This Chili's is located in MSY near gate C4. There is a decent amount of both bar and table seating. There are outlets at your seat for you to charge your electronics pre-flight. They don't give you a menu here, you have to pull it up with a QR code. They offer familiar Chili's favorites, like fajitas, chips & salsa, guacamole, or queso, burgers, chicken sandwiches and tenders, soups, and salads. Ordering at the bar is a bit strange. First, the bartender has to "turn on" your tab in their POS. If you're only drinking, you're supposed to order & pay online. If you're drinking and eating, you check out with the bartender. Holy moly. Bad service BAD SERVICE!!! And the chips were stale. I was eating here for a quick dining out experience. HA!! Quick. NO. The service was SUBPAR. I worked in the service industry. I know tips matter and I rarely and by rarely, I mean I can count the number of times I have NOT tipped on one hand. I nearly did not tip. I tipped exactly $0.71 to even my bill out. The food was meh. The bar was dirty. My friend waited SO long for her burger that she almost couldn't stay to eat it. I had two sides of beans and a side of rice with stale chips and salsa because they had no fajitas. But my GOD was the bartender/server THE worst. She came and asked me WHY I hadn't paid yet and I said OH because I ordered a drink 17 minutes ago and you haven't given it to me. Ugh. What a waste of MONEY and time. Complete BS. I don't ever go to Chili's because we don't have them locally I Oregon. We like LOCAL. But hot dang if this wasn't the worst dining experience I've had in a decade. read more

Management of Chilli's MSY airport please retrain your staff at the take out counter. I went to place an order at about 2pm on 02/21/2026. A male worker and female worker were having a chit chat so I waited. The man then said "Ma, what you want?" He kept saying it a few times. I didn't realize he was addressing me, a paying customer who was waiting to be serve. I felt disrespected and disappointed because I have dined there before without issues. On 1/3/25 at 3:05pm I ordered a Chicken Sandwich with fries via scanning their QR code located at the bar. While I was waiting, I bought a water. The African American lady with short red and black hair rung me up for $8. I told her nevermind after I realized how expensive a water was. She gave me an attitude and said "I ALREADY RUNG YOU UP" and threw a fit. I told her I'm not paying $8 for a bottled water. As I continued to wait for my food, I saw another family buy the same water but this time it showed up as $3?! I told the lady nevermind about then food (it has been past 45 minutes) and I want a refund. She said ok and mumbled she'll get someone to get me a refund. I waited for several minutes and I can see she's working in the kitchen (moving hella slow by the way) while I was waiting to be helped. She finally comes back to the register and I follow up for a refund. She finally gets the employee who can give me a refund. Food was never prepared and no apologies. It should be noted that the staff and the lady gave me pretty ugly looks the entire time I was waiting (I was waiting pretty patiently and I'm not confrontational). Being a minority in Louisiana (I'm Filipino-Asian) I can't help but think that is the reason why I received the service (or lack thereof). I hope Corporate investigates this matter and the staff that work here because this is not acceptable. read more

The absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. I sat on one side of the bar waiting for somebody to even greet me, then went to the other side after about five minutes for any kind of acknowledgement, and was still intentionally ignored. I went next door to Lucky Dogs and Auntie Anne's to ask if I could get a cup of ice after waiting and they directed me to Chili's since they had to charge full price for a drink for a cup of ice - which makes sense, I've worked in retail, I get it. I finally cut an employee off in their path just to ask for the cup of ice, and was met with the worst attitude and a hard "no." When I asked if I could even pay for one, lady said "We can't give out the plastic to-go cups." ... Tell me what they're for, then? To-go drinks, no? Why doesn't a cup of ice qualify under that category? And tell me why there's been a plastic cup of beer sitting on the ledge for the entire hour I've been at the gate next to the establishment? Seriously make it make sense. Explain it to me like I'm five. I'm genuinely confused by the lack of greeting in the first place. What if I was a to-go order or just had a menu question? The bar is consistently crowded and people ordering or trying to order to-go aren't gonna try to make friends in the single seat in-between airport strangers to get some to-go Chili's. Staff here desperately needs customer service training and to get off your high horses... you work at Chili's. Would not recommend giving them your time or money. The service. Two time here and both times the service has been horrible. First time the waitress didn't want to bring my change and expected a $8 tip for a $12 meal. Send issue to Chilis with no response. Second time good luck getting waitress to do anything. Appears to be partly due to lack of employees but waitress lacked any care to do her job. I was starving, about to fly for hours to Scotland and I needed a heavy meal to sustain me. I gave this place 40 minutes to fix my order of fajitas. Never finished in time, the flight boarded and I had to leave the food behind. I also waited for the food and boarded last so my carry on and my wife's carry on needed for the flight had to be checked and non accessible. Very disappointed. read more

Yo! I love Chili's but this place is another level. If you don't enjoy your job why do you work there? There are other job opportunities hopefully out there for you doing something you enjoy. Today I went here for a drink and a quick bite. The lady that served me was nice and is the only reason this establishment gets one star. What I witnessed from other staff members was horrible. I had an issue scanning the QR code to order my food and I asked a passing by waitress for some help and her response was "You're not in my section, not my problem." I later witnessed her tossing dishes around and cussing and complaining about the customers. There was another customer across from me who had to bring it to their attention that she had been waiting 45 minutes for a glass of whine, a burger and some fries. I told my friends about the experience while we were at the airport and they said they had a bad experience with that same waitress in which she greeted them with "What the F*** you want?" They said they left and went somewhere else. DONT GO HERE, WHATEVER YOU DO. Hopefully they make some staff changes. read more
