Here, I wished they banned that damn front room where everyone seems to congregate at and get people on the floor engaging and making sales without pretension. If this was my business, everyone that walked into that store was a potential buyer adding to the bottom line even if it was a set of guitar picks! Sometimes you want to go to a brick and mortar store, bypassing all the online stuff and want to engage, learn and walk away that day with what you wanted. That is very important! The employees there also all seem disinterested in helping out/answering questions. The strings sat so high it was almost unplayable. They had to double shim the neck and now the guitar is so easy to play.
