There are two wheels and she guided my friend and I amidst great conversation. The space is small and cozy but enough to be distanced while working (we all wore masks). She chooses the glaze on her own and I loved my items when I picked them up. Kelly is a very sweet person and I thoroughly enjoyed the session + her company :)

My mother was verbally assaulted by an employee today. Before she even got the box out of the car an older white man, red faced, screamed at the top of his lungs "you can wait in line like everybody else". She got back in the car because she was so scared by him. She reparked and went inside to tell the manager because it was so upsetting. The mam followed her inside and stood next to her leaned forward and intimidating while she politely explained what happened to the manager. Then she left without donating. She came home shaking and crying. I'm furious that this happened and want the employee fired. He was a 65ish white male, blue shirt, blue shorts, working at the donations. This man is out of hand and needs to be addressed.

The location is very convenient for us and we'll definitely recommend these folks to others and use them again ourselves if we find ourselves needing another unit.

Obviously, warehouse settings are under alot of pressure and inherit pests from trailers, other facilities or other factors outside of our control. Our management team was so worried that this issue was going to cause our customer to pull the account from us, but with the professional actions of Keller Pest, the issue was eradicated within no time flat. Matt uses a program which we in the food industry refer to as IPM ( Integrated Pest Management ) which a science based decision making process that only a few live by in this field. From finding the root cause of entry and performing a detailed investigation our team was able to work with KP on a simple plan ( cost effective) to remove the pests and sustain a pest free facility. Working with our customers is key, Matt is the spokesman for our company in regards to Pest Control and will sit with our clients or join Teams Meetings to explain his programs and offer suggestions on any topic related to this field. And, as she has grown and developed, they have provided new activities to keep her engaged. (Shout out to Ms. Alyssa, Ms. Katie, Ms. Hillary!) Walking in, you frequently hear the joyful squeals and chatter of children in the older classrooms. The setting is great, too: big outdoor play areas, lots of grass and trees, and the kids get plenty of fresh air and exercise. I just can't say enough good things about our daughter's experience there. Ultimately, I knew we made the right choice enrolling her at Smart Start because, when I would come to pick her up, I'd peek in the window, or stand around the corner where she could not see me--and my girl always looked happy.

She writes her name in cursive and was empowered to read at the age of five. She has solid math skills and knows all the continents...This is but a taste of what she has learned. More importantly, she is empowered to learn. The classroom environment allows her to help guide her own growth while challenging her to work on skills that will help her in the future (including things like using a hammer and nails and taking space in a place like a "peace loft" when she needs to!). She hasn't just learned how to be a student: she has learned how to be a human being in her world and contribute to it. People constantly comment on how "mature" she is for her age. She has self-control, she's relatively independent, she shows empathy for others, she is endlessly curious and asks thoughtful questions, and she can talk rather deeply about her feelings - among a myriad of other notable qualities related to her time at Namaste. The teachers are incredible, and the progress reports are detailed depictions of our daughter in the classroom. The school also encourages family participation throughout the year, including a "bring an adult to school day" and "gardening day." It is a beautiful community. My husband and I often remark on how Namaste is one of the best decisions we made as parents. What an incredible gift to give her this foundation for the rest of her life.
