I grabbed one of the bags on the bottom and took it up to checkout in which the associate working told me that I should ask for a manager bc that bag is $169 not $89 and she has told them multiple times to change it and they don't. I took her suggestion and had her grab one. Before I could even spoke to the manager she came out very combative and with an attitude. And stated that the sign only spoke for wallets and the top row. When I pointed to another display that was labeled $199 I asked "okay so is the top of that $199 and then the bottom $300 since this is how that works apparently?" she told me that they were obviously the same collection so no, as if I work there and know the difference between their collections. As a customer the advertising is very misleading and the sign does NOT say "$89 wallets", "$89 top row only", or even "$89 and up" it simply just says a price. I worked retail for 8+ years so I know that when things like that happen any reputable business would uphold the sign and then move the merchandise to where no one gets confused. Not only was the customer service AWFUL, the manager gave me a bogus customer service line. My mom was also going to buy a $200 purse but put it back bc of this. The have lost 2 customers that shop there regularly for purses and wallets and buy multiple a year for the last 10+ years over this. Absolutely disgusting.

I asked about pricing on an item and was told it wasn't part of the sale - later at the hotel I checked online and it was - since we went back to the same area for dinner a few hours later I went in and spoke to a sweet girl who remembered me, easily priced it out for me and even gave me 10% off my first purchase for signing up for an account with them. The store is called a "Factory House" because it's an outlet store for Under Armour. I visited this store looking for golf apparel. I'm not going to lie - Jordan Spieth looks great in Under Armour and even as a fully grown man, I've come to realize I'm still influenced by what the star athletes wear. The store is spacious and it was stocked with a decent selection of golf apparel. Since it's the wintertime, I was specifically interested in golf pants and golf beanies. This store had a nice inventory of golf pants in various attractive colors, styles, and fabrics. I liked the light and breathable yet durable and element-resistant materials the pants were made of. I also liked the semi-elastic waistbands which were very comfortable (almost too comfortable). I was able to find pants in my waist size, but not length (which isn't unusual because I'm short). An employee told me Under Armour has more size options online. To get an idea for Under Armour's fit and look on my body, I tried on some pants in my waist size in a fitting room. My girlfriend and I agreed the pants were too wide and baggy from the hip and butt down through the leg. I'd have to get them tailored to get the slim fit I was looking for. My old off-the-rack Gap straight fit khakis are slimmer fitting than the pants I tried on. That was disappointing, especially considering how well-fitted Jordan Spieth's pants are (I know he's a pro, but still). As for beanies, the styles offered were OK, but I didn't find one I really liked. The prices were average/reasonable and the employees were helpful enough. I would return in the future to browse their new stock.
