My husband and I came here for a monthly date night. I knew it would have been crowded and a little wait due to it being on a Friday night so we waited closer to 7:30 to go. I put our names down on the list and was told I would receive a text when our table was ready. I was told the wait was for 40-45 mins. During that time I didn't know how their system worked, if I was supposed to get a text to let me know I was on the list or a text that said hey you signed up to be notified when your table would be ready. I never received anything. So after about an hour of waiting I called and was told they paged me several times (whatever that meant) and to come on in because they had a table ready. I came in and asked them what they meant by paged me and they said they notified by text. I informed them I got no text. That was very frustrating. Their hostess should do a better job explaining their wait system especially if they are taking customers numbers for them to be notified. Now onto the service and food: My husband and I ordered their blooming fried shrimp for an appetizer. That was amazing. It was well seasoned, the portion size was great and the temperature of the shrimp were perfect. For our entrees my husband ordered the half pound outback burger which he enjoyed. I ordered the 6 oz Victoria's filet mignon and lobster with a baked potato and Caesar salad. My meal was so delicious. The steak was so good and my lobster was very satisfying. The portion size for my entree was great. I would have appreciated the temperature of my food be a bit hotter though. It seemed maybe my food was a tad bit lukewarm or had been sitting for a few minutes before being served. I like my food to be hot (just like how our appetizer was served). Our server was very polite, pleasant and attentive. Overall I would come back here to enjoy their amazing food. read more

First, someone seated me and told me that "Jae" would be with me shortly. The place only had a few customers so why did it take more than 10 minutes for her to show up? I then ordered a water and a beverage, which took an additional 10 minutes. I was about to leave and go across the street to Longhorn because I've never had an issue with them. As I waited, I decided to use the restroom. Lo and behold, the wait staff were all congregated in the kitchen area.. None were serving their customers! Do they think customers are just there to wait until your wait staff decides to stop hurting customers? The only positive thing is that my steak was cooked cooked correctly, yet too much salt. Longhorn does it right. I employ thousands so I will encourage everyone not to eat here. You do not deserve the dignity of frustrating so many people. read more

Very first time trying. Great first impression. Our server was polite and efficient. Not a long wait time and service was excellent. I ordered from the Bloomin Bundles Deal: Potato Soup (delicious), Steak & Baked Sweet Potato (cooked to perfection) & for dessert (3 Layer Carrot Cake (Amazing) also Caesar Salad, Coconut Shrimp & Baked Sweet Potato and Cheesecake. Everything was great and we will definitely return! The restaurant was clean, we did not see the restrooms tho. All in all a good visit. read more

Horrible service, food took 45 minutes to arrive to table, we were a party of 10, when food finally arrive it only arrived for half our party and some of their plates were cold like they were waiting for a very long time. The other half of our party received the food 15 minutes later which is unacceptable since the other party was almost done with their food. We continue eating until we couldn't and finally asked for a manager. When asking for the manager the server was rude and ask "yes the manager is here why" and we explained that the food took a very long time and we would like to know why that was. The server proceeded to MAN - SPLAIN us why the food took so long, APPARENTLY if you come to this establishment and order an app your food will come 45 minutes later after that app has been delivered,GREAT!!!! Not only we received terrible service but after we complained to the manager our server proceeded to be the most petty and pathetic person ever by making faces and deciding to completely ignore us by never brining the checks, just so mature dude! I am currently sitting in the car in the parking lot and the restaurant is closed and they are still processing our payments because our server is just not functioning like a normal human being. I will start by saying this review is as low as it is because of the service received. The food itself was great. The server we had was completely inattentive. We sat waiting to place orders for anything, multiple times. Drinks, then again for food. Glasses were empty multiple times and we had to wait for refills. If he had done a better job, this would have absolutely been a 5 star review. The location could use a larger space for waiting to be seated, but that's not really affecting my review here. read more

we went on their 3rd day open and had an amazing experience. They had some appetizers and samples of their food items set out in the bar area for guests to try and it really did make the wait seem to go by faster. We were probably given a 30 min wait and we were sat close to that timeframe. It's a smaller restaurant so the fact they were new crowded and fast made the experience really well. My husband had a smoked old fashion which another guest ordered as well and my son enjoyed chatting it up with his daughters. He makes friends everywhere so no surprise there, Our food was delicious. my husband and I split the ribeye and my son had the grilled cheese he didn't like so then he ordered the junior steak which he loved and they didn't charge for the grilled cheese; which was nice because it was kind of bland and a tad over priced but the steak was perfect small size for a kid and he's just learning to try new things and he had one small bite of our steak and realized his grilled cheese was just not going to do. his steak was actual good of course I had to try it. Late lunch yesterday with some friends. Ordered a domestic beer from the menu and was told they were out. Tried another one and "again" was told they were out. After a brief "chuckle" I asked the server what was in stock and I then ordered. Not a good start but they are new. The blooming onion was good and big enough to share. Steak and vegetables were "ok" but nothing special. Service was good and the ambiance was fine. I hope they pick up their game and drive some much needed competition in this space. Went here for Father's Day 2026. The wait was 45 mins long-not bad for Father's Day. Once seated and the waiter finally came and took our drink order, it took 10+ minutes to get our drinks. We were right in front of the bar. We wait an hour and 20 minutes for our food, once our food order was taken. We were the last table left in the restaurant and the manager finally came over and apologized to us, but then said our food order still had two orders ahead of it. All together with 3 young children, it took 3 hours to eat there. My salad was brown. It was past 9 pm by the time we left. No wonder I saw two separate dads pissed off walking in a sprint to their cars while we were waiting. I thought they were just mad at their kids or wives. Silly me. The things the waiter was in charge of-he dropped the ball. No silverware on our table even after the appetizer and bread was served, all five empty drinks for over 10 minutes. They started out good but have started going downhill. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with a house salad. the chicken was dry and tasteless like cardboard. they DUMPED huge pieces of lettuce only in a container for my salad then dropped salad dressing on it. I threw it in the garbage; this is the third time they have totally messed up my order. I will not return. I have called and complained about the last 3 orders and I dont like to do that. They will remake my order which is awesome but uncalled for these many times in a short time span. Had a reservation for 6:30 and got sat at 7:10. What's the point of having a reservation?? Ordered the kids food so it could come before our meals but it all came out at the same time... For starters it is a very small out back. The greeters were probable the best thing going for the place. We were table of 5 stuffed at a round table. Was my father 94th birthday. We had told the waiter a number of time. We ordered blooming onion, he brought the salad and the tray for BO, but it stayed empty. Another person brought our food, was very tough and under season. We order a prime rib ans asked for horse radish, after several attempts finally got it. We had to ask if prim rib came with ajus space and then they brought it. Then my wife had to ask not so bright waiter, that never really checked in on us, if they do anything for birthday and he brings a slice of cake. I would strongly suggest you just go to long horn across the street. This place just opened and already need new managers and staff need to be retrained. read more

This has by far been the worse outback I've ever been too. The service was awful we had to ask multiple times for refills, extra sauces and even had to cancel our appetizers because we already got our food. Then on top of that one lady that came out to bring us sauces was very rude and condescending and roll her eyes multiple times as if it wasn't her job to serve us. Moral of the story don't come here. Wait time was high and while we waited at bar for our drinks -bustling restaurant vibe, Australian ambiance is present -food was 8.3/10. Ribs were tender, burger freshly made, loaded Mac was yummy, the loaded mash came out not loaded and was surprising when it came back and they just added stuff on top of the same serving with an up charge but was still yummy. Ultimately what lead me to 5 stars anyway -Isaiah ended up being our server when we got seated and came by often and got back to us quickly with our weird menu requests when he didn't know -we had a weird issue with our check but manager got back to us and was clear she made it her #1 priority -overall good experience definitely some quirks needed to be worked out but met all expectations (obvious new open quirks of a chain) service and food wise. Worth a visit now if you're willing to be patient for very minor inconvenience. Maybe wait until after the holiday season if you have a short fuse. read more

Walked in, had at least eight or nine tables freed up lots of people employees standing around and telling me that it's gonna take 45 minutes to an hour to seat me with no one in the waiting area people getting up constantly tables being clean no one being seated. This branch of Outback has only been open a little over a month and we have tried it 5 times as it is very close to our house. Every time we have had a problem. One of the times I was there with just my daughter and as someone with food allergies, I was shocked when the young waiter didn't know what gluten was. He was nice but he said he had received absolutely no training about food allergies. This is extremely worrisome so beware if you have food allergies or intolerance. Another time, my whole family was there and we had ordered our steaks medium and they came out rare. Including my 4 year old daughter's steak. The next time it took until the end of the meal for the waiter to bring drinks for my kids and the steak came out so dry it was almost inedible. He also seemed to have no training on how to greet customers. We've picked up food a couple times and there were things missing from our order. Before I wrote a review, we sent an email to the manager to express our concerns and she called back and talked to us and sent a few coupons but we have had issues actually redeeming them. It has become comical how bad the service has been and the food is not much better. They seem to have many managers but no one actually in charge to make this place better. read more
