. I do not know what motivated the bartender to come up with such an abomination, but clearly this Chili's has some consistency issues with food and at least one person utterly desecrating the profession of bartender. If I want Chili's, I'll stick to Edmond or OKC at this point. read more

Chili's is good except for there togo, its better than the other chain restaurants in enid. Seriously the to go needs to be redone half the time you have to see the bartender to get your order which kind of defeats the purpose of to go if you're going to have to hang out at a bar, most of the time its clean the kitchen and kitchen staff are always outside smoking and playing grabass but thats poor leadership on the managers part read more

Had lunch here twice in the last ten days and both times it was poor at best. I wouldn't recommend Chiles. Fries were cold had to send back. Bones in burger and the burger was way overdone. Too many other choices. read more

Well....we gave Chilis another chance. Glad we did. Hostess was much friendlier. We got seated right away. Waiter was super friendly and attentive. The new menu items are great. We had the prime rib tacos, stuffed chicken burrito and fried pickles. All of which was great. Will go back to try some more of the new food items. read more

Just had lunch at Chili's in Enid. The service was fine. We ordered Caesar salad, which we normally love. Hard to screw it up. But, you guessed it, they did. Iceberg lettuce! I sent it back and got soup instead. It was decent, but not the Caesar salad I wanted. The server told us they were out of romaine in the kitchen. Really, just come tell me. One of the mainstay dining establishments in Enid. Here, you can have a family friendly meal for a pretty reasonable price. The service is usually provided by folks who don't get the concept of service. They are nice and engaging but not especially on the ball. We had a problem with our food once and the management went the whole way to resolve it. That made us happy. Enid has very few restaurants for family dining so we visit here often. The food is reasonably good when it is hot and there are few surprises. If I could make some suggestions for the management it would be 1) Mop the floor with a clean mop. It always feels greasy. 2) Help your staff learn better customer service skills. They are good but the turnover means I never have very experienced wait staff. 3) Hot food is next to godliness. Make sure the staff gets the food out promptly. This way everyone is happy. Despite the crabby review, it is still a regular hangout for us as no one but Pastimes gets it any more right. read more

Chili's is one of the best places to eat in Enid. The food has always been good, the service is great, and the price is avarage for a sit down place. There are several TV's around the building, which all have sports playing. I absolutly love the salads! The pasta is good. My wife loves the mini burgers. Chili's is one of our favorite places to go together when we feel like going somewhere nice. read more

This Chili's is a regular stop for us, more convenience than anything else. This trip, I ordered the 6 oz sirloin, mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli... Broccoli was really well cooked and properly seasoned. Mashed potatoes not so much. Cold inside, no salt. Flavorless. Steak ordered medium rare. Came out closer to rare, but I'll eat that. Had baked potato soup. Good, really good. Chips and Salsa were, as usual, good. Service was good. read more

We recently traveled back home through Enid after Playoff Football. I corresponded with the managers, Patrick and Thomas ahead of time to submit all the players, cheerleaders, coaches and staff's orders. When we arrived it was closing time for Chili's staff; you would have never known it! They were very accommodating and eager to assist us. The food was brought out and labeled with each individual's name. The wait staff ladies were superb and very attentive. Not once were we ever treated as if we were a burden, especially at closing time. We appreciate Patrick and Thomas! You guys and your staff are AWESOME! read more

We quit going to Chili's for about 5 years. After wanting to try it again, we were pleasantly surprised. It is now one of our top 3 places to eat. We go 1-2 times per month and love the new selections on the menu. read more

Being in customer service myself you NEVER tell a customer they are wrong. When the food comes out from not once but twice and the manager looks at you like an idiot when you say it's not done enough because the waitress half ass listened to you and ordered the wrong thing then tells the customer they're wrong. I would do a zero if I could! I ordered roasted wings and broccoli to go. I wish I would have checked the order before leaving. When u reached my destination, I was very disappointed to see half done, raw looking wings. They appeared to have come straight from the freezer, with little to no seasoning, and popped in the oven for 2 minutes. The broccoli was falling apart and far from decent. Seated quickly, service was horrible and extremely slow. Ordered pork fajita's, wanted bell peppers substituted with whole jalapeño and onions well done. Also order their salmon. Hour later food came out, onions were raw and jalapeños were out of a jar. Salmon was super salty. I've ask the waitress to just bring me a plate of well done onions and jalapeños, ten mins after she came by and grabbed my plate only to bring it back burnt! Pork and all! Pork was stuck to the pan. At this point I'm furious, asked her to take it off the menu, manager then took it off but did not say a word. I arrived at Chili's in Enid at 11AM, watched them open the front door. I had been waiting a little while and needed to use the restroom. I was appalled at how dirty it was, it was obviously not cleaned from the night before, toilet paper on the floor, dirty sinks and unflushed toilets were unsightly.
