Wahoo! Finally a west side TB Outlet…read more Opened in June, Edward the manager is a huge TB fan and makes you feel extremely welcome in his store. Not just that, my second visit several weeks later he remembered so much about me. Just refreshing to have that personal shopper feel these days. The store is evolving nicely, 2 visits in 3 weeks and I spotted a lot more new products brought in. What's really great is that this TB Outlet has a selection of the same clothing pieces that other local department stores currently have, but at discounted prices. Not just that, but in the material collection that I am a huge fan of, this TB outlet has more patterns than I've seen on their site and store. In addition to the default % off, sale racks at the back offer 70-80% off and move quick There is a huge amount of clothing for men and women, cologne, TBHome and much more.

Tommy helped us the night we came in, and without exaggeration, he is the reason we stayed shopping here. We were unsure of my dad's size, he took the time to look at photos in my phone and discuss options, all while making us laugh and have a good time. His humor and personality made the experience! He was AMAZING, we can't wait to go back shopping and see him. He is an excellent asset to the store! Tommy, I hope you remember us, we will see you again!

I went to the location today after having the Tanger Outlets team say that they are not familiar of a closure yet. The store was completely empty with signs on the door saying that they are permanently closed. It must have just happened recently. Saks OFF 5TH has been considered "the premier destination for luxury off-price fashion". They have offered a large assortment of high-end designers and everyday favorites at great prices. Saks OFF 5th has been considered a Saks Fifth Avenue outlet store since 1995 (following the footsteps of Saks Clearinghouse which opened three years earlier). This location was one of the four Arizona locations (three in the Greater Phoenix area). Recently as a part of their bankruptcy process, Saks decided to close most of their OFF 5th locations (and Nieman Marcus Last Call stores) while continuing to function otherwise as a company. Their website (https://www.saksoff5th.com) still has some items which are all up to 70% off. Their prices are considered "liquidation pricing." Recently, the bankruptcy process has been of particular interest to those American Express Platinum card holders, as they get $50 credit for purchases at Saks Fifth Avenue stores every six months, and if they purchase physical gift cards in the store, they can get the credit back that way, and the gift cards can be used at OFF 5th locations or online. I gave them two stars as Saks OFF 5th has been a great options for saving a lot while getting a lot for American Express Platinum card holders and every one else. At the same time, they closed and didn't tell anyone, and I'm sure I'm not the only person who drove quite a distance to find out they were closed (while making calls, checking websites, etc. before leaving home).

I just love Saks off Fifth because you can definitely find some gorgeous pieces for a fraction of…read morethe price although for some you still may be paying quite a bit yet mind you, know the brand before you judge saying they're charging too much!! I came here during the week to do an exchange for an item that I purchased from another outlet so I was very hopeful since I had a new selection to browse through! Upon entering I was greeted by a very nice gentleman who seemed to be the manager & a lovely salesgirl, they told me to take a look to see if I could find something that I liked. This store is very large but no it's not empty it's well stocked yet everything is nicely spaced out with clothes just not crammed in therefore you're able to walk through the store comfortably without bumping into each other. There were only a few other people shopping being that it was during the week about 45 minutes before closing! I went browsing in the large selection of clearance & final sale items because who doesn't love to save as much money as they can! After my husband found himself a shirt he came over to help me look. Then my hubby found this cutest cardigan hidden in the medium section because someone was possibly hiding it to come back to buy it because it wasn't in the small section where this cardigan belonged! Either way I loved the cardigan, thank goodness my husband knows my taste after all these years... lol because my exchange was complete. This Saks off Fifth always has something amazing & I just love it, not sure how anyone could disagree but everyone has their own opinion! I've been shopping @ Saks off Fifth for 20 years, bought a gorgeous Ellen Tracy cashmere cardigan in Florida... yes expensive but I still have the cardigan & wear it after all these years!!

I did like that they had people assisting with parking and letting us know about the rates, since it was a bit confusing. We were trying to go to the Saks Off 5th location since it showed as being open, but neither entrance had functioning doors, so gonna guess they're closed. I just wish they would've listed it online so that we didn't take time out of our day to visit a closed spot. That was a bit confusing and frustrating. Otherwise, it wasn't super busy or packed. It seemed as if a lot of stores had sales and while there were people shopping, it wasn't unbearable with huge lines. They do have quite a few stores to choose from and plenty of signage to assist with store locations, but they do have a few vacant spots. I usually like to visit the Lululemon store and it never disappoints. They have a decent amount of stores to choose from with competitive pricing, so if you find any stores listed that are of interest, I recommend checking this out.
