Dempey sent out a licensed electrician and his helper. Now I have learned that NONE OF THE DROPS were rewired. See below picture, almost caused a fire. I have since learned all the fixtures and switch boxes, when opened, reveal the old original cloth covered wire. I paid damn near $5000 for the job. Now I have to call out another electrician to fix all this b/c I have renter's in there now. I am aware they come highly recommended, but I CANNOT RECOMMENDED.

I found someone who honors that and is good at getting my generator up and running after it's been sitting for a few years. Mike did a really good job. I'm not sure how large an area he covers but he told me he was leaving another customer's home and would be here in 45 minutes. He will be my go-to man from now on for generator repair.

It turns out Rikman is selling a scam package along with Generac and Synchrony Bank where they do this bait and switch. They do tricks with payment timings (so you never see a true balance before it is time to make the next payment,) and fine print, and instead of providing interest free payments, they flip a switch. We found out today Rikman together with Generac and Synchrony Bank have collectively charged us more than twice the installation cost, even though we actually had the cash to pay for it in full at the time. The owner pushed us in this direction. They are all nothing short of con men and scam artists. Happy to show you my bills and the initial purchase.

During their service visit at our family home, the technicians damaged our carpet. I know accidents happen, so I tried to be as fair and reasonable as possible. I hired a specialist and explicitly asked them to quote the absolute minimum repair size using the exact same grade of carpet so I wasn't overcharging the company. Instead of doing the right thing and reimbursing us promptly, management dragged this out for over three weeks. I had to constantly follow up via calls and texts just to get an answer. When they finally agreed to pay, they insisted on sending the money via PayPal as a commercial transaction, which meant PayPal took out a transaction fee. They left me short of the actual repair cost and expected me to just absorb the fee for damage their technicians caused! I have now had to sent them a formal legal demand letter just to get the remaining $20 balance paid. It is exhausting to deal with a management team that refuses to take full accountability for their mistakes. If you hire them, take before-and-after photos of your home.
