I told him I wasn't in a hurry to get the plug replaced but needed him to come take care of it some time. He volunteered to come out right away if I really needed it. I said no and booked an appointment later. His guys were timely, very nice, extremely professional and got the job done quickly. I received an email invoice that was very fair for the work done and the travel time required to get to my house. I like to work with local people, these guys are local to me.
