It's your average chain place but OUR Chili's does have super nice employees. I usually get dinner to go and the Carryout staff is efficient and considerate- they remember my order (I really don't order out THAT much!) and always get it right. Pretty much your basic run of the mill, chain style restaurant. Depends what day of the week you come as to what kind of service you get. Nothing special here, just a plain old generic Chili's. I always get the same thing (honey chipotle chicken crispers), so kinda hard to mess that up. read more

This restaurant does what it can with the staffing shortage that hit due to covid. The staff members are pushed to do their very best and some guest should take that into consideration when they treat the employees so awful! read more

We just left here. There was barely anyone here. Our waitress was very inattentive, we had to wait for our 2 meals for over 40 minutes. She did not once stop at our table to let us know anything about our food, to check on drinks, ect not once. We watched a table of 3 wait on their check and to go boxes for over 15-20 minutes as well by the same waitress. My burger was so dry I couldn't finish it, and cold and my wife's was cold as well she had the chicken, bacon ranch quesadilla. Just a over all terrible experience and will not be back. read more

Yowza. Just had the Cajun Chicken Alfredo as takeout, and good lord, that was salty. They definitely went overboard on the cajun seasoning as I can actually feel the moisture being drained from my tongue, like I just kissed a Sodomite. Thankfully, it was split with a co-worker and I didn't have to eat the whole thing or I may have dried up like a Slim Jim. More often than not, the food from this location is OK, but like many chain restaurants, they think over-seasoned takes the place of flavor. I was nervous when I read the other reviews cause we had already sat down and ordered tea. Maybe the chef read the reviews and adjusted his recipes. Nothing we had was too salty. We had the lunch special California flat bread and big mouth sliders with fries. Great portions for a light lunch and served with a small salad. Entrées were served hot and crispy. Service was excellent. The only complaints I have are the tea was $2.50 (expensive) and the wood edge off the table seemed sticky. read more

We came in late and we left later than we should have. The girl at the bar was nice enough to let us stay to watch a double OT hockey game. Actually, she was nice enough to let us watch the first OT. Then we felt so bad that we left. Got some food and drinks here as well. That's what one does at the bar at a Chili's. Or at least, that's what one should do. Otherwise you are weird. Or you work there. That's an option as well. Decent bathrooms. Not sure why that would matter but maybe it will impact your life in some meaningful way, like there's a freak snowstorm in the middle of the summer and you're in the bathroom while the roof all around the bathroom collapses and traps everybody. You have a roof over your head but the door is jammed shut by the other parts of the roof that fell in. And the snow. In that situation, it will be good to know that the bathroom is at least not a terrible place to get stranded and potentially spend your final moments in before you slip into a hunger-induced coma and ironically die of starvation while mere feet away from a fully stocked kitchen. This is all assuming that I'm remembering the bathroom correctly. We went to a lot of places on this trip. I might be thinking of somewhere else. They didn't have any corn tortillas for my fajitas that night. That was a bummer. read more

If I could give this a zero star I would. 1) Our server didn't know the menu at all 2) Our quest dip wasn't even warm. Room temperature at best 3) the chips weren't even cooked thoroughly, you were able to bend them in half without breaking 4) we weren't given napkins or straws about five minutes after getting our drinks 5) after asking about some different queso the server seriously said "oh wow yeah that isn't good" and walked away not helping at all 6) no dressing was brought for our salads even though we asked for them before hand 0/10 would not recommend. Not good. When we first got there, the restaurant was half empty and took a while for us to be seated. When seated and our drinks were brought to our table (10 mins after we ordered them) my cup was dirty and had salsa on the sides and crumbs in my drink. We still got charged for that drink though. I ordered an Alfredo pasta and it wasn't as good as I remembered. The noodles were way over cooked and drowns in Alfredo sauce with chicken and tomatoes just thrown on top. Steak fajites were a pile of goo. They did not sizzle on the non hot plate . Had to ask for napkins. Tried to put 2adults and 1 baby on a table for 2. Had no sides with fajites and still charged us $1 for a cup of soup sub. read more

They were way understaffed so it took forever to get food and our waitress was complaining about working long hours which is pretty unprofessional but at least she was nice. The food was okay, pretty typical for this type of place. My food was barely warm so maybe my food was ready before everyone else's at my table. Hopefully they get things better organized. read more

We came in from out of town and the power was out, so we weren't able to eat downtown. We went to Chili's and sat at the bar because it was quite busy. after reading a few reviews I was hesitant to enter this establishment in the heart of bourbon country kentuckiana. thoughts of sodomites ran through my head. biblical statues meant to disturb my dining experience. but after the reassurance of Hollywood Hackett I pressed on. (that and the thirty dollars worth of chilis gift cards burning a hole in his pocket) upon entering the establishment I felt juvenile vibe although it was already 10:30 on a Friday night. loud babies crying toddlers running amok. my party was swiftly seated with a strange digital contraption on the table. a table side tablet for looking at the menu and apparently ordering food, calling the server(which we found out only omits a blinking light in which the server must seek out not directly call the server to our specific table), play games and sign up for notifications via email list. this would be my main way to view the menu since the physical one I was given had some sort of sweet strawberry syrup sticking all the pages together. I only presume it to be strawberry from the colour and consistency as I did not taste test the crud. I ordered a Sam Adams Oktoberfest tall and it was brought to the table promptly. when that was brought our party ordered three or four appetizers including the table side guacamole. while waiting for the apps to be brought out I decided to check out the game selection which were mostly aimed at younger children. the games cost money which I thought was a bit much. 1.99 per game where even on the app stores they do not cost that much. possibly if they had some free levels of each game and if you wanted to continue pay the charge they would be more effective. soon the apps arrived as well as the preparation of the table side guacamole. the server noted and asked if we wanted each ingredient she added as she went along to ensure our satisfaction. was missing some garlic and a little more salt and lime when tasted. maybe they should have thrown Lot's wife in to make the guacamole come more alive. the other apps were sub par, chips were too flimsy to hold any good amount of guacamole. the saving grace of the meal was a perfectly prepared medium rare ribeye steak. as the meal wrapped up we tried to use the gift cards then check out at the table side tablet but it posed a problem that the server had to correct then we were able to continue on with the process which I found useful and the tip slider device made tipping easy to master although if you were to tip more that 100% that action would be impossible. something for the business to look at in the future. I end up giving this establishment a three because I wouldn't willingly say I would like to return, yet if there were no other options available. I would gladly enjoy that steak once again if it were prepared similarly. read more

Chili's recently overhauled their menu and much for the better. For our visit service was good and the food was above average. That had not been the case for Chili's recently. Chain restaurants are the best and worst thing to happen to the experience of 'eating out'. When an independent restaurant gets it right it's a beautiful thing but that is rarely the case for any extended period of time. Went at on off time. Asked to be seated at a booth. It took 10 minutes and 3 people to clean off the table they wanted to sit us at. Food was mediocre at best. We had a new server who did ok. Other servers were huddled up in groups of three talking instead of taking care of their customers. 1 appetizer, 2 entrees and 2 soft drinks was $62. Not worth $10! read more

Food is always cold or incorrectly cooked. Restaurant is often dirty and floor always has a few spots of water from something leaking. I dont come to Chilis very often, but I got a coupon so I thought I'd try it again. The food was not great ( cold ) and overpriced for what it was. The ziosk was dead when we tried to leave ( the waitress told us they want them to use the ziosk machine ) so they came out and replaced the battery. After that it was put of paper so we had to wait again to flag someone down. It finally came up, scanned our coupon for a free appetizer and it only removed part of the appetizer cost. When we asked the waitress she said she would have to get a manager and it would take a bit longer. We ended up just paying the difference because we were tired of sitting there. We have the same disappointing conversation everytime we leave this Chilis. For some reason we keep going back every 6 months or so... regret it every time. One day we will learn! read more

Two words: Never again. The first time my wife and I went, our server was just horrible. we had to just short of wave our arms in the air and shout to get her to come to our table for anything. More than one we got the "just a sec" finger. When we finally did get a chance to order a second beverage (when she brought our food), we were just about finished with our meal by the time our drinks were served to us. As far as the food? I had to send my burger back three times because it was constantly wrong. We decided to give Chili's another chance, and this time we spoke to the manager first, who seated us personally.
