Our waitress was efficient and friendly so good service there. We odered The Boss burger which was delicious the sausage in the buger had a great pop to it just enough spice. We also got the Quesadilla explosion salad not very good the quesadilla was hard and not tasty the chicken in the salad was horrible it was really tough and chewy like it was microwaved too long. I did ask for a side of ranch for the fries and it was delicious. We got an appetizer the southwestern egg rolls not my favorite but my husband did like them. This is the dirtiest Chili's I've ever been to. Tables and floor were filthy with trash. Un-bussed tables and they were sticky and hadn't been wiped down. Service in the bar area was atrocious. This was at 6 on a Monday. Drinks were delivered without straws and we asked 3 times before we received them. Same with napkins. Portions and food quality was sub par as well. This place is consistently slow. I've been here during game time, I've been here on nights when cheerleaders help, I've been there on EMPTY Tuesday nights. ALWAYS SO SLOW. Not only is the service slow it is also unreliable. -Once, at the bar I asked for a drink, the bartender did not card me... NOR DID SHE BRING ME A DRINK! I asked her again and she cards me this time, but still does not bring a drink. Finally third time is the charm I get a freaking beer. -A different time we ordered food to go, and I should have checked my food but I didn't they forgot to send ALL of the side dressings and condiments home. When I got home and called a manager she took my info and my address promising to send a gift card to cover the cost of free food next time. I've never received this gift card and it has been months. -Still a different time I ordered a skillet brownie to come to the table first with drinks. They did not bring a dessert with drinks, they just told me they didn't have the brownie. They could have comped me a cookie or at least came out right away and let us know so we could order a different dessert. -this most recent time there I ordered a Quesadilla explosion salad, it came out and one of teh 4 pieces of quesadilla fell off the plate and the waitress apologized and said she would bring me another one "I was like, ok don't worry about it" as in "Ok, I'll wait for the other one. don't worry that it fell." apparently she took that to mean I don't want all the food I paid for. I went there tonight with my family and best friend, needless to say I will NOT be returning. First off I ordered the jalapeno cheeseburger and fries... 4 tiny slices of jalapeno and 15 small last of the basket fries. On 3-1-20, I was just at this restaurant about approximately 610 PM and was not served. Our waiter got us our drinks, but never returned. He seemed to be too involved with one table. He walked by us several times, but only tended to that same table which was good for them, but not us. We waited for a total of 20 minutes only to get our drinks which was actually brought out by another waitress. My wife asked to see if we could get another server, but still no one came. We left without ever placing an order. When I stood up to leave, I noticed that some tables were empty with exception of the bar area. Maybe you need to hire more people or supervise your staff. Me and my family came to eat here tonight for dinner. When we walked in it was very packed, very clean ,and the lady that greeted us was very friendly. The lady said it would be a 5 min wait to get a table cleaned up and once it was ready ,she walked us to our table . Then our waitress came and she was very friendly and had great customer service and she was very pretty. I ordered a blackberry iced tea and a garden salad with ranch dressing and a grilled chicken sandwich and a cup of loaded potato soup it was all great ,but I shared my soup with my youngest son cause he wanted to try it .My youngest son got a pepperoni pizza and a garden salad with ranch dressing and a Pineapple juice and my son was very happy with his food . My oldest son ordered a turkey bacon club sandwich with a loaded potato soup on the side and cheese bites for a appetizer and a mango iced tea and he said all his food was very good. My husband ordered a bacon avocado grilled chicken sandwich with fries and a blackberry iced tea . Our food came out fast . Our waitress was awesome. We will be coming back here again. Yesterday we had probably the WORST service at the Beaumont Chilis that we have ever had. After ordering her margarita and ten minutes had elapsed we had to ask the server for it. The chicken salad with avocado had no avacado in it! The server, if you can call her that, never checked back after delivering the meal so we could not tell her about it. We had to ask three times for to go containers! The check tried to charge us for an item that in fact was free item. All in all it was a horrid experience. Their is no management and little supervision at this chilis. The company should remove the franchise if this owner cant even maintain the minimum level of service. Although we are pretty regular customers I doubt we will be returning anytime soon. Food isn't bad, for the usual Chili's. Came with large group and great waitress. Came with a friend and service was just as good. Crowd pleaser : bottomless chips and salsa.. Not good on the hips, but chips are light. Artichoke dip is more up my road OR An appetizer sampler is A fave! Most all selections are standard good comfort food, but salads are always a favorite. I only eat at the bar, but the service is always great there. Bartenders are friendly. The new enchilada plates are pretty good. I signed up for the email club and get a free dessert about once a week, not bad. Happy Hour has great deals. Sometimes I have to return the marinara sauce that comes with my fried cheese because its cold, thats my only gripe. I frequently go to this chili's as I live in Banning and it's super close and convenient. The service is always great and the staff is attentive and kind. That being said, I have been unimpressed with the quality of one of their food items on two separate occasions. A couple of months ago I came into this chili's and ordered the 6oz sirloin which is what I usually get and it is usually very good and a great price since it is in their 2 for $22 menu. On this instance I had ordered my steak medium rare and it came out raw, but no big deal I let the waitress know and she quickly took it to the kitchen offering to have them cook it a little more. When she brought it back out it looked to be the correct temperature and I thanked her. When I actually took a bite of the steak it was a very chewy and had a strange texture. I didn't send the steak back and didn't mention it to the waitress as I thought it was a one time occurrence. I ate the broccoli that came with the steak and left after paying the bill. Tonight I went back to and decided to order the sirloin to give it another try. Unfortunately the same thing happened, it came out almost raw and had the same bad texture as the last time. This time I sent the steak back and the waitress kindly asked the manager to take it off of the bill. I am thankful they took it off the bill, but I do think they deserve 3 stars because of the quality of the meat. read more

THAT WAS THEN ... After three bad experiences in a row, we gave up on this place. The service was awful and the food was only ok and certainly not worth the price. The mangement team offered excuses for the poor perfomance but did not take it seriously. THIS IS NOW ... Chili's is under new management and they actually seem to care. We ate there for the first time in 6 months and I have to tell you that the change is obvious. The hostess was friendly and personable (sorry, didn't catch her name). Brittney (our server) is AWESOME! She was right on time with every part of our meal - from the drinks to the food to the bill; everything was handled perfectly and she has a terrific personality. Thank you Brittney - your service and attention to detail made the experience for us! The food is still just better than OK and a little salty (as noted in another review) but certainly edible and worth taking the leftovers home. We took the opportunity to talk to the duty manager, Bryan, and let him know that we noticed the effort and changes the new management team has put into turning the place around. Brittney is a star performer and needs to be in the foreground of the service team and not hidden in the back corner. On second thought, keep her in the back corner - we'll know exactly where to sit when we go back. read more

Chili's, you have really taken a turn for the worse. My husband and I went here several times when we were absolutely tired and didn't feel like making anything - not even heating up frozen vegetables or opening a bag of pretzles. The restaurant is fairly close to our house and convenient. For a while it was decent because they offered things that tasted good and that psudo-vegetarians could eat (I'm one, he's not). Their black bean burger was tasty, not very expensive and with a good beer, made a pretty acceptable dinner with zero effort. My husband liked getting a couple of the different chicken tacos they used to have. The key word here being "used" to have. Whatever the reason, Chili's has completely redone their menu and now does not offer many of the passable items they once did. The last time we went (and it was the last), I had fish tacos that came in a letter-type holder that you'd see on someone's desk. There were 3 of them and were about the length of my pinky finger. Uh, I don't think I'm a big person, but I was still hungry after that. The black bean burger, the chicken tacos and many other items are now not on the Chili's menu. Worst chili experience ever. Myself, my husband and my 3 small children (5 and under) came to this location today. We ordered chips and salsa and drinks upon arrival and got that in a reasonable amount of time. We were quite hungry so we asked for another basket of chips. That took another 40 minutes to get. When we received those chips I asked how much longer for our food as it had been at least 45 minutes since we had ordered our food.
