My friend, who wasn't listed on my P.O. Box, kept sending mail there. The owner politely reminded me several times that he needed to be added to the box before receiving anything. Even when he never went in to fill out the paperwork, she still calmly handed me his mail and kindly reiterated their policy each time. Eventually, I asked her to start returning his mail since he wasn't following through. But when she noticed one of his checks had arrived, knowing it was important, she still made sure I got it. She never once seemed annoyed or frustrated--just consistently understanding, professional, and caring. A truly wonderful person running a great business.
