This Chili's is the closest one to my house, so it's the one that my siblings and I like to go to on occasion. We always order their bottomless chips and salsa as an appetizer while we wait for our food. Most recently, we went on a Wednesday night for a simple dinner. Since we weren't super hungry, two of my siblings and I decided to share one entree and one appetizer combo along with our usual order of bottomless chips and salsa. * Bottomless Tostada Chips & Salsa ($3.09) - This simple appetizer is actually really good at Chili's! The thin tortilla chips are usually served warm and crispy, and the salsa is fresh and delicious! The salsa is definitely on the "thin" side without large chunks of tomatoes and onions, and definitely no cilantro (YAY!) - but my siblings and I really like it. The only downside is that it looks as if the price has gone up because I could have sworn it used to cost $2 or less. * Triple Dipper ($10.69) - You get to choose three appetizers from a total of eight. We decided on the Big Mouth Bites (2 burger sliders), Wings Over Buffalo (4 wings), and the Southwestern Eggrolls (4 pieces). The Southwestern Eggrolls, which come with a side of green, avocado-ranch dipping sauce, are definitely my favorite. They are made up of chicken, black beans, corn, jalapeño Jack cheese, red peppers, and spinach all wrapped up in crispy flour tortillas, and they are nothing like your usual "Asian" eggrolls. I highly recommend them! The sliders and wings are alright - but they're nothing special. * Blackened Chicken & Shrimp Pasta ($11.49) - This was one of their new menu items, and our server highly recommended it, so we took her suggestion. My siblings seemed to enjoy it, but I was disappointed. I prefer creamy, Alfredo sauce pastas, but this one was a marinara pasta. It's basically bowtie pasta with marinara sauce, chicken, shrimp, onions, green onions, and red bell peppers. It was kind of salty so although it wasn't bland, it wasn't "flavorful." I would not order this again. After sharing the chips, appetizers, and pasta, my siblings and I were totally stuffed and satisfied. My sister ordered a sweet Mango Iced Tea, which was really good! I would probably order it the next time I go to a Chili's. Overall, this Chili's gets 3.5 stars - for having slightly better than "A-OK" food and good service. Our server that night, Kimberly, was especially knowledgeable about the menu, attentive, and very friendly, but I didn't like her pasta suggestion. I guess one can only hope that someone giving you suggestions for food has good taste. Our family will continue to return to this Chili's, mainly because of it's convenient location. My food was fine personally but the manager was so incredibly rude and unwilling to cooperate with a simple request to have an additional charge accidentally put on a friend's bill ($1.50) taken off. One small mistake went through 3 different staff members (one interaction each; bound for miscommunication). Truly unfortunate because our waitress was quite nice (new-ish hire but very sweet), while once the manager got involved it just easier to pay the additional charge than continue to argue. On top of this, the manager tried to fabricate stories (Shakespeare of Chili's?) in favor of her argument. Mentioning physical objects which were no where to be seen or given to us? Such as plates. Manager told my friend that she (my friend) had handed a staff member a plate of the incorrect food to be switched and that he fulfilled that request. Plates?? what plates? I had the worst meal in my life tonight at my local Chilis. They were short waitresses and the entire restaurant was covered in dirty dishes. I know; that was our signal to leave and we did not take it. They ran out of Ketchup? No ketchup? Ran out of plates and my daughter had to eat out of a to-go container? My "Medium Rare" hamburger was burned beyond recognition. I asked for another and it was a hockey puck too. Was told all the managers are out with COVID and most of the staff. You never choose Chili's, you kind of just decide to go there when you are out of other options (ugh..let's just go to Chili's im starving). Chili's is like that friend that always hangs around that you don't mind, but also don't want too much of. Its a pretty good Chili's as far as they go. Food is hot and arrives fairly quickly. Employees seem friendly and the place is pretty clean. The wait can be long depending on when you go. It is very loud in there and there always seems to be a screaming child no matter what time of day you go. Good variety on the menu and prices are decent. I have been going to this Chili's since it opened. Just did a pickup order. The containers were dirty with some other food on top of the box. I had to wash it off before I could even open it. (Use to eat at biweekly). Never been treated so rudely by a waiter. Killed her with kindness and gave benefit of doubt and she was still borderline verbally abusive. Food cold. One dish frozen ish. Went here tonite for my granddaughters's 6 th birthday..... Steven was awesome! Got our drinks and food out quickly, and everything was just as we ordered. Gave us a big happy birthday celebration w singing from the servers and a delicious chocolate cake/ brownie. Totally amazing experience and Steven could not have been more helpful or knowledgeable. Margarita tasted like the mix was bad. The chicken bacon ranch quesadilla had nothing in it and was burnt inside. Not the same as it used to be.. also don't like how they removed the glass between the tables, no privacy, and it's like your sitting at a strangers table because there's no barrier. read more

We stopped here for lunch while on a road trip and were met with the friendliest staff under one roof that I have ever encountered! My beer was not cold. Ordered a Mich ultra bottle and she handed me a warm one that was sitting on the counter. Ordered Cajun chicken pasta only to find my undercooked chewy pasta alongside with some very "ungrilled" chicken. Whatever , we got that fixed :) I than had ordered a sweet tea and it was not sweet. So when I had politely asked for another one she took it back and added packs of sugar to it. It was laying on the bottom of the cup. I don't like to complain my mother would whoop my ass if I complain about food , but this is unprofessional and completely unacceptable. Our server's name was Kimberly and she said she had an assistant, Ian but he never came around. Kimberly was helpful and very friendly (I know it's the server's job to be friendly but the last time I visited.. I don't recall any servers being friendly). She gave us some suggestions about the new menu and the new food. She served us our ice water with lemon. For some reason, every time I visit this same Chili's Restaurant.. the water tastes gross and funky. So I ordered a Mango Iced Tea (sweet tea). It was so delicious! Wish they added some bits of fresh mango pieces... We had chips and salsa. As always, the chips are SUPPOSE to be served fresh and hot but this time it was warm and cold. I didn't mind but my brother complained it was cold. I was going to tell our server, but he said it was fine. So we just ate it as is. We also had the triple dipper (you can make our own appetizer.. three of your choice listed on the menu). So we got the Buffalo (bone-in) wings, southwestern egg rolls and the chicken crispers... I think.. yea.. I got the Black Chicken and Shrimp Pasta. It's made with grilled slices of chicken and shrimp and it's heavily seasoned with herbs, spices and LOTS OF SALT!! Oh my goodness!! I felt like I was eating a chunk of salt.. it was so salty.. out of 5 stars, I give it a 3. It would have been flavorful if they put less of everything in it. It was in a tomato sauce and slices of green bell peppers and red onions. The service was AWESOME!!! Yay! The food was 'meh.. it was ok'. There's nothing wrong with this Chili's. In my honest opinion, it's not as great at the Mall of Georgia location, but that's just because I haven't visited this one as often. I've only sat inside this one once, maybe twice. The food has always been good and the service has been too. I don't see why anyone wouldn't stop in here. read more

So I ordered a half rack of ribs and got a third rack of ribs (4 ribs). I told them about it and they said "yeah ours are a little different, a little smaller". There you have it folks, they cut their racks into thirds and charge you for a half rack! Needless to say but I wouldn't go to this location for ribs when buffalo's is right down the street. read more

This Chilis is very close to my house so my family and I dine here from time to time. My mom and I walked in on a Saturday at around 8:30pm and there were several people ahead of us waiting to get seated. However we only waited for about 10-15 minutes since it was just us two. I ordered the triple dipper with boneless wings, southwestern eggroll, and big mouth bites, whereas she got the chicken taco entree (I forget what its called). I eat here on a fairly regular basis and have maybe had a handful of instances where I was disappointed, but the staff is very quick to help fix the situation as soon as possible and for the most part, I've had very good experiences at this location. Even on a busy night, I usually get seated fairly quickly for a party of five and almost right away for a party of two. The food is pretty consistantly good, but if you don't like spicy, you may have a hard time finding something without at least a little kick to it. My daughter absolutely loves the little kiosks on the tables that she can play games on while we are waiting for our food to arrive and it's well worth the 99¢ to keep her occupied! read more

Tonight I took my fiancé out to dinner, he ordered a regular soup and salad. He was unaware of how small the salad actually was. The sever over heard him tell me how small it was. (He was not complaining or upset though) but they graciously brought out another salad for him, on the house and also didn't charge us for our drinks. They were very attentive and exceeded expectations. I'm a regular, and have never been disappointed with the service. I highly recommend them!
