This may be the first and only place that serves Ritz-style crackers to go along with their legendary cheese. The usual approach is super thin and huge, making the bun look tiny. The meat was well-seasoned and very flavorful, and the crust was extra-crispy and crunchy. The Honey-Lime sauce (one of three sauces brought to each table along with Ranch and Tyler's Sauce) is delicious and worked great with the pork.
