Today we showed up and there was no lesson - the answer? 'Oh, I'm sorry, we're very backed up, you're one of the new people aren't you'. 'Oh, I see you here in the folder that I haven't got to you yet (4 weeks later) and we've given your slot away to someone else'. This is on top of the enquiry I made about cello lessons for my son. That enquiry took 3 weeks to respond to. They left me a voicemail, I got back immediately and left them a voicemail then....nothing, another 2 weeks to get a response from that call. After a couple of mumbled apologies today, I left furious having taken time out of my day to get my daughter there on time for something that was confirmed one month ago. This business doesn't deserve any success, if you can even call it a business.
