That enquiry took 3 weeks to respond to. They left me a voicemail, I got back immediately and left them a voicemail then....nothing, another 2 weeks to get a response from that call. After a couple of mumbled apologies today, I left furious having taken time out of my day to get my daughter there on time for something that was confirmed one month ago.
