My friend, who wasn't listed on my P.O. Box, kept sending mail there. The owner politely reminded me several times that he needed to be added to the box before receiving anything. Even when he never went in to fill out the paperwork, she still calmly handed me his mail and kindly reiterated their policy each time. Eventually, I asked her to start returning his mail since he wasn't following through. But when she noticed one of his checks had arrived, knowing it was important, she still made sure I got it. She never once seemed annoyed or frustrated--just consistently understanding, professional, and caring. A truly wonderful person running a great business. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for reliable and thoughtful service.

I've used Postal Annex numerous times for notary and shipping services but most recently I had an…read moreexperience that warrants sharing. I got scammed by an ebay shipper, the sold a fake item and then sent a modified return label that would not scan, the tracking number didn't match the bar code, so that even though I returned the item for refund, the item never got there. According to ebay, I never sent it, because the tracking number provided by the shipper did not actually match the label, which corresponded to a label from April 2025! I would have been screwed if not for the detective like abilities of the owner, who pulled CCTV footage of my dropping the package, and UPS picking it up, She also printed the label again and had UPS scan it in front of her so see what was going on, and because of that, she was able to identify the scam and give me the ammunition needed to win my ebay case.
