Me and the kids and their friend went to the Ocean City Gateway Outlets a couple days ago.... Eyes rolling, I walked into the Croc's store in the outlet mall. First thing my eyes landed on where a pair of shoes I fell in love with at first sight! I had to ask the group..Are these Crocs??? They all laughed of course but I couldn't believe it. I bought 'em! Then the other pair I bought for my son was at 30% off if I'm not mistaken. I love those shoes! I've shown them to the whole crew in the condo! (Which grew to 8 people at one point.) They, also were like, oh Wow. They're nice and I'm excited. It's good to do new things and try new things. You just never know!!!

I settled on a pair of Brooks that sold for $149 but felt they were a tad too small. I told the salesman about the discomfort and asked if I should go a size up. He felt around on my toes and said "No there's plenty of room here". Unfortunately I now have two very bruised big toes that say otherwise. Because of this I have to buy a new pair of tennis shoes but I will promise you that I WILL NOT be buying them from Dick's ever again.

Even though (at the time I am writing this) the store closes at 11PM, customers cannot try on items after 6 in the store. I find this to be a considerable inconvenience. I asked twice if she could give me a room and I was just ignored. Went back Sunday in the hopes I would have better luck with customer service and still awful. Asked a young lady for a specific show size, she said she would check for me, walked away and went straight to the counter and just stood there . No one asked if I needed help and when I approached a clerk you would have thought I just requested their first born. This place is terrible!
