I renewed my yelp so I could review this chilis! Hands down the worst chilis food I've attempted to consume. I've never had a bad experience with the favorite triple dipper, this time was the exception. Came out cold. Took 2 bites and gave up. Buffalo chicken was so tough I couldn't stick a fork in it. Then 1 of 2 burger bites tasted like the salt shaker broke when they seasoned it, soooo salty. Took the food to go hoping it'd be better in the microwave later I'm not a critical person so I should add that the service is not the complaint, just the food. the bartender was friendly and pretty attentive. read more

I cant post without marking some star but truth Zero stars from me I dont even know what to say but if you want to be treated like dirt by the manager and no get a whole meal that you are paying for and then get treated like crap when you ask where the rest of your meal is and its one thing if they had a full house but when there was only two tables of two people each and the manager tried to blame that it is because of CFD ! What the heck !!!!!! I would hate to see how they work and treat people when busy! And they dont care about the customers I saw two workers talking with a customer that was 100% drunk that I could smell the booze on him they let him get in a car and drive away ! Walked in to place an order to go. There was a short haired young lady servicing the bar area who watched me as I stood in the entrance. Since I wasn't acknowledged, I gestured towards her as she was walking by if I needed to wait for assistance. She curtly replied bar is open seating. When I asked is that where I placed a to-go order she told me around the corner. There was nothing welcoming or inviting about the exchange. I gave 3 stars based on the remaining interactions. I've only eaten here a couple of times, but it's here where I've probably gotten the best burger I've had in Cheyenne. I always order burgers when I'm at a restaurant that offers them and I judge a restaurant by its burger. Chili's in Cheyenne scores high. read more

Was looking forward to having this for the first time in years. I was in for disappointment. I went to get a pick up order very few customers. But no one helped me until after 20 minutes passed. I finally got my food to take out but then I was missing a drink. I let the person know and they proceeded to argue that I only had one drink not two, even though thats what I ordered and what my receipt said. he gave me an attitude after the fact and gave the drink. Had lunch with the in-laws today around 12:30 and I ordered a plain grilled chicken breast, side salad with no croutons and some avocado. The salad was "meh" as it was just lettuce and a scant amount of paper thin red onion. The avocado was not ripe and was seriously hard as a rock. The grilled chicken breast came in a cup already cut up and heavily seasoned like it was meant for a southwest chicken salad. Not what I ordered so I'm not sure whose call that was to give me something I didn't request. The chef? The MOD? With no time to request a reorder, I just went with the lousy chicken. As for the avocado...we'll, that I asked to be removed from the bill and the server said she would. The bill came and it was still on there. *sigh. I would really love to hear from the GM on this. Overall reviews for this location are 2 stars and this is exactly why I don't eat here but this wasn't my call. My wife and I took the grandkids for a mid-week early dinner. It had been awhile since we'd eaten at Chili's, but our history with the chain has been pretty good. * The Arrival - No one at the greeter's station. 4-5 minute wait before any sign of staff. The restaurant was nearly empty. We should have "read the room" better. * The Seating - No problem with that . . we had plenty of choices. After that . . nothing. Another 10 minutes before we saw anybody that looked like staff. We entertained ourselves by seeing what kind of sounds our forearms could make when they lift off a sticky table. * The Ordering - Waitress was pleasant and apologetic . . but not because of slowness. More like "I'm sorry fate brought you here." We ordered just appetizers for the adults and kids meals for the grandkids. Because that felt like something they could succeed at. * The Meal (25 minutes later) - Kids meals were edible . . they seem to be proud of serving Kraft Mac & Cheese. Texas Cheese Fries were cold. Not just lukewarm . . but fully cold and coagulated so I could pick up the entire concoction and walk away without losing a jalapeño. I wasn't about to eat it, but it was time for a test to see what they would do if I politely asked if they could remake this dish. Waitress was again gracious, apologetic and understanding, but with an undercurrent that seemed to say "this experience is not going to get better for you." Away went the platter of Texas Cheese Fries. Five minutes later, back came the same platter of Fries, having spent that additional time under a broiler and transforming into . . Armored Texas Cheese Fries. The dish was impenitrable. * The Conclusion - Put this Chili's out of its misery. read more

Worst service I've ever received from a restaurant, (and I've eaten at restaurants all over the country and worked in a couple across a couple states) Like we stood at the door for 10 minutes while four employees just stared at us, (with little two people in the bar area and one in the dinning room and that was it) then we were deliperitly ignored and I finally stoped her and told her all I wanted was a triple dipper, southwest egg rolls, honey chipotle chicken crispers, and big mouth bites she was a bitch and a half and then I requested a new server and the manager came out and was confused that we complained then they fucked up our food twice didn't try a third we sat a $20 on the table and walked out with the food we got that was wrong and cold when we got it. read more

Terrible. Saturday night. One waiter. Then managers walking around doing nothing. Took 10 minutes to get a waiter to the table. Because of that we ordered everything, drinks and food. Then waited another 30minutes and we still had yet to receive water. While I watched other tables get things that the waiter forgot or took forever to get them (napkins, silverware, drinks). I also saw the manager go around and ask tables how things were and did not ask my table. 1. The amount of waiters/workers here is not set up to be successful and serve everyone. 2. The manager do not drop in to help their waiters or waiter in this case when they have 8 tables and that's the only customers in the building. 3. Drinks from the bar that we ordered and water should be on the table under 5 minutes. Water should be immediate. The funny thing is a family also arrived when we did, all nice and dressed up looked like they were set up to have a night out with their kids. Got up and left as they were disgusted too with the service. Corporate Chilis you have to do a full flip at this store. Fire everyone and start new. These managers are terrible. At the end of the day if the kitchen is backed up and people aren't getting served it's on the managers. read more

Place was not busy. 5 yr old given 2 brine crayon tips to cookie with (what dirty little fingers had already played with them? ) Food wait time was very long & order was incorrect, ordered regular chicken strips & came out spicy. Waited another very long time for correct order and serving size was less than what was on child's plate. Also ordered fries covered in queso. Fries were very dry & queso extremely salty. People around us had flat beer at one table and another hadn't received their drinks of water 20 minutes after ordering. Our early dinner took nearly 2 hrs. We were running for the bathroom all night after eating what little we deemed edible. A definite hard NO for us in the future & do not recommend. read more

Been awhile since I had been. Can't believe how downhill this has gone. Waitress was new and it showed. Took 4 trips to bring us 5 drinks. Beer was warm. Never refilled water. 6 ounce steaks looked like 3 oz. Southwestern egg rolls used to be my favorite. Now they are so small and sad. Husbands order was wrong and cold. Son's mashed potatoes looked gray, old and tasted old. Dad wanted cheese sauce for his broccoli. Didn't have any. Brought shredded? Food and drinks both took forever. Server Dakota was very good: courteous, attentive, anticipating our needs. Food is usually very slow out of the kitchen but was right on time today. I tried the cajun Chicken Pasta: Dish was almost picture perfect. Alfredo sauce was perfect for the noodles; sweet chili seasoning was good on the chicken; but together they were horrible. The Alfredo and chili seasoning don't go together at all. Tasted my husband's sour cream chicken enchiladas, which are our favorite, but it was off today. Much better at On the Border. Chips and guac were also really good today. And yes, we'll go back. Just will avoid the pasta. read more

The restaurant might be called Chili's but this review is ice cold. Just like our food and service. I have stopped in at this particular franchise several times passing through Cheyenne, and typically it's been a fine experience. But today. Today I am rage-writing this Yelp review. I would not be surprised if the other customers who walked out behind me do the same thing. Let's start this timeline of events in chronological order: We asked for a seat at the bar, thinking we could have a beer, order some food and be on our way. The bartender was nowhere to be found for about 5-10 minutes. I ordered a Bud Light draft, asked for a small glass of tomato juice to go with it. No juice for this customer. First red flag. Next, we ordered our food. She asked if fries were OK for a side. He took a gamble by asking for some onion rings. She said the thing they had was fries. But she could see about making them curly fries. Ok? Sure sounds good. It took AN HOUR. By the time the food came to us, it was all cold, like my mood. The cheese in the quesadilla was solid. Also, I asked for silverware and never got it. That's ok though - because it meant I couldn't eat the food. So I guess that's the only good thing to come from this trip. When I told the bartender the food was cold she said "it's ALL cold?" Yes. It was. One of the other servers said "it's been that kind of day." They didn't even apologize for the terrible service. The customers who sat down next to us at the same time upon arrival also came up behind me and said they were walking out. They also complained they had been waiting an hour for their food, were never given silverware and had never been helped again. Not to mention I feel really sorry for the guy who was to our right. He was handed a beer after the bartender poured it out the tap while asking: "is it supposed to look like this?" She still gave it to him. Now we're at Old Chicago. It's awesome. read more

Service was very good. Nice young lady. Food was not. Ordered the Bacon Rancher burger. Came to me with BACON BITS! no actual bacon! No one said hey we're out of bacon, sorry, do you want something else? Was still charged for a bacon burger. It was tasteless and terrible. Ribs coated with generic bbq sauce. Could not taste the actual ribs, texture was Chewy. Bar out of angry orchard. All in all our date night dinner was disappointing. The one thing good was the chips and salsa. Chili's you need to up your game. If I want a disappointing burger I can go to Wendy's for a lot less $. read more

Had dinner here last night. Service was horrible and the food even worse. Ordered chicken and beef fajitas. The chicken was horrible and looked almost mine lunch meat thicker sliced. They did not sizzle at all. Not good and the tortillas were not really heated up as well. Margarita was all ice and I'm pretty sure I was charged the premium price for nothing more than a cup of ice. We went for dinner today and while the food was a little slow coming out, it was by no means unreasonable. Despite that, the manager came by personally to offer us a free dessert and the waitress was incredibly kind and apologetic. We really weren't put out by the delay and enjoyed our food so we declined the dessert, but they still insisted on giving us $10 off our meal. We're all human and all make mistakes, but putting that extra effort in to fix a mistake shows real dedication to service and makes all the difference. read more

Hands down worst experience at a "restaurant" I have ever had. Went at 2PM so not busy by any means. We were lucky to see our server once every 15-20 minutes. The first water we were brought had queso smeared inside the cup. Had to ask twice for a new one. Had to ask 3 times for chips and salsa. We all ordered chicken quesadillas, except one person got just cheese. The cheese quesadilla was rung up as the chicken, we were told that the prices are the same because the kitchen has to remove the chicken and bacon from inside to make it a cheese quesadilla (?) hence why it is the same price. We were charged $9 for a side, and I mean a tiny cup, about the size of a quarter, of brown guacamole. Server had to get the managers approval to remove this from our check. I'm not the type of person to complain about service, I understand that things happen. But terrible service in Cheyenne is becoming quite a theme and management has got to do better. Definitely see a closure in the future with the way management is running this Chili's to the ground. read more

Got a gift card for Chili's for my birthday, ordered curbside because of the lockdown. I was warned never order the hamburgers because they are terrible, I don't eat at cooperate restaurants much, but I figured it couldn't be that bad. Went ahead and ordered two Chili burgers with chili sauce. I should have listened to the warning, ordered it cooked no pink, both my burger and my friends was burnt and dry as hell, got maybe a table spoon of chili sauce and a few scrap of chip toppings. I will never use my own hard earned money to buy a burger from this place, lesson learned read more

This restaurant is really struggling. There's not enough servers or cooks, and it almost seemed like our server was also cooking the food. 2 of our 4 orders were wrong. One order didn't come out until the other 3 of us were finished. The food is good, but the restaurant appears to have very poor management. They need to really push to hire more people. Otherwise, this restaurant will be forced to close. read more

Food is hit or miss. Cheese bites as appetizer tasted great. Chicken fajitas came out with raw onions and green peppers. Server took 7 minutes to take drink order. Was responsive with refills though. Salad my wife had was good. Overall, we only come here a few times a year and sadly we remember why after each visit. Could be so much better. As I typed this table next to us sent burgers back for being cold. read more
