She held the door for her and was intentional about where to seat us. Next our server was Shania. Again, service was great! Shania was welcoming, friendly, professional and attentive. She was in training and her trainer was great too! She was very patient and kind, extremely competent. She ensured we were taken care of as well as Shania. I love to see how well restaurant staff work together because it says a lot about management overall. The food was okay. Nothing I was excited about but not bad. My Mom on the other hand loved her ribs! My daughter devoured my baked potato soup. They have a special lunch and dinner offer. For one flat price you get a starter, entree and beverage. Ended up here to hang out with friends after work and we had such a sweet waitress. Her name was Shy and she made sure to check in on us and always promptly addressed any concerns she notices before we even said anything. She was new but her customer service was stellar! Food was solid and we have no complaints. Always a good meal when we come. Our drinks were also amazing! Only issue was the Flamingo Freeze really tasted like a plain margarita that just looked delicious, did not get any of the Prickly pear flavor. Outside of that we had a fun time! read more

Wanted to watch the last game of the NBA Finals and there was a Chili's near our hotel. Had been wanting to try their fried mozzarella and my friend and I sat down at the bar. It was about 30 minutes until closing and it took a good 10 minutes until someone finally took our order. Ordered a draft Modelo but found out about 5 plus minutes later that they may not have any. I offered to change but about 5 minutes later they brought out a new keg of it. We ordered the Nashville hot fried mozzarella as my friend has had it plenty of times and said it was good. Based on the photo, it looks nothing like what he had or what I have seen on social media. It wasn't really saucy and was just pepper-y instead. So me and two friends go here to get food. None of us had ate all day. I ordered the 3 for me. Sweet tea house salad just bacon burger and the trio appetizer. Waits 30 min for someone to come out and tell us they ran out of bacon and if crumble bacon would be ok we said yes. 10 min later our burgers and fries come out. The waitress comes back to check on us and we're like we didn't receive our salads (appetizer) . I did an order pickup and the pickup was fine. I didn't notice a separate door for pickup orders so if you go through the main entrance, you will be directed to the back left of the restaurant. From the server to the cooks....retraining is needed. The server came by after we were seated and apparently let us know that she will be a moment. Except we couldn't tell as she was quiet as a church mouse. It was indeed a moment until she returned. We were ready with our entire order... Southwest egg rolls, burger, quesadilla and salmon...with a round of sodas and lemonade. The drinks were kept topped off very well. The egg rolls were lacking in filler and not crispy. The burger came out medium well vs the requested medium. The bun/butter also had a synthetic smell to it. The salmon was well received. The quesadillas lettuce resembled seaweed but was otherwise received well. Server was amazing! We never caught her name but she was the sweetest thing ever! However, the general manager (wears a covid mask) not so much. We tried calling the day before and the day of going to chilis as we have a large party. When the host (also very sweet) transferred me to the gm I asked if there was a waitlist to join to make it easier on them (I have worked in a restaurant for +3 years so I know the struggle) the gm very rudely told me there wasn't a wait so the waitlist doesn't exist. Last 3 times we have been to this Chili's location the amount of seasoning on the Nashville hot tenders is basically 0, even ordered in the triple dipper it's the same. service is slow even on non-busy seeming days and workers at the drink machines near the bathroom like to sit there at chit chat for a bit but that was a slight occasion. I dined at this location on Tuesday with a couple of other people. We ordered quite a bit of food the waitress was assisted by a food runner who was trained to be a server, they both were great. They both explained the menu and made us feel very welcomed (great hospitality). We ordered 2 trios, dip, eggs rolls, fries, salsa and some items to go. Honestly, I try to be optimistic in my Yelp reviews. But I see why this Chili's has a 2-star rating. I haven't been to a Chili's in years, mainly because of service and I was reminded of that when I visited this location. I stopped in for a quick beer and fries, while I waited for my Uber after being in the area. Thought it would be a quick order and checkout process seated at the bar...it was literally a beer and side of fries. The bartender was so preoccupied with his friends at the other end of the bar, it took a while JUST to get a menu and even noticed that I was sitting at the bar! SMH Upon finally getting a menu, he walked away (although I said I would like fries and a beer...and I quickly looked at the IPAs to make a choice). I knew it would be bad at that point. He FINALLY came back over to take my order about 5-10 minutes later. SMH If I weren't starving , I would have just left. Poured my beer and my order came out another 10-12 mins later (it's.....fries) and they were warm. Not hot...warm! SMH I was DONE at that point and after literally waving the bartender down to get my check/card run, I left. I'm sorry, but the service was terrible, as was the cold side of fries. The best part about my experience was the beer and leaving. It should not have taken 45-60 mins total for a beer and side of fries...cold fries at that. The food was great, but it was a long wait and slow service. We came in on a Sunday afternoon and they said the wait was about 30 minutes. However, we weren't seated until almost one hour later. We were seated at a table in the bar area since that was the only section that was open because they were short staffed. Then it took longer for the server to even come over so we tried to at least order our drinks at the bar. I had half rack of ribs with Texas toast, street corn, and fries. Times are tough for restaurants trying to fully staff their operations and that may be a factor in the mess we encountered during our visit. The place was pretty disgusting and the closer I looked the worse it appeared. Despite being clearly short handed, our server was very friendly and attentive. The food came out of the kitchen in a very timely manner. The food was fine, but nothing to get excited about. We paid $32, including tip, for two salads, an iced tea, and a water. Given the mediocre food and filthy place, I don't anticipate coming back. There are numerous chains that compete directly with Chili's and I will give others a try next time. read more

It's Chili's. Most people have eaten at a Chili's and know what to expect from the menu. I use to eat the hell out of Chili's back 15 years ago. It use to be my go to place for ribs, fajitas, and of course margaritas. I don't make it to Chili's a lot these days unless it is out of convenience. The one cool thing about Chili's, which I wish more restaurants would adopt, is the tablets at the table. You can order food, reorder drinks, and most important to me, pay at your table without ever giving your card to a waiter/waitress. The food here is okay. You can get better ribs, fajitas, burgers, etc. at other places. Of course Chili's is solid with their food. I think Chili's is one of the better chains to eat at. This Chili's is clean. Service and food was decent. I normally stick with the classic items on their menu (skillet queso, fajitas). They have different margaritas on the menu which is cool. My one issue, though minor, is when I walked in the place it was about at 50% capacity, yet there were three other parties (2-4 people each) waiting for a table. I opted for the bar area (normally first come first served) but the hosted said it was a 10-15 minute wait for a table in the bar area. Note, the bar area tables were probably 25% occupied. I found that rather odd. Perhaps they were short on wait staff. I just grabbed a seat at the bar. read more

Just don't go or order from here. I try to give chances and be understanding of the worker shortage, but this has to be one of the worst restaurants around. The hostess always lies about your wait time saying it will be 15/20 minutes when it ends up being 60+ (which other servers will tell you, just not the hostess). The wait list feature is useless on the app and they randomly turn it on/off. The amount of time you must wait at your table for your server is ridiculous (15+ minutes just to get your first set of beverages). The food quality has plummeted. I used to be able to rely on take out since, well, they didn't have to do anything except cook the food (so there should be no issues right?). However, even that is ruined now. I ordered only their Molten lava cake as a treat for having a bad week, turns out it was the "cherry on top" of by bad week instead. When I got home I noticed the cake itself was incredibly watery and mushy. Keep in mind, this cake had not sat out for longer than any other time I've ordered this dessert. All the other times the cake remained firm and, at most, the icecream was slightly melted from the drive. Not this time. I tried to move the cake to a plate so I could heat it up, it fell apart because it was so water and mushy. It did not have the right color either, it looked like a lighter brown vs the deep, chocolate brown it should. I tried a bite and it tasted... wrong. It did not taste choco lately but almost like a granola type taste? I believe it was expired. The icecream did not even look right, but at least that tasted decent. I did try eating the dessert, but I had to stop after a few bites as it was beginning to hurt my stomach. This was a complete waste of $10. I know it is easy to overlook bad reviews and go places, but please do not go to this restaurant. Go to the red robins down the street (they're great 80% of the time!) or anywhere else. I have never had so many bad experiences with a restaurant. Coming here is a waste of time and money, so please consider going elsewhere. read more

Short-staffed but still amazing! Despite being severely short-staffed, the service and food were probably the best we've had at any establishment during and post-COVID! I recommend taking advantage of the wait list option and bring some patience with you. In return you get a great meal served pretty quickly considering, and service with a great attitude, positive mood, and smile plus great food!
