For starters, the olive oil and vinegar glass is cloudy and seems as if it has never been cleaned; EVER! Disgusting. Disgusting.

Terrible staff. Here on a Saturday night and the waiting area is overflowing. I counted 8 tables open that need to be cleaned. Family next to us have been here an hour and upon asking were told they were accidental skipped. Not the first time we have had this problem and we will not be back. read more

Worst service ever!! Every now and then I would go to a restaurant chain for lunch with co-workers or a quick bite with family/friends. But this particular location I will never frequent again. We have attempted only once to eat there, but that was enough!! Although, we were seated quickly, we were not served for 15 minutes. The restaurant was not packed and there we plenty of tables empty. Yet, we weren't even given water or did we get asked for our drink order. Although, there seemed to be plenty of servers standing around chatting away with each other. Disgusted, we left and the host who seated us asked if everything was ok as we left. I replied we never received service. She looked surprised and sorry, but we decided too little too late for this location! read more

Filthy and horrid experience. If there were a zero, I would give this place a zero. I had lunch with two teenagers today, and it was the nightmare from hell. We put in our order, and then I went to the ladies' restroom. One sink was full of dead bugs, the other one was also filthy, and the mirror hadn't been cleaned for a month from the looks of it. The floor was nasty. I found the manager and asked him to clean the restroom, and he ignored me and shrugged his shoulders. He also looked dirty and disheveled. He was holding the kitchen door open, and I looked down to see a nasty kitchen floor full of dirt. I have never seen such filth outside of a third-world country. I called Chili's customer service number, and it says to file a report on the website. So I attempted that, and it says "unable to send". Clearly Brinker doesn't care anymore. All of the tables and floor were sticky, and there were almost no patrons inside. Certainly the bathroom and the kitchen did not get this horrid from the tiny number of people who were there. I called the board of health to ask them to get over there ASAP to inspect the place. Hopefully they will get it cleaned up. What a shock! Don't go to the Chili's in Kennesaw until they get it sanitised. read more

this place is in need of a serious management overhaul. I no longer blame the wait staff for the level of service I receive. Last couple of times waiter came to our table immediately after being seated, no waiting - ever - as its never crowded, but drinks then take 10 to 15 minutes for some water and cokes. meals - everything comes within minutes salad, appetizer and food - unable to enjoy one thing at a time. this time the waitress spilled dressing all over my shirt and pants and not even an apology much less a discount on the bill. this was my last visit here, I am never going back to Chili's in Acworth. told the manager about the dressing and got a 40% break. it wouldn't of mattered if he gave me a 100% discount, I'm never going back. read more

Disappointed. Our first impression upon arrival wasn't promising. It took a gathering of at least 3 groups before anyone was acknowledged. We were seated promptly after that and after promising to "take great care" of us, our server was pretty much non-existent. The service was decent...the food was ok. Both of us got salads and the Santa Fe salad had a chipotle dressing that was extremely spicy hot that made it difficult to eat...even for someone that like spicy food...had to get ranch dressing to help make it a bit better. The Chicken Caesar Salad was ok...somewhat bland....but the conversation and time spent with a friend made the evening great. read more

Went here with the family and it was not to busy. The air conditioning was cranked up so it was pretty cold and uncomfortable. The food was just ok. Not with the $30 for the meals. Service was slow and since we were seated in the bar area the several waiters we had were confused on who was doing what. This is the second c time we have been her in the last three months and had a similar experience last time. Mainly slow serviceand or food quality and protection. This was the worst experience in my life. I work as a hotel director for Hilton and I find myself to be one of the most agreeable people in the world. Not only was the manager a pompous prick but his staff was also in disbelief at the managers attitude and how he handled the situation . I didn't even end up eating here. I am 22 and I went after my college course class was over with a bunch of friends for drinks and appetizers. I ordered a margarita because chilis makes a pretty dang good margarita... and i was refused service because my ID said under 21. My id doesn't expire for another year and I was told that I could not get a drink because of it saying under 21 that this was the managers rule. I asked to speak to the manager naturally. On a side note there were 2 cops in the parking lot. The manager came to me and said sorry to me that he would be unable to serve me a drink. Behind his head there was a sign saying you must be born on or before this date to drink. I pointed it out and he said we are required to have this posted, so I tried reasoning with them. I asked what if a person had a birthday bash and was turning 21? People do not go out and get a new id on their birthdays. He said he would still refuse them. At this point other people in the restaurant are listening to this guy and asking him why? He couldn't answer anyone, 4 people got up and left and went to O'Charleys. My group also got up and left and went to O'Charleys. We just drank and ate there. I refuse to ever eat there. The cops walked in during our argument and even said he could serve me but he didn't. Needless to say I will not be back and do not recommend coming here. read more

Saturday night wait, not bad at 15-20 min. for a party of 4. Hostess was pleasant. Waitress started out very nice and hospitable. Received our drink order in good time and placed our dinner order. This is where the service begins to decline, the wait time for our meal was fair but our food arrived and we did NOT have silverware or napkins. What a cruel joke to give someone their meal without something to eat it with. We had to ASK for our silverware. Staring at our food waiting for the appropriate utensils I noticed my order was incorrect. Our waitress returns and brings us a stack of napkins, 4 forks, and 2 knives...each of our meals needed knives to cut our food into smaller bite size portions. I was offered a plastic knife but in my opinion I am eating in the restaurant and would like silverware not to-go plastic utensils. It also seemed inconvenient for them to correct my order. We will not be returning to Chili's as there are so many other choices to spend your hard earned dollars. Regretting this restaurant choice. read more

I took my two teenage grandchildren to a late lunch. We were seated at 3:45 pm. Lunch combos are served Monday thru Friday from 1-4. My granddaughter wanted the ranch bacon quesadillas from the lunch combo which was $7. My grandson and I ordered from regular menu. The waitress said it was too late to order from lunch combo and asked the supervisor if she could. By this time our drinks were served, and it was 4:00 pm. The supervisor said no, it was too late and she would have to order from regular menu. To avoid a scene in front of my grands, I said nothing. For the difference of $3 or so, this location lost a regular customer. Lousy customer service, not on the part of the waitress but on the adult in the position of supervisor. I will give this restaurant a low review anytime I get the chance. Poor decision, unseen supervisor. read more

The inside of the place looks nice. That's where the good stops. The food was average at best. The waiters have the fake smile's down pat. They said they ran out of sugar for the sweet tea and yet they still served it without telling us. Good thing I had a gift card. overall not very inpressed. read more

HORRIBLE TOGO Food and Service today 4/25/15 The past two times we've ordered togo food have been trouble! I said never again that night but today 1pm, I call to order curbside togo. The girl said "yes we will bring out"..Hmm really? So I asked again, are you sure because if not I'll need to go elsewhere today. Yes we do!! OK great so I'll order. I get there and wait over 12 mins in my car and no one came out... I finally call Chili's, the lady VIcki answers to tell me no curbside during day hours. I explained my previous conversation of me confirming THREE times with the girl about togo/curbside. She said 'miscommunication". I was about 3 seconds from leaving. The lady Vicki brings out the food but seems extremely frightened by a harmless little 10 pound Poodle curious as to whats going on... I should have left, very mad at myself for having the gift of patience and understanding, because it's not working for me.. Oh of course, they leave out this and that so I went in to get what they failed to add to my order. I am getting calls from home to see if I am OK, because this togo quick order is now taken over 45 mins and I am not even home.. And they still charge me for their ignorance and "miscommunication" as she stated.. Acworth Chili's you could careless about your customers. We will never be back! This trip to chili's was the worst I have ever had. Had to get my own straw for my water, found my own utensils to eat with. I ordered the bottomless soup and salad witch the server never came back to see if I wanted any more. Never filled my drinks. Just horrible Chili's you're better than that. read more

LOVE, LOVE the Acworth Chili's. We go to this location a lot and we always find upon entering the front doors a smiling host & awesome wait staff. I actually started on yelp to talk about this place. I've been here so many times (to my dismay and my family's gift cards for presents) and it has never done well for me. Service has been mediocre at best and the food always seem to come out like it was left under a heat lamp too long...assuming the heat lamp was broken. Had a 14 month old to occupy for over an hour because "kitchen was slow." Food was a 3, parking a 1. Though we picked up fries and chicken the 14 month old dropped off edge of table, Waiters stepped and host stepped over, not even attempting to get it out of center of isle. Waiter looked at me and said "the skillet is hot" and set it in front of the 14 month old. The eating episode put us 30 minutes behind schedule, which meant a 30 minute ride with a crying 14th month old because it was past his bedtime. When your that late with a meal...5-10% off the bill goes much further than a quick "sorry for the wait" and run to the next table. Who knows if it was sincere. read more

My husband ordered Chils take-out, something he and I will never do again, nor will we dine inside. The restaurant is within one mile from our house, yet the food was not hot; at best, it was on the low side of lukewarm. That's a problem that could be fixed at home (even though we shouldn't have to), but what was unacceptable is that the meal was extremely salty. We were so disappointed to have spent $34 on inedible meals. I did the survey and included my contact info and requested to be contacted. Chilis did not reply by email or phone, so customer service is undoubtedly unimportant to them. We won't ever choose them again. Just as close to us is O'Charleys and Longhorns - they are so much better. read more

Chili's is a lively place with great food. I love the appetizers with dips and the loaded potato soup.

I don't think this chili's understands customer service, timely prepared food, and charging the correct items. We always give restaurants multiple chances because of certain circumstances that may arise on different days. But this one hasn't quiet gotten it and I'm tired of wasting time and money with this one. If you come here to eat run through a drive through before coming here. You will thank me later, if like wasting time, over charging you, and getting your own refills then this is the place for you. read more

My friends and I were on vacation when we conveniently came across this Chili's as we were lost. We waltzed in and were greeted by what had to be the happiest girl in the world with fabulous blue hair. She had to be faking it because I don't think it's possible to actually be that happy, but she put us all in a really good mood with her half-hearted jokes as she led us to our seats. After a minute or two the waiter walked up with a purpose, smiled politely and greeted us, mentioning his name was Bryce and mentioned the 3 for me deal. He even offered a couple of suggestions when SOMEONE (the girlfriend) had trouble deciding. Luckily he was patient, quick to take down our orders and kept our glasses filled throughout the night. The building seems a little run down, and the bathrooms smelled like KAKA, but the attitudes of the staff and the molten lava cake made the experience memorable and worthwhile. read more

I definitely will not be coming back to this particular location. My 6 year old son and I came here for a late lunch and we were sat right away but then we sat there for 15 minutes before anybody came over to us to take a drink order. During the 15 minutes there were two tables sat and a waiter came over to them immediately and they had their drinks before we even got to order ours. Finally a waiter came to us and we ordered our food, which we didn't have to wait very long for that but luckily for us the manager was the one that brought our food, so I let him know what had been going on and he said that he would get us taken care of. After looking over our food my sons came out fine and he was pleased. I ordered the 3 for me meal which was a salad, double cheese burger, and a dessert. I explained to the waiter when he was taking my order no mustard, no tomato, and no pickle. Only onion and cheese. But of course when it was brought I had mustard and lettuce on my burger and no onion. While we were eating our waiter never came over to the table to ask us how we were doing or to refill our drinks. The manager never checked on us again either. Our bill was brought to us with no type of discount, future coupons or anything. I am very disappointed that I chose this restaurant so much to the point that I am still here waiting on my change to be brought back and I'm writing this review. If no stars were an option I definitely would have chose that option! read more
