She told us her merchandise was the kind you see in Sun Valley and that maybe we should be shopping at Chico's or the stores behind her shop in The Village. She was so condescending while insinuating we couldn't afford her boutique. Perhaps she wasn't able to refrain from making degrading remarks because we were in our workout clothes, having just left the gym. She was being so rude and judgmental. The owner needs to remember looks can be deceiving. She appeared to be a pleasant person, but she wasn't, and we could have afforded to buy from her but we never will after this experience.

The customer service was the worst! Bought 3 sweaters and 2 stated "final sale". The third one did…read morenot. I took it back with the tags intact and the customer service agent said it could not be returned. Also adding it's "my sweater now" which was a bizarre statement. I explained that the two sweaters says final sale but this one did not. She said it was probably missed. Extremely rude service and I will not step foot in that store ever again.

Sizes run from 0 to 14 among brands and XS to XL. Get on their email list to learn about specials like Trunk Sales and Open Houses where discounts are offered. Or as in this Thanksgiving Weekend when they are offering discounts on spendy denim and tees as part of the Black Friday and Small Business Saturday events. At end of season sales when they are selling the stray pieces from the store, the buys can be superb. See example photo of Eileen Fischer jeans about $178 full price on sale during their summer clearance for about $40. Keep in mind, clothing is not returnable here. So be sure before you leave the store that it fits. THIS N THAT: 1) PARKING: The Village...the primal parking scream you hear is mine. It is what it is. 2) ACCESSIBILITY: Level into and throughout the store. Plenty of room between displays. Changing rooms do not seem to have accessible minimums for grab bars etc as required by codes, but I didn't look at them closely. I asked about different items, colors, if those items were available at the downtown store. Normal stuff. Her answer was polite, but she never moved. She said "everything is on the floor. I wish the prices were a bit more transparent online, because it still ended up being pretty pricey. I added a charm on mine which was an additional $40 which I thought was outrageous but I went ahead and did it cause I was getting bracelets with my friends and figured it was just a one time thing. The shop was cute, and the owner was really nice but I will be looking for a less expensive spot for permanent jewelry next time. One spot on my bracelet was fused a little wonky so it doesn't lay properly (I wish I would have noticed right away so I could tell the lady immediately.) I can't go back and have her fix it cause I live out of town. Not to mention the two spots where it was fused are black.. very disappointing considering I paid $110 for my bracelet. I also wanted to mention that I have very sensitive skin so need things to be gold plated or gold filled at the very least, which is why I couldn't consider the sterling silver or cheaper options. Even tho I opted for the more expensive gold filled chain, I noticed my skin feeling a little irritated here and there.
