My frustration with Chico's has to do with trying to order on line. I've had lots of issues with the system (both on my phone & computer) not allowing me to use both my billing and shipping addresses on an attempted order. When I called in to customer service, I got someone off shore with heavy accent and asked for a representative in US but was told there were none! Very bad business which has left me with bad feelings for the company which I think needs to be addressed. I will not again try to buy on line as it is just too complicated. read more

One look in my closet and you know how I feel about Chico's. Amazing. I have 99% of my clothing from there. Started purchasing clothes when they were on just Sanibel and Captiva about 40 years ago. I have been a Chico shopper for years. And NEVER have I had the customer service that I got today. I am terrible with names but the two ladies were over the top amazing! One lady searched for my passport account number, no luck but she refused to give up and called the corporate. Account number found. The other lady was loading up the dressing room with clothes that I had in my hands and she added more for me. I felt so special. I felt so wanted. I felt like I was the only one in there even though I was not. I walked out $600 dollars later with clothes that I would have never chosen but love! I need more hangers now :) Thank you Chicos. I went here today with my 20 yoa son. We were met at doorway by a saleswoman who brazenly questioned what we were looking for. We were told to go to another store. I won't be back because she sized me up and assumed I was not a Chico's customer. So, I will go to Macy's. This Chico's is hidden in a slow producing mall.....I don't think given its current financial position as a going concern that this store's sales people should be steering customers away and being selective. Perhaps others have had similar problems. One star only to get to post but Chico's doesn't deserve a star given the saleswoman poor attitude. read more

Chico's does have beautiful clothes and jewelry and always seems to have some sale items. I was thrilled to see that this store now has mirrors in the dressing rooms! I never could figure out why they chose not to for so many years. I never liked parading outside the dressing room in front of everyone-plus, it was crowded by the big mirror!! This Chico's has a wide selection of clothing to span a wide range of ages and styles that many of the other Chico's store have. Ample size dressing rooms and area, lots of jewelry and accessories to go with the outfit you picked out. Some Ankle (Petite) length pants but not too many. Service is very attentive. The store had a good amount of people in it browsing and buying when the rest of the Bell Tower Shops were virtually empty! read more

I have shopped at Chico's for years. Recently I had a problem with a pair of pants that discolored in the laundry. Because I bought the pants more than 60 days ago, they would not even offer me a discount on another pair of pants. I will have to think twice before I shop there again. Customer service at corporate headquarters were rude and would not offer anything. If you spend top dollar for an item you should get some customer satisfaction. read more

I've been a Chico's passport member for over13 years. I have traveled over the U.S. , all though Fort Myers is my home town. Hands down Chico's at the Bell Tower is the best Chico's store. These girls should train the entire chain. The best lady out of them all is Luz. Chico's I hope you know you have a Real charm with this lady. She jumps through hoops and goes the extra mile every time I am in this store. read more
