Old food, half of the items missing and management doesn't seem to care they walk right past you like you're invisible . But good luck people.

Southwestern Grilled Chicken buried under a blanket of shredded cheese

Initially, the server seemed attentive, but not after the food arrived. My water never got refilled, and that's all I was drinking. We were there a couple hours, plenty of time to swing by with a water pitcher. My southwestern chicken salad came with a mound of shredded cheese all over the top, lettuce barely visible under the dairy blanket. I love me some cheese, don't get me wrong, but not at the expense of hiding the rest of the ingredients like it was nachos (mmm, nachos). The chair didn't want to scoot when I needed it to, like it was stuck to the floor. I enjoyed my time with friends even though my salad and water refills were lackluster. Handy having the checks on the table device so we could all take care of our own bill.

Black grease corn and dry ribs

Wow the food was bad. The service was okay but they were all confused as to who was going to actually wait on us and everything took a long time to get to us. They forgot about our queso order but did get it to us later. I think they used the corn we were served to clean the greasy off the grill. Gross. The ribs were so dry we just started laughing and coming up with ideas of what else they could be used for. We won't be back.

I've been to Chili's in quite a few places in my time. This was the first time being in the Clovis restaurant. As always the food was delicious (usually a burger). I ordered guacamole this tIme as well and was surprised at how good it was. Our waiter was good, maybe a little slow with my coffee, but he still did a great job. Overall it was a great experience and next time I am passing through Clovis, I will stop by again.

Terrible Chili's. Slow waiter, food doesn't taste like our normal Chili's. Not consistent with the chain standards. Would not recommend.

During the dinner hour, the restaurant had only about three occupied tables, yet service was still dreadful. On one visit, we sat outside and after 15 minutes hadn't even had an initial visit from our server, so we went back inside just to check if we'd been forgotten. The restaurant was generally clean, at least. The bigger issue: after our second visit, we discovered our credit card had been charged twice for the same amount. We didn't catch it until we were back home (out of state). When I called to resolve it, the restaurant told me I'd need to come in person, not practical once you're out of state. I followed up by email with management requesting a refund. And despite them admitting to me in writing of the error correspondence from them ceased before resolution, so I ended up having to dispute the duplicate charge with my credit card company.

Once we received our food, we ordered a side of queso and chips. There was no queso. When we finally did get the queso, it was a tiny container. Not even worth the extra seven dollars. The side of chips they gave us was as big as a bag you could get from a grocery store it was huge and they only give you these tiny little containers of salsa and queso. Ratios are not appropriate. All in all as our first time going there, I would not return. The food was mediocre (although the brisket was good) and did not make up for the poor service.

After a long day driving across TX, the last thing we wanted to do when we stopped in Clovis for…read morethe night was to order takeout. We YELPed restaurants, and one of our other favorites in town was closed, so we took a chance on the Cotton Patch Cafe. They were open for dine-in, and the whole experience was absolutely wonderful. Service was excellent. Our server, Hope, did a great job meeting all our needs -- including a large print menu (during COVID, when everything has to be wiped down again...), and she was as accommodating and pleasant as can be. The food was off the page. We both ordered burgers, one Nachadoches, and one traditional with cheese. We got sides of fries and onion rings. Normally, we don't eat the buns, but these were magnificent, not your run-of-the-mill hamburger buns! The burgers were juicy and tender, and the toppings as fresh and tasty as could be. The onion rings were HUGE, and perfectly breaded and fried, and there was a slight sweetness to them that was delightful. The french fries were nicely cut, but could have used a bit more time in the fryer to get just a little crispier. Not everything can be perfect, right? Next time we come through Clovis, we'll be back. And to the owners, thanks for that message of hope on the windows: Faith Over Fear!

Waited 30 minutes got back to hotel and was missing the homemade ranch dressing and the butter cake dessert that I ordered and paid for. My order gets messed up at every one of these locations - it happened recently in round rock Texas in Austin and on the first time when they messed up the order I had tipped . when I went for the makeup order I didn't tip. Tonight here in Clovis New Mexico I also didn't tip. It doesn't seem to make any difference, the kids just don't care! The food sure is good but I'm waiting for Mike the manager to deliver the missing items because I didn't want to go back out and I'm so upset I'm going to start always auditing this place because I noticed they twist the bag shut every time..."ugh, don't close it up; let's go through everything on the receipt first?" it gets better so the phone number I called on the receipt is actually for a location in Dallas Texas? Support Mike the manager I got a call saying they were down in the lobby and there was no one there. The front desk lady help me look at the actual phone number for the Clovis Location and sure enough the receipt print the wrong phone number. So thanks for trying Mike in Frisco Texas; but the store I had the order feck up From is in Clovis New Mexico
