Hello customers, My family is a frequent customer at Chili Verde. When we first learned of this restaurant we were so delighted with the quality, amount, price, and taste of the seasoned ground beef and other menu items. That was perhaps two or three years ago if not less. Now this location has changed the quality of the ground beef, the beans are bland, the rice is sometimes clumpy, & the chips are often stale. The amount of food has dwindled while the prices go up every few months. I know a business with this much business is suppose to bite some of the increases and not pass them off to the customer so often. Where is the customer appreciation? (Israel the owner, owns more than this location.) I also noticed this location has more Spanish women workers & they lack compassion & professionalism for the average customer which is African American/black. These women stay conversing in Spanish. They don't know who knows & understands Spanish. This is not okay. I want all people to think about their experience when they go there & speak up. Thank you! read more

Very satisfied! I decided to stop by CV for lunch because I needed something quick. When I walked in I thought, oh boy, wrong choice because I'm trying to eat healthier. Come here about once or twice every two weeks and always get a dozen tacos for my family and I. Usually they are great ! But today every taco I have picked was nearly empty just had a tiny bit of chicken in the middle of the shell edges were nearly empty and as you can tell a pinch of lettuce don't see much of any cheese and no tomatoes. I don't know if they have new cook and workers for Super Bowl or what... First I got home to find out my order was wrong. I was missing 2 chicken enchiladas plate and a side of guacamole. And then I was charged for an extra plate I didn't order. When I called they said come back to get my food and they will refund me for the extra quesadilla I was charged. My mom gets there and they tell her, oh we can't refund you, but you can order something else. WHAT THE?!? They lucky it was my mom and not me. And she paid cash, so it wasn't that hard to do. Carne Asada taco plate - rubbery and too much pepper. And I think they re-plated my plate because there were signs of chicken in it. I didn't order chicken, I ordered carne asada taco plate. Cheese quesadilla was horrible. Looks like they popped it in the microwave. Enchiladas taste like they use ravioli sauce. Guacamole was the only think enjoyable. Having moved to the area not too long ago I wasn't very familiar with all the nearby fast-food options excluding the major chains but I remembered a few choices in the vicinity of the 24-hour Fitness there. The first couple fast food runs, therefore, were made to the Chile Verde right there. Chile Verde is a small restaurant, the closest to the 24-hour, and offers a fairly sizable list of menu options. The facility is clean, the service fairly quick, and the prices reasonable. The salsa bar offers a few different choices, though nothing particularly unique or recommendation worthy it was still good salsa. The food itself was good, though again nothing remarkable. The portions are not skimpy and my wife and I were easily able to split a dinner salad and burrito plate. While, again, the place held no surprises for me, pleasant or otherwise, I can see going there again for a burrito fix. read more

Fast food Mexican, slightly better than Taco Bell, but worth the extra cost. The enchiladas and chili rilenos are pretty greasy, but hit the spot when you need some greasy Mexican. The to-go boxes are filled generously, so don't worry about not getting filled up. What you do have to worry about is the to-go boxes being so full they fall apart in your bag, so you open the bag to find a sloppy mess of beans and rice. There is no clean way to eat Chile Verde take out, your to-go box will explode, just accept it. Chips and salsa bar are tasty. Don't forget to load up on 5 or 6 tiny to-go cups of salsa on your way out the door. read more

I am giving this location a 1 star because the customer service was horrible, I called to place a catering order to be delivered for the next day, which I have done many times over the past 3 years. I spoke with Raul, and I was told they need a week in advance, he was awfully rude and harsh during our conversation. When I asked to speak to the manager, it only got worse, I was told the manager was not there and he didn't know when he would be in tomorrow. I called the next day to speak with a manger and was told the manager is the owner and he doesn't come in. Really!!! Amazing how horrible employees can cause a company to loose customers.
