I was pleasantly surprised bc I haven't eaten at chilis in years. Hubby had the spiked lemonade, I had the watermelon margarita on the rocks. We shared the chips + salsa + the honey chipotle mozzarella sticks. The flavor of the sticks was very good - I don't think they even needed ranch! They were busy. Food was fresh and it didn't take long for me to receive it. I ordered the Merry Marg and it did not. It was very tasty. It was not too heavy on the liquor. And just right on the other mixes. I ordered the triple dipper with the burgers, buffalo wings, and egg rolls. Surprisingly the triple dipper was moist. The wings were also moist and the egg rolls were not too dry. Everything was cooked just right. I was in and out in about 40 minutes, which is a record for any sitdown restaurant, at dinner time. read more

There are places that call themselves burger experts who can't make a burger half as well as Chili's does. I've eaten at locations from Pennsylvania down through Georgia, and one thing that is always consistently great, is their burgers, which isn't even what they're most known for. The burgers are always juicy and well cooked, as well as flavorful. No matter which burger we've tried, they've all been better than most of the "gourmet" burger places. Today, I had the Alex's Santa Fe burger, and my husband had the Old Timer's. Both were outstanding. The price for the quality is also pretty good. This particular location had terrific staff also. The young man who served us had the best smile and such a great attitude. If in this area again, we would definitely come back to this location for both the food and service. read more

Guys, it's Chili's. Let's be honest. Unless you're drunk or you're trying get drunk cheap, don't come here expecting a 5 star fine dining experience. We don't normally eat at chain restaurants, but we got a gift card. The food was fine. Service was ok. I got the triple dipper for my meal. I got the big mouth bites, southwestern egg rolls and Nashville hot chicken crispers. The big mouth bites were cooked really well. Still juicy. The crispers were fine, but I wasn't a fan of the sauce. Not bad, just nothing to write home about. The southwestern eggrolls were good, but I remember them being crispier back when chain restaurants were good. All that said, it wasn't a bad experience, just nothing special. read more

Been to this location many times- usually ok to good. I came today, 8/1, around 4:50. I was seated kinda quickly (they were busy) - my server, Jamie, came and took my drink and app order; about 10 minutes later, Jamie came and took my dinner order; About at least my food came but, oh no, it wasn't mine; About about10ish minutes later my food arrives again- cold! OK - so this had not been even close to a good day for me; I had not eaten in a couple of days and I just wanted somebody else to cook for me, but I ended up taking it home, because by around 7:00, I was so done and not even hungry anymore. I don't know why I sat there while tables of people ate and left, and I was still there; One last thing- - I couldn't find my phone and went back to the restaurant; "no, it's not here; nobody has turned it in" I went to my table and uprooted a family; my phone was under a bunch of trash under the table I will never return to this restaurant, nor will I ever recommend it! read more

It is always crowded so if you don't like crowds you may not like this location. And in my previous reviews, please tip the servers getting your food to go. Only giving 3 stars because the staff is nice. However, I'm not sure what's happening with the quality of food as of late. When I order from Chili's I almost always order the Triple Dipper with Southwest egg rolls. The last two times I ordered, the egg rolls have had a weird taste to them ( how can I describe this) like they were made with a 3D Printer. Not to mention the Original Chicken Crisper have been off the menu for a while now and replaced with some average tasting chicken strips. I've always liked Chili's but the quality of food has drastically declined to Applebee's level. I was amazed how good the food here is. So, I had a very interesting experience. Firstly, my younger sister is 13 years old. She order a root beer float but instead the waiter brought her actual beer . And my sister is 13!! I don't understand why she would give that to a 13 year old but that was a bit funny . We had curbside pick-up from Chili's a few weeks ago, and the staff was hovering ahead of our scheduled time with our order, so the food was more than likely made too far in advance and was therefore pretty cold and limp by the time it traveled home. Biggest success was the 3 for $10 items on their menu - a bargain, and decent portions and selection available. It's pretty much what you expect of Chili's - burger/bar family grub that is good, but not life-changing. Glad that the staff that was spotted had on masks. It was a night of highs and lows for my Galentine and I tonight at Chili's! We had a wonderful server whose name I only wish I could remember. She had the exact right amount of energy, smiling and actually seeming happy to be at work. She upsold like a champ and convinced us both that we needed the Presidente margaritas and that surely we should split a dessert. Go, mystery waitress who was the best part of the night! They lost a star because our food came out kinda backwards. I ordered a medium rare steak and my bestie ordered a medium well hamburger. Somewhere along the way the message was mixed - the burger was pink and the steak, alas, was not. Still, the waitress being so doggine fun and charming saved the night. Had a good time at Chili's! McDonald's, Burger King, Steak and Shake, and dozens upon dozens of others have made this possible, sans the beer. But it appears Chilis in Flowery Branch has gone the way way of Jackrabbit Slims with a touch of Vegas. Burnt to a crisp or bloody as hell, without giving you the option to choose. My first burger (I really wanted a burger, because my wife has been not allowing me to have burgers) was burnt to a crisp. Okay. I don't like sending food back, because 1,I've worked every aspect of food service and B) I've seen "Waiting", but it was so bad, I sent it back anyway. Had an uncomfortable chat with the manager (have you ever seen the movie "Clueless") and was assured my next burger would be good. It was the second of the Jackrabbit Slims options, yet still burnt to a crisp. It takes a special person to do that. I wanted to at least pay for my beer, but I couldn't. They took that option from me as well. So now, I have to go to Target, buy something, get cash back, and come back, just so I can tip my server. When someone says they insist on paying for their food, let them, for the love of everything holy! Oh and the customer service number: 800.983.4637... The BBQ sauce obviously had been sitting for a while as the top of the sauce was hard / a different texture than that sauce below. The Chicken tenders were the only part of the meal I could finish. The food I received was cold. I ordered the crispy chicken tacos with macaroni and cheese along with French fries as substitutes. The only thing that was hot was the mac and cheese. :( The food wasn't cold as if it was uncooked, but it wasn't hot like you'd expect it to be. It was barely warm. I'm not a picky person, but I sure did notice there was something off about the food. The fries ... hmmm ... they were stale and cold (ish) as if they'd been left sitting out for too long. Fries are only good when they're hot; these were definitely not made to order. The service itself was fine, but the food was not. I believe the manager was walking the floor greeting customers, and he did make a stop at our table so that was nice. I was with an old friend so I didn't let the food experience bother me too too much. This place seemed to be popular enough with most of the tables being filled. The 2 for 25 was replaced with something similar but with a small bowl salad as an option and no dessert. The salad was one of the main things I enjoyed when I went there. This bowl they have now does not show case their salad at all, and you don't get as much of the cucumbers, cheese, and tomatoes as you did when it was on the plate. I like to see what I'm eating. Everything is crowded in that tiny little bowl. Salad is not that expensive. I suggest bringing back the salad plate. Until then, I won't be back as often. read more

We didn't even get chips with it. We had to ask another random employee for those as well. All the while watching our waitress help her larger table. People don't eat here.
